The cleaning device with a spray function according to claim 4, wherein: the connecting rod (2-1) comprises a first rod (2-1 a) and a second rod (2-1 b) which are buckled with each other, a connecting buckle (2-8) and a handle fixing seat (2-9), a water filling port (2-1 d) is arranged at the upper end of the second rod (2-1 b), the connecting buckle (2-8) comprises a fixing ring used for clamping after the first rod (2-1 a) and the second rod (2-1 b) are spliced and two fixing buckles arranged on the fixing ring, a buckling groove (2-1 c) matched with the fixing buckle is formed after the first rod (2-1 a) and the second rod (2-1 b) are spliced, the handle fixing seat (2-9) is sleeved outside the connecting buckle (2-8) and surrounds the upper end of the connecting rod (2-1), and the lower end of the handle part (3) is in threaded connection with the handle fixing seat (2-9).
