In order to quickly and effectively estimate group journey in a multi-person gathering scene and improve participation experience of participants, the embodiment of the application provides an information processing method and device and electronic equipment.
First, an information processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application is described below.
It should be noted that an execution subject of an information processing method provided in the embodiments of the present application may be an information processing apparatus. In a specific application, the information processing apparatus may operate in a terminal device, and at this time, after a user holding the terminal device determines to join in a collection plan, the information processing apparatus built in the terminal device may execute the method provided in the embodiment of the present application; of course, the information processing apparatus may also operate in a server, and in this case, the server may cooperate with the terminal devices of the participants of the aggregation plan to execute the method provided in the embodiment of the present application.
In addition, the application scenario targeted by the information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application is a scenario of a multi-user aggregation, where an aggregation plan is initiated by an initiator and invites other users to participate, and for convenience of description, the initiator and users who agree to invite are subsequently referred to as aggregation plan participants. Wherein, the aggregate plan may include destination location information; of course, the aggregation plan may include information such as plan aggregation time, on the premise that the destination position information is included.
As shown in fig. 1, an information processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application may include the following steps:
s101, obtaining travel information of a target user as a set plan participant;
in order to quickly and efficiently predict group trips in a multi-person collection scenario, personal predicted collection times of various collection plan participants may be first determined, and then group predicted collection times may be calculated based on the plurality of personal predicted collection times. Based on this processing idea, after the aggregation plan is generated, the information processing apparatus may obtain travel information of a target user who is a participant of the aggregation plan, and then subsequently determine a personal estimated aggregation time of the target user based on the travel information. Wherein, the trip information may include: the starting position information and the vehicle information, of course, the travel information may also include: traffic jam information and the like affect road state information for travel.
It is emphasized that any of the rendezvous plan participants can be the target users, i.e., the target users can be the originator of the rendezvous plan or the invitees to the plan rendezvous. Specifically, for each participant, the method provided herein is performed to calculate the personal estimated aggregation time of the participant and determine the group estimated aggregation time based on the personal estimated aggregation time of the participant.
For the case where the target user is the initiator of the aggregation plan: if the information processing apparatus operates in a terminal device, the information processing apparatus may provide an interactive interface generated by a rendezvous plan, so that a target user may generate the rendezvous plan based on the interactive interface, and further, after the rendezvous plan is generated, S101-S103 may be executed first, and then an invitation is issued to friends in an address book based on an invitation instruction given by the target user to invite to join the rendezvous plan. If the information processing device runs on the server, a client program which runs in the terminal equipment of the target user and corresponds to the information processing device can provide an interactive interface generated by the collection plan, so that the target user can generate the collection plan based on the interactive interface and send an invitation to friends in the address book; further, after the collection plan is generated, the information processing apparatus may execute S101 to S103, and then issue an invitation to a friend in the address book based on an invitation instruction given by the target user to invite to join the collection plan. Wherein, the manner of inviting friends can be: and sending a set plan invitation page to the friend, wherein the set plan, the current participants, the corresponding personal estimated set time, the group estimated time and other information can be displayed in the set invitation page.
For the case where the target user is an invitee to the aggregated plan: if the information processing apparatus is operated in a terminal device, the information processing apparatus may output prompt information on whether to receive the invitation to the target user, and perform S101-S103 after the target user accepts the invitation. If the information processing apparatus runs on the server, the client program in the terminal device of the target user may output prompt information on whether to receive the invitation to the target user, and after the target user accepts the invitation, the information processing apparatus may execute S101-S103 in cooperation with the client program. The prompt information may be, but is not limited to, a collection invitation page of an initiator of the collection plan.
S102, determining personal estimated aggregation time of the target user based on the trip information and target position information contained in the aggregation plan;
after the travel information of the target user is obtained, the personal estimated aggregation time of the target user may be determined based on the travel information and the destination location information included in the aggregation plan. It is understood that determining the personal estimated rendezvous time of the target user based on the travel information and the destination location information included in the rendezvous plan can be achieved by invoking a map program.
S103, determining the current group estimated aggregation time of the aggregation plan based on the personal estimated aggregation time of the target user.
After obtaining the personal estimated aggregation time of the target user, the information processing apparatus may determine a current group estimated aggregation time of the aggregation plan based on the personal estimated aggregation time of the target user, where the group estimated aggregation time is: a projected rendezvous time for a user population that includes the target user and the remaining participants for which the rendezvous plan is currently intended. It is to be appreciated that, after determining the group forecast aggregation time for the aggregation plan, the information processing apparatus may output the group forecast aggregation time to each participant currently in the aggregation plan.
It can be understood that, when the information processing apparatus operates in the terminal device, the information processing apparatus may report the personal estimated aggregation time of the target user to the server, so that the server may determine the group estimated aggregation time based on the personal estimated aggregation time of the target user, and send the determined personal estimated aggregation time to the information processing apparatus. When the information processing device runs on the server, the information processing device can directly determine the current group estimated aggregation time of the aggregation plan based on the personal estimated aggregation time of the target user because the personal estimated aggregation time of each participant is determined by the information processing device.
Optionally, in a specific implementation manner, in order to ensure that each participant completes the aggregation as early as possible, the group prediction aggregation time may be: equal to the latest time in the plurality of personal estimated set times corresponding to the user group. Wherein, the plurality of personal estimation set time corresponding to the user group is as follows: the individual estimated aggregate time for all participants included in the user population. For example: the personal estimated aggregation time of participant 1 is 11:10, the personal estimated aggregation time of participant 2 is 11:00, the personal estimated aggregation time of participant 3 is 11:30, and the personal estimated aggregation time of participant 4 is 11:35, at this time, the group estimated aggregation time may be: 11:35 to ensure that each participant completes the collection as early as possible.
Optionally, in another specific implementation manner, in order to ensure that each participant can be timely and time-rich to improve the user experience, the group forecast aggregation time may be: the time length later than the latest time in the plurality of personal estimated set times corresponding to the user group can be set according to the actual situation. For example: the personal estimated aggregation time of participant 1 is 11:10, the personal estimated aggregation time of participant 2 is 11:00, the personal estimated aggregation time of participant 3 is 11:30, and the personal estimated aggregation time of participant 4 is 11:35, at this time, the group estimated aggregation time may be: 11:50 to ensure that each participant can arrive in time and has plenty of time.
It should be noted that, for the case that the aggregation plan further includes a plan aggregation time, when the plurality of personal estimation aggregation times corresponding to the user group are all earlier than the plan aggregation time, the group estimation aggregation time is: the plan aggregate time;
when the personal estimated set time later than the plan set time exists in the plurality of personal estimated set times corresponding to the user group, the group estimated set time is as follows: equal to or later than the latest time in the plurality of personal estimated set times corresponding to the user group.
In addition, it is emphasized that, when the target user agrees to join the aggregation plan, the information processing apparatus may perform S101 for the first time, that is, obtain travel information of the target user who is a participant of the aggregation plan, and then perform the subsequent processes. In order to know the personal itineraries of the participants in real time and further adjust the group itineraries in real time based on the personal itineraries, after determining the current group estimated aggregation time of the aggregation plan based on the personal estimated aggregation time of the target user, the method provided by the embodiment of the present application may further include: and when the travel information updating condition is met, triggering the step of obtaining the travel information of the target user as the participant of the set plan.
For the information processing apparatus to operate in a terminal device:
in a specific implementation manner, the travel information updating condition may be: a wifi network is detected. For detecting a wifi network as a travel information updating condition, if the target user is in a wifi environment, the information processing apparatus may continuously detect the wifi network, and since the step of obtaining travel information of the target user as an aggregation plan participant is triggered when the wifi network is detected, the information processing apparatus may obtain travel information of the target user as an aggregation plan participant in real time, thereby updating the group estimated aggregation time in real time.
In another specific implementation manner, the travel information updating condition may be: and the terminal equipment executes unlocking operation. For the terminal device performing the unlocking operation as the trip information updating condition, once the terminal device performs the unlocking operation, the step of obtaining the trip information of the target user as the aggregation plan participant may be triggered, and thus the trip information of the target user as the aggregation plan participant is obtained at regular time.
In another specific implementation manner, the travel information updating condition may be: the terminal equipment is in an unlocking state and is away from the last trip information obtaining time for a preset time. For example: the step of obtaining travel information of the target user who is a participant of the ensemble plan is performed every 5 minutes while the terminal device is in the unlocked state.
For the information processing apparatus to operate in the server, the travel information update condition may be: receiving travel information reported by the terminal equipment of the target user in a timing or real-time manner; alternatively, the travel information updating condition may be: a predetermined acquisition time is reached.
It should be emphasized that the above-mentioned travel information updating conditions are only examples, and should not be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present application.
In the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the application, after the travel information of a target user serving as a participant of a collective plan is obtained, the personal estimated collective time of the target user is determined based on the travel information of the target user and the target position information contained in the collective plan; further, determining the current group estimated aggregation time of the aggregation plan based on the personal estimated aggregation time of the target user; wherein the group estimation aggregation time is as follows: a projected rendezvous time for a user population that includes the target user and the remaining participants for which the rendezvous plan is currently intended. Therefore, the group journey can be quickly and effectively estimated in a multi-person set scene through the scheme, and the participation experience of participants is improved.
For the situation that the aggregation plan comprises the target position information and the plan aggregation time, the optimal departure time of the participants can be determined while the group journey is rapidly and effectively estimated, so that more humanized travel instructions are provided, and the user participation experience is further improved. Based on this processing idea, as shown in fig. 2, an information processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application may include the following steps:
s201, obtaining travel information of a target user as a set plan participant;
s202, determining personal estimated aggregation time of the target user based on the trip information and target position information contained in the aggregation plan;
s203, determining the current group estimated aggregation time of the aggregation plan based on the personal estimated aggregation time of the target user;
wherein the group estimation aggregation time is as follows: a projected rendezvous time for a user population that includes the target user and the remaining participants for which the rendezvous plan is currently intended.
In this embodiment, S201 to S203 are the same as S101 to S103 in the above embodiment, and are not described herein again.
S204, determining the optimal departure time of the target user based on the relation between the personal estimated set time of the target user and the planned set time.
After the personal estimated set time of the target user is determined, the optimal departure time of the target user can be determined based on the relationship between the personal estimated set time of the target user and the planned set time. It is emphasized that, in a specific application, there is no strict order of execution for the step of determining the optimal departure time of the target user and the step of determining the current group forecast aggregation time of the aggregation plan, such as: it is reasonable that the step of determining the optimal departure time of the target user and the step of determining the current group forecast aggregation time of the aggregation plan are executed simultaneously, or the step of determining the optimal departure time of the target user is executed before the step of determining the current group forecast aggregation time of the aggregation plan, or the step of determining the current group forecast aggregation time of the aggregation plan is executed before the step of determining the optimal departure time of the target user.
Optionally, the step of determining the optimal departure time of the target user based on the relationship between the personal estimated aggregation time of the target user and the planned aggregation time may include:
calculating the time length difference between the personal estimated set time of the target user and the planned set time by using a preset formula; wherein the predetermined formula is: the planned aggregate time-the personal estimated aggregate time of the target user-a first time threshold;
when the time length difference is not less than 0, determining the optimal departure time of the target user as: a time that is later than the current time by the duration difference;
and when the time length difference is less than 0, determining the optimal departure time of the target user as the current time.
The first time threshold is a time reserved to avoid the user from arriving late, and the specific value may be set according to actual conditions. For example: assuming that the current time is 10:20, the planned aggregation time is 11:30, the personal estimated aggregation time of the target user is 10:50, and the first time threshold is 30 minutes; at this time, the time length difference between the planned set time and the personal estimated set time of the target user is 10, and the optimal departure time of the target user can be determined to be 10:30 because the time length difference is not less than 0;
assuming that the current time is 10:20, the planned aggregation time is 11:30, the personal estimated aggregation time of the target user is 11:10, and the first time threshold is 30 minutes; at the moment, the time length difference between the planned set time and the personal estimated set time of the target user is-10, and the optimal departure time of the target user can be determined to be 10:20 at the current time because the time length difference is less than 0, namely the target user immediately departs;
assuming that the current time is 10:20, the planned aggregation time is 11:30, the personal estimated aggregation time of the target user is 11:40, and the first time threshold is 30 minutes; at this time, the time length difference between the planned aggregation time and the personal estimated aggregation time of the target user is-40, and the time length difference is less than 0, so that the optimal departure time of the target user can be determined as the current time 10:20, namely, the target user can depart immediately, and the target user is prompted to have a delay risk.
It should be emphasized that the above-mentioned specific implementation manner for determining the optimal departure time of the target user based on the relationship between the personal estimated aggregation time of the target user and the planned aggregation time is merely an example, and should not constitute a limitation of the embodiment of the present application, for example, in a specific application, a difference between the planned aggregation time and the personal estimated aggregation time of the target user may be calculated, whether the difference is greater than 0 is determined, if greater than 0, the optimal departure time of the target user may be a time that is later than the current time by the difference, if not greater than 0, the optimal departure time of the target user may be the current time, i.e., the current departure, and the like, which is reasonable.
In addition, in order to further improve the user experience, after calculating the time difference between the personal estimated set time of the target user and the planned set time, the method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include:
and recommending travel service to the target user according to the duration difference and the current position information of the target user.
The travel service may include, but is not limited to, taxi service or car pool service.
Optionally, in a specific implementation manner, when the duration difference is smaller than a second duration threshold, the information processing apparatus may recommend the taxi taking service to the target user based on the current location information of the target user. And, the information processing apparatus may provide a jump link of the taxi taking service to the target user, and the target user may take a taxi through the jump link.
Optionally, in another implementation manner, to save cost, when the time length difference is smaller than a second time length threshold, the information processing apparatus may recommend the car sharing service with the target participant to the target user; wherein the target participant is: and the participants in the preset address range in the current other participants are positioned, wherein the preset address range is a range taking the current position information of the target user as the center and the preset distance as the radius.
And, the information processing apparatus may provide a jump link of the car pooling service to the target user, and the target user may perform car pooling through the jump link. The specific value of the predetermined distance may be set according to actual conditions, for example: the predetermined range may be 500 meters, 600 meters, 700 meters, 800 meters, and so on. In a specific application, the second duration threshold may be 0, but is not limited to this, for example: it is also reasonable that the second duration threshold may be a value less than 0.
In addition, it can be understood that, when the information processing apparatus is operated in the terminal device, the information processing apparatus may request the server to obtain the current location information of the other participants, and further compare the distances between the current location information of the target user and the current location information of the other participants, thereby determining whether the other participants of the aggregation plan exist in the predetermined address range of the target user.
It should be emphasized that the specific implementation manner of recommending a travel service to the target user according to the time length difference and the current location information of the target user is given as an example only, and should not constitute a limitation to the embodiment of the present application, for example: when the time difference is not less than the second time threshold, recommending an optimal travel route to the target user based on the current position information of the target user; or, when the duration difference is smaller than a second duration threshold, the information processing apparatus may recommend a car pooling service with the first type of user to the target user; wherein, the first type of users are: and a user having destination address information corresponding to the target user and located in a predetermined address range, the predetermined address range being a range centered on the current location information of the target user and having a predetermined distance as a radius, and so on.
Therefore, the group journey can be quickly and effectively estimated in a multi-user set scene through the scheme, and the optimal departure time can be determined for the participants so as to provide more humanized travel indication and further improve the user participation experience.
The method can recommend service information to early participants while rapidly and effectively predicting the group journey so as to provide more humanized travel indication, thereby further improving the user participation experience. Based on this processing idea, as shown in fig. 3, an information processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application may include the following steps:
s301, obtaining travel information of a target user as a set plan participant;
s302, determining personal estimated aggregation time of the target user based on the trip information and the target position information contained in the aggregation plan;
s303, determining the current group estimated aggregation time of the aggregation plan based on the personal estimated aggregation time of the target user;
wherein the group estimation aggregation time is as follows: a projected rendezvous time for a user population that includes the target user and the remaining participants for which the rendezvous plan is currently intended.
In this embodiment, S301 to S303 are the same as S101 to S103 in the above embodiment, and are not described herein again.
S304, if the time of the target user reaching the target position information is earlier than the current group estimated aggregation time of the aggregation plan, obtaining service reference information corresponding to the target user;
s305, recommending service information to the target user based on the service reference information corresponding to the target user.
If the information processing device detects that the target user arrives early, namely the time for the target user to reach the target position information is detected to be earlier than the current group estimated aggregation time of the aggregation plan, in order to further improve the user participation experience, the service reference information corresponding to the target user can be obtained, and the service information is recommended to the target user based on the service reference information corresponding to the target user, so that the waste of personal time caused by the target user when waiting for aggregation is avoided. The type of the service information may include, but is not limited to, a place, an item, preference information, a person, etc.; wherein, the places can comprise scenic spots, shopping malls, shops, block public facilities and the like; the items can include group purchase, flash order, appointment, trial, consultation and the like; the offers may include discounts, coupons, etc., and the persons may include technicians, physicians, etc.
And, the service reference information may include: one or more of a user representation, an early arrival time, a current scene, a planned event, and historical behavior.
