Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of insulating wire cleaning, winding and packaging devices, and particularly relates to an insulating wire cleaning, winding and packaging device.
Background
A layer of non-conductive material, such as resin, plastic, silicon rubber, PVC and the like, is uniformly and hermetically wrapped on the periphery of the lead to form an insulating layer, so that the insulated lead is prevented from being called by the electric wire caused by electric leakage, short circuit, electric shock and other accidents caused by the contact of the electric conductor and the outside.
The insulated wire is widely applied in life, plays an important role in electricity safety, and is not beneficial to use of the insulated wire because the surface of the insulated wire is stained during production; meanwhile, the insulated wires are mostly cleaned in a manual operation mode, time and labor are wasted, multiple steps are needed in the cleaning process, transfer in the process is required, and the working efficiency is low.
To this end, we propose a clean winding and packaging device for insulated wires and a method for using the same to solve the above mentioned problems in the background art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a clean winding and packaging device for an insulated wire and a using method thereof, which aim to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a cleaning, winding and packaging device for an insulated wire comprises a horizontally arranged base, wherein a support is arranged on the right side of the upper end of the base, a first servo motor is installed at the top of the support, the output end of the first servo motor is connected with a horizontally arranged U-shaped connecting frame through a rotating shaft, the middle of the U-shaped connecting frame is connected with a packaging film winding roller through a rolling shaft, a placing box is arranged at the upper end of the base, a second servo motor is vertically installed inside the placing box, the output end of the second servo motor penetrates through the top of the placing box and is connected with a winding wire frame, a cleaning box is arranged on the left side of the upper end of the base, telescopic hydraulic cylinders are installed at the front and the rear parts of the right side of the cleaning box through installing plates, the telescopic hydraulic cylinders are connected with an installing frame for installing a cleaning roller through piston, the water outlet of the water pump is connected with a water spraying head through a pipeline, and the water inlet of the water pump is connected to the bottom of the inner cavity of the cleaning box through a water conduit.
Preferably, the right end of the placing box is connected to the left side of the bracket.
Preferably, a vertical plate is vertically welded on the left side of the upper end of the placing box, and a T-shaped hollow cylinder is screwed in the vertical plate through a threaded hole.

The invention also provides a using method of the clean winding and packaging device of the insulated wire, which comprises the following steps:
s1, passing the insulated wire through the left side of the cleaning box to the right side of the cleaning box, enabling the insulated wire to pass through the space between the front cleaning roller and the rear cleaning roller, then passing the insulated wire through the T-shaped hollow cylinder, and finally tying the insulated wire on the wire winding frame;
s2, simultaneously starting a water pump and a second servo motor, leading cleaning water in the cleaning box to a pipeline through a water conduit by the water pump, and finally spraying the cleaning water to the surface of the insulated wire through a water spray head;
s3, the second servo motor drives the winding frame to rotate slowly at a constant speed, so that the insulated wire can be wound on the winding frame, the insulated wire moves continuously to the right, the surface of the insulated wire is cleaned through friction between the front cleaning roller and the rear cleaning roller, and the T-shaped hollow cylinder plays a role in supporting the insulated wire;
s4, after the insulated wire is completely wound on the wire winding frame, starting the first servo motor to enable the rotating shaft to drive the U-shaped connecting frame to rotate around the wire winding frame, so that the packaging film can be continuously wound on the wire winding frame from the packaging film winding roller to complete the protection and fixation of the insulated wire;
and S5, winding the film to be packaged onto the winding frame from the packaging film winding roller, closing the first servo motor after the insulating wire is completely wound and protected until the winding frame is completely stopped, manually cutting off the packaging film, and taking down the winding frame.
According to the cleaning winding packaging device for the insulated wire and the using method thereof, the water pump leads cleaning water in the cleaning box to the pipeline through the water conduit and finally sprays the cleaning water to the surface of the insulated wire through the water spray head, so that the surface of the insulated wire can be wetted, subsequent cleaning is facilitated, and meanwhile, the cleaning water in the cleaning box can be recycled;
the surface of the insulated wire is cleaned through friction between the front cleaning roller and the rear cleaning roller, and the T-shaped hollow cylinder plays a role in supporting the insulated wire;
after the insulated wires are completely wound on the wire winding frame, the first servo motor is started, so that the rotating shaft drives the U-shaped connecting frame to rotate around the wire winding frame, and the packaging film can be continuously wound on the wire winding frame from the packaging film winding roller to complete the protection and fixation of the insulated wires;
the integrated operation can finish the wetting, cleaning, winding and packaging of the surface of the insulated wire, and the operation speed is improved.

The invention provides a cleaning, winding and packaging device for an insulated wire as shown in figures 1-5, which comprises a horizontally arranged base 1, wherein a support 9 is arranged on the right side of the upper end of the base 1, a first servo motor 10 is arranged on the top of the support 9, the output end of the first servo motor 10 is connected with a horizontally arranged U-shaped connecting frame 14 through a rotating shaft 13, the middle part of the U-shaped connecting frame 14 is connected with a packaging film winding roller 15 through a rolling shaft 16, a placing box 7 is arranged on the upper end of the base 1, a second servo motor 8 is vertically arranged in the placing box 7, the output end of the second servo motor 8 penetrates through the top of the placing box 7 and is connected with a winding frame 12, a cleaning box 17 is arranged on the left side of the upper end of the base 1, a telescopic hydraulic cylinder 6 is arranged on the front and back part of the right side of the cleaning box 17 through a mounting plate 5, the telescopic hydraulic cylinder 6 is connected with a, the water pump 4 is installed on the left side of the upper end of the cleaning box 17, the water outlet of the water pump 4 is connected with a water spraying head 24 through a pipeline 23, and the water inlet of the water pump 4 is connected to the bottom of the inner cavity of the cleaning box 17 through a water conduit 3.

The invention also provides a using method of the clean winding and packaging device of the insulated wire, which comprises the following steps:
s1, passing the insulated wire through the left side of the cleaning box 17 to the right side thereof, enabling the insulated wire to pass between the front and rear cleaning rollers 22, then passing the insulated wire through the T-shaped hollow cylinder 19, and finally tying the insulated wire on the winding frame 12;
s2, simultaneously starting the water pump 4 and the second servo motor 8, leading the cleaning water in the cleaning box 17 to the pipeline 23 by the water pump 4 through the water conduit 3, and finally spraying the cleaning water to the surface of the insulated wire through the water spray head 24;
s3, the second servo motor 8 drives the winding frame 12 to rotate slowly and uniformly, so that the insulated wire can be wound on the winding frame 12 and continuously moves to the right, the surface of the insulated wire is cleaned through friction between the front cleaning roller 22 and the rear cleaning roller 22, and the T-shaped hollow cylinder 19 plays a role in supporting the insulated wire;
s4, after the insulated wire is completely wound on the winding frame 12, starting the first servo motor 10 to enable the rotating shaft 13 to drive the U-shaped connecting frame 14 to rotate around the winding frame 12, so that the packaging film can be continuously wound on the winding frame 12 from the packaging film winding roller 15 to complete the protection and fixation of the insulated wire;
s5, winding the film to be packaged on the winding rack 12 from the packaging film winding roller 15, closing the first servo motor 10 after the insulated wire is completely wound and protected until the winding rack 12 is completely stopped, manually cutting off the packaging film, and taking down the winding rack 12.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the water pump 4 of the present invention guides the cleaning water inside the cleaning box 17 to the pipe 23 through the water conduit 3, and finally sprays the cleaning water to the surface of the insulated wire through the water spray head 24, so that the surface of the insulated wire can be wetted, which is convenient for subsequent cleaning, and meanwhile, the cleaning water inside the cleaning box 17 can be recycled;
the surface of the insulated wire is cleaned by the friction between the front and rear cleaning rollers 22, and the T-shaped hollow cylinder 19 plays a role in supporting the insulated wire;
after the insulated wire is completely wound on the winding frame 12, the first servo motor 10 is started, so that the rotating shaft 13 drives the U-shaped connecting frame 14 to rotate around the winding frame 12, and the packaging film can be continuously wound on the winding frame 12 from the packaging film winding roller 15, so that the insulated wire is protected and fixed.
