13. The locking device of claim 11, wherein each of said card-protecting portions has guiding portions extending upward from said bending portion, and the width between two guiding portions is gradually reduced along the insertion direction of the electronic card.

The locking device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the fixing member has the side wall, the second side wall and the third side wall which are sequentially bent and connected, the side wall and the third side wall are oppositely arranged, sides of two fourth side walls are respectively connected with the side wall and the third side wall and the side are mutually buckled, the side wall, the second side wall, the third side wall and the fourth side wall are enclosed to form an accommodating cavity, the main body part is accommodated in the accommodating cavity, and the offset groove is located above the fourth side wall.
15. The locking apparatus as claimed in claim 11, wherein the electronic card has notches located above the grooves, the bent portion corresponds to the notches, and the retaining portion is disengaged from the second retaining portion when the bent portion is expanded by the electronic card.
16, , a locking device for locking an electronic card having at least recess, comprising:
locking element, which has main body and pulling part, the main body has locking part, and clamping part extending from the main body, the locking part is used to lock to the groove;
a fixing member, the fixing member has a second clamping portion and two card protection portions, each the card protection portion has a base portion, two of the two card protection portions are oppositely arranged, and the two base portions extend upward bending portions respectively, the minimum width between the two bending portions is smaller than the width between the two base portions, and the minimum width between the two bending portions is smaller than the thickness of the electronic card, when the wrenching portion wrenches the clamping portion to be separated from the groove, the clamping portion is positioned at the second clamping portion.
17. The latch of claim 16 wherein said catch portion and said th catch portion are located on opposite sides of said main body portion.
18. The latch mechanism of claim 16 wherein said catch portion extends toward said recess and said th catch portion extends away from said recess.

The locking device as claimed in claim 16, wherein there are two th locking parts, two th locking parts are respectively connected to the main body part, correspondingly, the fixing member has two second locking parts, the th locking part is respectively locked with the second locking parts, the th locking part is a through hole, the second locking part is a bump, or the th locking part is a bump, the second locking part is a through hole.

The locking device as claimed in claim 21, wherein the fixing member has the th sidewall, the second sidewall and the third sidewall are bent and connected in sequence, the th sidewall and the third sidewall are oppositely disposed, sides of two fourth sidewalls are respectively connected with the th sidewall and the third sidewall and the side are buckled with each other, the th sidewall, the second sidewall, the third sidewall and the fourth sidewall enclose and form an accommodating cavity, the main body portion is accommodated in the accommodating cavity, and the offset groove is located above the fourth sidewall.
26. The locking apparatus of claim 16, wherein the electronic card has notches located above the grooves, the bent portion corresponds to the notches, and the retaining portion is disengaged from the second retaining portion when the bent portion is expanded by the electronic card.
