In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, the guide post 11-4 is connected with the first sealing cover 11-3 and is used for penetrating through the fixing frame 11-2 to be in sliding fit with the fixing frame 11-2, and the rebound member 11-5 is sleeved on the fixing frame 11-2 and is fixedly connected with one end of the guide post 11-4, which is far away from the first sealing cover 11-3.
In practical application, when the water supply device 15 supplies water to the water supply end 3, the first sealing cover 11-3 is continuously driven by the pressure of the flushing water to make the guide post 11-4 move linearly towards the direction of the cleaning chamber 10, and the rebound member 11-5 is compressed under the action of the water pressure, so that the water supply end 3 can be automatically opened, and the flushing water can quickly enter the water storage cavity of the cleaning arm 5 through the water supply end 3 and the water supply channel 8, so that the cleaning of tableware and/or vegetables and fruits can be realized. On the contrary, when the water supply device 15 is closed, the water pressure borne by the first sealing cover 11-3 will disappear instantaneously, so that the guide post 11-4 will drive the first sealing cover 11-3 to return to the original position under the rebound action of the rebound member 11-5, thereby realizing the automatic closing of the water supply end 3.
It is thus readily found that under the action of the rebound closure assembly 11, the water supply end 3 can be automatically closed by the rebound closure assembly 11 when the water supply end 3 is not subjected to water pressure, thereby effectively preventing foreign matters from entering the water supply end 3, causing blockage of the water supply end 3 and simultaneously avoiding influence of the foreign matters on the water supply performance of the water supply device 15.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sink type cleaning machine of the present embodiment further includes a sewer pipe 12 and a drainer 13. Wherein the sewer pipe 12 has a drain hole 14 and is connected to the sump body 1 while being communicated with the washing chamber 10 of the sump body 1. And a drainer 13 is detachably provided in the sewer pipe 12 to open or close the drain hole 14 and filter dirt in the washing water. It is understood that the drain pipe 12 connected to the water tank body 1 and the drain 13 provided in the drain pipe 12 can filter and drain the flush water, thereby avoiding clogging of the pipe.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the drainer 13 includes a drain basket 13-1, a second sealing cover 13-2, and a lifting lever 13-3. Wherein, the water basket 13-1 and the second sealing cover 13-2 are respectively detachably arranged in the sewer pipe 12, the water filtering basket 13-1 is used for filtering dirt in flushing water, the second sealing cover 13-2 is positioned below the water filtering basket 13-1 and is used for sealing the drain hole 14 of the sewer pipe 12, and the second sealing cover 13-2 is also sleeved with a sealing ring (not labeled in the figure) for sealing the drain hole 14 so as to improve the sealing performance of the drain hole 14. Secondly, the lifting rod 13-3 is fixedly connected with the second sealing cover 13-2, penetrates through the water filtering basket 13-1 and is in sliding fit with the water filtering basket 13-1.
Therefore, it is easy to find that when the cleaning chamber 10 of the water tank body 1 needs to be drained, a user can lift the lifting rod 13-3 to lift the second sealing cover 13-2 to open the drain hole 14, the second sealing cover 13-2 is used for propping against the water filtering basket 13-1 after being lifted, the water filtering basket 13-1 is lifted away from the sewer pipe 12, the water filtering basket 13-1 is taken out of the water tank body 1, drainage of the whole water tank and the taking out of the water filtering basket 13-1 can be completed under one action, and two actions when the second sealing cover 13-2 and the water filtering basket 13-1 are respectively taken out are avoided, so that the drainage step of the water tank by the user is simplified, and the convenience of the user for the operation of the water tank is improved.
Meanwhile, in order to realize the filtration of foreign matters in flushing water by the water filtering basket 13-1 and the sliding fit with the lifting rod 13-3, the water filtering basket 13-1 comprises a basket body 13-1-2 provided with water filtering holes 13-1-1 and a guide tube 13-1-3 arranged on the basket body. Wherein the basket body 13-1-2 is detachably provided in the sewer pipe 12 and serves to filter dirt in the washing water. The guide pipe 13-1-3 is used for being penetrated by the lifting rod 13-3 and is in sliding fit with the guide pipe 13-1-3, so that flushing water in the water tank can be filtered through the basket body 13-1-2, and the guide pipe 13-1-3 can guide the lifting rod 13-3 when the lifting rod 13-3 moves up and down.
In addition, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of water filtering holes 13-1-1 are formed in the basket body 13-1-2, and are all waist-shaped holes, and are equidistantly and circumferentially formed on the side walls around the basket body 13-1-2, and the width of each water filtering hole 13-1-1 is not greater than 4mm, but the length is not limited, so that the water filtering device can be used for filtering residues greater than 4 mm. Thereby realizing the filtration of the flushing water, and facilitating the cleaning of the residues on the basket body 13-1-2 by the user, thereby realizing the manual drainage and the dumping of the large-particle residues.
In a preferred embodiment, the sink type cleaning machine further includes a driving device (not shown), and a carrier rod (not shown) disposed on the driving device opposite to the second sealing cover 13-2, and the carrier rod should be separated from the second sealing cover 13-2. In actual use, the driving device can drive the ejector rod to move up and down, and then drive the second sealing cover to move up and down, so that the automatic closing and automatic opening of the drain hole 14 are realized. In addition, because the second sealing cover 13-2 and the ejector rod are in a mutually separated state, the water filtering basket 13-1 and the second sealing cover 13-2 can be manually taken out and put in under the condition of power failure of the driving device, so that the cleaning machine is ensured to have the functions of manual water storage and drainage and automatic water storage and drainage, and the operation of a user on the cleaning machine is more humanized.
Finally, it should be noted that, in order to make the cleaning machine have better water saving performance when cleaning tableware and/or vegetables and fruits, as shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, two water supply pipelines may be added appropriately, and one of the water supply pipelines is connected to the water outlet end of the water supply device 15 and the water supply end 3 of the water tank body 1 respectively, so that the water outlet end of the water supply device 15 may be communicated with the water supply end 3 of the water tank body 1, and the other water supply pipeline 17 is connected to the water return end of the water supply device 15 and the sewer pipeline 12, so that the water return end of the water supply device 15 may be communicated with the sewer pipeline 12. Therefore, by the arrangement mode, the water supply device 15, the cleaning chamber 10 and the sewer pipe 12 can form a water supply circulation loop together, so that the cleaning water poured into the cleaning chamber 10 of the water tank body 1 can be continuously recycled under the action of the water supply device 15, and the aim of saving water during cleaning is fulfilled.
In order to provide a good water circulation effect of the washing water, the water supply end 3 may be provided at the center of the washing chamber 10, and the sewer pipe 12 and the water supply end 3 may be provided eccentrically, with an eccentric distance of 80mm to 130mm in the present embodiment. Thereby, a circulation loop with the shortest path can be formed among the water supply device 15, the cleaning chamber 10 and the sewer pipe 12, and the optimal cleaning effect can be achieved. Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, the pipe diameter of the sewer pipe 12 may be 100mm to 140mm, thereby facilitating the normal operation of the water circulation collection and supply device.
A second embodiment of the present application relates to a sink-type cleaning machine, which is a further improvement of the first embodiment, and is mainly improved in that, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the sink-type cleaning machine of the present embodiment further includes: the draining ring 16 is arranged in the sewer pipe 12, and the draining ring 16 can be used for filtering the washing water filtered by the drainer 13 again so as to ensure that the washing water for washing tableware and/or vegetables and fruits has better cleanliness continuously, thereby further improving the washing effect for the tableware and/or vegetables and fruits.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the drain ring 16 is made of a metal dense hole corrosion net, and the pore diameter of the net hole is not more than 0.5mm, so that fine filtration of fine particulate matters can be achieved. Meanwhile, a drain ring 16 is vertically disposed in the sewer pipe 12 and surrounds the drainer 13, enclosing the drainer 13. It is thus readily apparent that by enclosing the drain ring 16 in a vertically arranged manner in the drain 13, the drain ring 16 can be flushed by means of the water flow direction when flushing water flows back into the drain pipe 12, so that it is ensured that dirt does not clog the drain ring 16, that the drain ring 16 does not need to be taken out for special cleaning, and that the number of cleaning parts of the cleaning machine is reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, after the drainer 13 is surrounded, the drain ring 16 is further separated from the pipe wall of the sewer pipe 12 to form a water storage area 17, and the flushing water can enter the water storage area 17 after passing through the drainer 13 and the drain ring 16 in sequence. Meanwhile, the water return end of the water supply device 15 is also communicated with the water storage area 17, so that the washing flowing back into the water storage area 17 can be supplied into the washing arm 5 again by means of the water supply device 15 to achieve the aim of washing tableware and/or vegetables and fruits. In addition, due to the existence of the water storage area, the cleanliness of the cleaning water filtered by the water draining ring 16 can be ensured, so that the blocking phenomenon of the water supply device 15 is effectively prevented, and the cleaning effect on tableware and/or vegetables and fruits can be improved.
In addition, it should be noted that in the present embodiment, the distance between the drain ring 16 and the sewer pipe 12 is 6mm to 15mm, so that a reasonable distance between the drain ring 16 and the drain hole 14 can be maintained, the flushing water is comprehensively filtered, the material consumption of the drain ring 16 is less while the filtering effect is ensured, and the pumping circulation effect of the water supply device 15 is better.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific examples of carrying out the application and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the application.

Claims (13)

1. A sink-type cleaning machine comprising: the washing machine comprises a water tank body with a washing chamber and a washing mechanism for washing tableware, wherein the washing chamber is internally provided with a water supply end for supplying water to the washing mechanism, and the washing machine is characterized in that: the sink-type cleaning machine further includes: the cleaning mechanism is fixed on the draining rack and detachably installs the draining rack in a cleaning chamber of the water tank body;
wherein, after the cleaning mechanism installs the draining rack in the cleaning chamber of the water tank body, the water supply end is communicated with the cleaning mechanism;
the cleaning mechanism includes:
the cleaning arm is provided with a water storage cavity and an injection hole communicated with the water storage cavity and is used for cleaning tableware contained in the draining rack;
the support is arranged on the draining rack;
the fixing component is detachably arranged in the cleaning chamber and fixedly connected with the support through the cleaning arm;
the fixing component is matched with the support to fix the cleaning arm, and a water supply channel which is respectively communicated with the water supply end and the water storage cavity of the cleaning arm is arranged in the fixing component;
the fixing assembly includes:
the fixing ring comprises a locking section used for being inserted into the cleaning arm, a positioning section connected with the locking section and used for being propped against the cleaning arm, and a first cavity communicated with a water storage cavity of the cleaning arm is arranged in the locking section;
the connecting piece is arranged on the locking section of the fixed ring and penetrates through the cleaning arm to be connected with the support;
the sealing piece is coaxially arranged with the fixed ring, is detachably connected with the cleaning chamber and is provided with a second cavity communicated with the water supply end;
the cover plate is covered on the sealing element, fixedly connected with the sealing element, used for being inserted into the positioning section and buckled with the positioning section;
the spring is sleeved on the positioning section and used for propping against the cover plate;
the first cavity and the second cavity are communicated with each other to form the water supply channel together;
the sink-type cleaning machine further includes: a rebound closure assembly for closing or opening the water supply end, the rebound closure assembly comprising:
the annular mounting seat is fixedly connected with the water tank body and comprises an upper end face extending into the water supply end and a lower end face opposite to the upper end face;
the fixing frame is arranged in the annular mounting seat and is fixedly connected with the lower end face of the annular mounting seat;
the first sealing cover is arranged in the annular mounting seat and is used for opening or closing the water supply end and propping against the upper end surface of the annular mounting seat after closing the water supply end;
the guide column is connected with the first sealing cover, and is used for penetrating through the fixing frame and being in sliding fit with the fixing frame;
the rebound part is sleeved on the fixing frame and fixedly connected with one end of the guide post, which is away from the first sealing cover;
when the first sealing cover is pressed, the first sealing cover drives the guide column to conduct linear motion towards the direction of the cleaning chamber, the rebound part is compressed, and the water supply end is opened.
2. The sink type cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein: the part of the cleaning arm penetrated by the fixing component is in running fit with the fixing component, and the cleaning arm is used for freely rotating by taking the axis of the fixing component as the center.
3. The sink type cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein: the connecting piece is detachably connected with the support.
4. The sink type cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein: the seal is a flexible seal.
5. The sink type cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein: the sink-type cleaning machine further includes:
a sewer pipe with a drain hole is connected with the water tank body and communicated with the cleaning chamber of the water tank body;
the drainer is detachably arranged in the sewer pipe and is used for opening or closing the drain hole and filtering dirt in flushing water.
6. The sink type cleaning machine according to claim 5, wherein: the drainer includes:
the water filtering basket is detachably arranged in the sewer pipe and is used for filtering dirt in flushing water;
the second sealing cover is detachably arranged in the sewer pipe, and is positioned below the water filtering basket and used for sealing a drain hole of the sewer pipe;
the lifting rod is fixedly connected with the second sealing cover, penetrates through the water filtering basket and is in sliding fit with the water filtering basket;
the lifting rod is used for opening the drain hole by lifting the second sealing cover, and the second sealing cover is used for propping against the water filtering basket after being lifted, so that the water filtering basket is taken away from the sewer pipeline.
7. The sink type cleaning machine according to claim 5, wherein: the sink-type cleaning machine further includes:
the water supply device is used for supplying water to the water supply end and comprises a water outlet end communicated with the water supply end and a water return end communicated with the sewer pipe;
wherein, the water supply device, the cleaning chamber and the sewer pipe together form a water supply circulation loop.
8. The sink type cleaning machine according to claim 7, wherein: the sink-type cleaning machine further includes: and the draining ring is arranged in the sewer pipe and is used for filtering the washing water filtered by the drainer again.
9. The sink type cleaning machine according to claim 8, wherein: the draining ring is vertically arranged in the sewer pipe, surrounds the drainer and encloses the drainer.

The sink type cleaning machine according to claim 9, wherein: the drainage ring and the pipe wall of the sewer pipe are mutually separated to form a water storage area, flushing water sequentially passes through the drainer and the drainage ring and then enters the water storage area, and the water return end of the water supply device is mutually communicated with the water storage area.
11. The sink type cleaning machine according to claim 10, wherein: the distance between the draining ring and the sewer pipeline is 6mm to 15mm.
12. The sink type cleaning machine according to claim 5, wherein: the water supply end is positioned at the center of the cleaning chamber, and the sewer pipe and the water supply end are eccentrically arranged.
