Because the position of the heating component in the device is fixed, and the heating component is easy to remain waste when heating the medium of the cigarettes, the waste is easy to accumulate after multiple uses to influence the atomization efficiency of the cigarettes. Therefore, how to design a heating element has become a technical problem to be solved in the industry.
In view of this, there is a need for further improvements in the structure of current heating assemblies.

a container 20, the container 20 comprising a first receiving cavity 22 for receiving one end of the aerosol-forming body 40, and a second receiving cavity 23 for receiving the heating element 50, the second receiving cavity 23 having a first position and a second position therein for sliding the heating element 50, the heating element 50 extending partially into the aerosol-forming body 40 to form a heating position when the heating element 50 is in the first position, the heating element 50 contacting an end of the aerosol-forming body 40 to form a separated position when the heating element 50 is in the second position;
the pusher 30 is disposed outside the container 20 and slidably engaged with the container 20, and the pusher 30 may partially abut against the heating assembly 50 to drive the heating assembly 50 between the heating position and the separating position when the pusher 30 slides. In a parallel arrangement, the pusher 30 may also be disposed on the heating assembly 50.
In this embodiment, the smoke forming body 40 may be designed as an electronic cigarette, and one end of the electronic cigarette has the smoke forming body 40, that is, one end of the electronic cigarette may form a storage portion for storing a medium, and the medium may be tobacco. Unlike the prior art, the heating assembly 50 of the present embodiment is slidably disposed, and the heating assembly 50 can be separated from the container 20, so as to realize the replacement of the heating assembly 50, facilitate cleaning, and ensure the atomization efficiency of the heating assembly 50.

The support body 52 is disposed in an annular shape as a whole so as to slide in the second accommodation chamber 23. Considering the problem that the rear end surface of the supporting body 52 is in abutting fit with the stop member 60, the rear end surface of the supporting body 52 can form an annular convex edge, and the stop member 60 is correspondingly formed with an annular notch, so that the contact between the rear end surfaces of the supporting body 52 and the stop member 60 can be better realized. For the stopper 60, the stopper 60 includes a stopper body 61, and a receiving groove 62 is formed on the stopper body 61 to receive the supporting body 52. The heating sheet 51 is a ceramic heating sheet or a PTC heating sheet. It will be appreciated that the heating sheet 51 of the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to, a ceramic heating sheet or a PTC heating sheet.
In a specific embodiment, the heating assembly 50 further includes a temperature measuring assembly disposed on the heating plate 51, and the temperature measuring assembly is located at an end of the heating plate 51 near the supporting body 52. Considering that the temperature of the heating element 50 in the conventional art only depends on the parameter variation of the heating plate 51 to present a difference in temperature, in this embodiment, the added temperature measuring element can detect the real-time temperature of the heating plate 51, collect real-time temperature data, and further control the current or voltage of the heating plate 51 through the control element 11 to adjust the power of the heating plate 51. Specifically, the control component 11 controls the current or voltage gear of the heating plate 51 according to the collected real-time temperature data, so as to generate heat on the heating plates at different positions, thereby realizing accurate heating temperature control. Further, the temperature measuring component is a thermistor or a thermocouple. It is understood that the above-mentioned temperature measuring component includes, but is not limited to, a thermistor or thermocouple, and may also be a test circuit including a thermistor or thermocouple, etc.
In a specific embodiment, the heat generating component further comprises a cylindrical shell 10 with a containing chamber, and a stop 60 arranged in the cylindrical shell 10, wherein the stop 60 abuts against the rear end surface of the support body 52 when the heat generating component moves to the separation position. In this embodiment, the casing 10 is specifically cylindrical, the casing 10 is internally penetrated, and a stop member 60 spaced from the heat generating component is disposed at one end of the casing 10 near the heat generating component, where the stop member 60 can prevent the heat generating component from continuing to move, so as to avoid the heat generating component from sliding out of the casing 10.
In a specific embodiment, a stop surface 24 is formed between the first accommodating cavity 22 and the second accommodating cavity 23 of the container 20, a plurality of hole sites are formed on the stop surface 24, and when the heating assembly moves to the heating position, the stop surface 24 abuts against the front end surface of the support 52, wherein the front end surface and the rear end surface are disposed opposite to each other. The number of the hole sites can be flexibly set according to the aerosol quantity. The shape of the hole site may be circular, square or irregular, and is not limited herein.
In a specific embodiment, an elastic member is disposed between the pusher 30 and the supporting body 52, when an external force acts on the pusher 30, the pusher 30 can drive the heating plate 51 to move to the separating position by compressing or stretching the elastic member, and when the external force is removed, the elastic member returns to deform to drive the heating plate 51 to move to the heating position. In this embodiment, the elastic member provides an elastic restoring force to push the heating element to return to the heating position. The elastic member may be a spring, and when the pusher 30 slides with the housing, the spring is elastically deformed by stretching or compressing the spring, so that when the external force is removed, the heating component is driven to return to the heating position by restoring the deformation of the spring.
In a specific embodiment, a flange is also included to grip the aerosol-former 40, the flange being formed at the side edge of the heater plate 51 to restrain the aerosol-former 40 when the heater plate 51 is in the heating position. The flange can abut against the inside of the aerosol-forming body 40 when the heating plate 51 is positioned at the heating position, and plays a certain limiting role. Of course, the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity 22 may also be provided with a protrusion of the limiting aerosol forming body 40, so as to better limit the limiting aerosol forming body 40.

the container comprises a first containing cavity for containing one end of the smoke forming body and a second containing cavity for containing the heating component, the second containing cavity is internally provided with a first position and a second position for enabling the heating component to slide, when the heating component is in the first position, the heating component partially stretches into the smoke forming body to form a heating position, and when the heating component is in the second position, the heating component is in contact with the end part of the smoke forming body to form a separation position;
the pusher is arranged on the outer side of the container and is in sliding fit with the container, and the pusher part is abutted against the heating assembly or arranged on the heating assembly so as to drive the heating assembly to move between the heating position and the separation position when the pusher slides;
the heating assembly comprises a supporting body and a heating plate arranged on the supporting body, a hole site for the heating plate to extend is formed between a first containing cavity and a second containing cavity of the container, and when the heating assembly is positioned at a heating position, part of the heating plate extends into the smoke forming body; the heating plate being in contact with the medium at the end of the aerosol-former when the heating assembly is in the separated position;

4. A separator for a fuming heating device as claimed in claim 3 wherein the temperature sensing component is a thermistor or thermocouple.

A separator for a smoke generating heating device as defined in claim 1, wherein a stop surface is formed between the first receiving cavity and the second receiving cavity of the container, the stop surface having a plurality of holes formed therein, the stop surface abutting against a front end surface of the support body when the heating element is moved to the heating position, wherein the front end surface is disposed opposite the rear end surface.
6. A separator for a smoke-generating heating device as defined in claim 1, further comprising a flange for gripping the aerosol-forming body, said flange being formed on a side edge of the heater plate to limit the aerosol-forming body when the heater plate is in the heating position.
7. An atomising device comprising a separator for a fuming heating device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
