Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of respirators, and particularly relates to a respirator with a pressure measuring device, wherein a transformer is arranged on the respirator. The invention comprises that the inner bottom of a drying cylinder is connected with an inner cup and an outer cup through a flange, an isolation net is arranged between the drying cylinder and the inner cup, and silica gel is filled in the drying cylinder; the pressure measuring and displaying device is arranged on the drying cylinder, and the isolating net is provided with a plurality of spherical surfaces with small holes. The invention has simple structure and reasonable design, and particularly designs the pressure measuring and displaying device and the novel isolating net, so that the pressure measuring and displaying device not only can display the gas pressure in the respirator, but also is convenient for inspection staff to observe and record the pressure in the respirator, know whether the respirator is likely to be blocked, know the pressure difference between the inside of the oil storage cabinet and the outside, avoid the occurrence of faults and ensure the safe and stable operation of the transformer. The device can also provide a data uploading function and an interface for an on-line monitoring device of the internal pressure of the respirator.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of respirators, and particularly relates to a respirator with a pressure measuring device, wherein a transformer is arranged on the respirator.
Background
The transformer breather, also called as a moisture absorber, is an air purifying device on an oil immersed transformer, and is installed on an air inlet of an oil storage tank, and is used for removing and drying sundries and moisture in air entering the oil storage tank due to the change of the oil temperature of transformer oil, so that the air entering the oil storage tank is purified by the breather, and the air pressure balance inside and outside the oil storage tank is maintained. The upper part of the respirator is a silica gel tank, a transparent glass cylinder or an opaque container with an observation hole, a proper amount of silica gel particles are filled in the silica gel tank, the lower part of the silica gel tank is connected with an oil collecting cup through a flange, an isolating net is arranged between the silica gel tank and the oil collecting cup, the isolating net bears the effect of the silica gel particles, and a proper amount of oil is filled in the oil collecting cup to form an oil seal, so that the effect of isolating air is achieved. The existing isolation net is of a plane structure with small holes, the breather is possibly blocked due to the reasons of breather capacity, silica gel particle quality, oil level change frequency in the oil storage cabinet, size and the like, and patrolling staff cannot easily judge that the breather is blocked, so that the pressure in the oil storage cabinet and the pressure outside the oil storage cabinet are unbalanced, light gas alarm of a transformer and a reactor can be triggered, when the pressure difference exceeds a critical value, a breather blocking point is flushed, and heavy gas tripping of the transformer and the reactor can be caused.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problem that the existing respirator is easy to block, the invention provides the respirator with the pressure measuring device, which has the function of measuring the internal air pressure of the respirator, can clearly display specific pressure values on the respirator, is convenient for inspection staff to observe and record, improves the isolation net of silica gel, and reduces the possibility of blocking the respirator.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a respirator with a pressure measuring device comprises an inner cup and an outer cup which are connected with each other through a flange at the inner bottom of a drying cylinder, wherein an isolation net is arranged between the drying cylinder and the inner cup, and silica gel is filled in the drying cylinder; the pressure measuring and displaying device is arranged on the drying cylinder, and the isolating net is provided with a plurality of spherical surfaces with small holes.

The pressure measuring and displaying device is arranged in the drying cylinder and is connected with the mounting base of the pressure measuring and displaying device on the upper part of the drying cylinder through screws.
The pressure measuring and displaying device can measure and display the gas pressure value in the respirator, and the gas pressure value is obtained through gas pressure difference or through pressure conversion, wherein the gas pressure value comprises a U-shaped pipe or a sensitive element or a Hall sensor, and the specific display mode comprises a U-shaped pipe or a pointer type or a digital type; the pressure measuring and displaying device has an uploading function and is used for on-line monitoring of the internal pressure of the respirator; providing a data uploading function and providing data for an on-line monitoring device of the internal pressure of the respirator; the pressure measurement and display device can provide a data uploading function, wherein the uploading mode is a wired mode, a wireless mode or a combination mode of the wired mode and the wireless mode, and the uploading data format is a continuous mode, a digital mode or a combination mode of the wireless mode and the wireless mode.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the invention is a respirator with a pressure measuring device, comprising an inner cup 5 and an outer cup 6 which are connected with each other through a flange at the bottom of a drying cylinder 2, and silica gel 3 is filled in the drying cylinder 2. The invention has one innovation point that a pressure measuring device is additionally arranged on the basis of the existing respirator, and the second innovation point is the structure of an isolation net, and the specific structure is as follows: the pressure measuring and displaying device 1 is arranged on the drying cylinder 2, and the isolating net 4 is arranged between the bottom in the drying cylinder 2 and the inner cup 5.
The drying cylinder 2 is a transparent glass cylinder or other containers with observation windows, and the structure and shape of the drying cylinder 2 are not particularly required, and can be square, cylindrical or special-shaped.
The isolating net 4 is a metal net or a nonmetal net, the structure of the isolating net is shown in fig. 2 and 3, a plurality of spherical surfaces 8 with small holes are arranged on the isolating net 4, the small holes are distributed on the convex spherical surfaces 8, and the isolating net comprises three types of small holes which are respectively: the round hole 9 at the top of the convex sphere, the strip-shaped hole 10 from the middle upper part to the middle lower part along the convex sphere, and the dispersed square holes 11 at the bottom of the sphere.
The diameter of the round hole 9 is any value between 1mm and 3mm, and one or more of 1mm, 2mm, 2.5mm or 3mm can be selected for implementation.
It is within the scope of the present invention that the strip-shaped hole 10 is a trapezoid hole that widens from top to bottom or an ellipse that widens from top to bottom.
The square holes 11 are rectangular holes or square holes, and are within the scope of the invention.
The pressure measuring and displaying device 1 is installed inside the drying cylinder 2 and is connected with an installation base at the upper part of the drying cylinder through four screws, and is particularly shown in fig. 4 and 5. Fig. 4 and 5 are a side view and a cross-sectional view, respectively, of the installation of the pressure measuring and display device, the installation base 12 of which is integrated with the drying drum, and the pressure measuring and display device 1 is fixed to the installation base 12 of the pressure measuring and display device using the installation screw 13.
The pressure measuring and displaying device 1 can measure and display the pressure value of the gas in the respirator, the device obtains the pressure value of the gas through the pressure difference or through pressure conversion, such as a U-shaped pipe, a sensitive element and a Hall sensor, the specific display modes are such as a U-shaped pipe type, a gauge needle type and a digital type, and the gas pressure measuring principle and the display modes are not limited to the above.
The pressure measuring and displaying device 1 is shown with an uploading function and can be used for on-line monitoring of the internal pressure of the respirator. The data uploading function is provided, and data is provided for the on-line monitoring device of the internal pressure of the respirator.
The pressure measurement and display device 1 can provide a data uploading function, wherein the uploading mode is a wired mode, a wireless mode or a combination mode of the wired mode and the wireless mode, and the uploading data format is a continuous mode, a digital mode or a combination mode of the wireless mode and the wireless mode.
In specific implementation, a U-shaped tube type pressure gauge is taken as an example to describe an in-situ measurement and display method of the respirator, as shown in fig. 6, a U-shaped tube pressure gauge 7 is connected to the upper part of the drying cylinder 2, and the tail end A of the U-shaped tube is arranged at the inner edge of the drying cylinder 2 and is close to the upper side, such as A1; the U-shaped tube end B is mounted on the upper portion of the inner cup and is close to the inner portion of the inner cup, such as at B1.
