Further, as shown in fig. 3, the second portion 212 may be a hollow member. Thereby, the mass of the engaging post 210 can be reduced, and the contact area between the second portion 212 and the bottom wall of the moving slot 110 can be reduced, so that the relative sliding friction between the second portion 212 and the bottom wall of the moving slot 110 can be reduced, and the displacement smoothness of the second portion 212 can be improved, thereby facilitating the drawing of the water tank drawer 20.
An air conditioning indoor unit according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the air processing module 1 as described above.
According to the air conditioner indoor unit provided by the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the safety locking piece 30, the position of the extending part 310 in the matching groove 120 can be changed to enable the extending part 310 to be arranged in the moving groove 110 or to be positioned outside the moving groove 110, so that the matching relation between the extending part 310 and the matching column 210 can be switched, the moving state of the matching column 210 in the moving groove 110 can be changed, the drawing function of the water tank drawer 20 can be realized to meet the requirement of a user on the water tank operation in the water tank drawer 20, and the water tank drawer 20 can be fixed on the purified air outlet frame 10 under the working condition of the water tank, so that the safety accident caused by the unintentional drawing of the water tank drawer 20 by children is avoided, and the safety performance of the air treatment module 1 can be improved.
The air treatment module 1 according to the invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1-9. It is to be understood that the following description is exemplary only and is not intended to limit the invention in any way.
As shown in fig. 1, an air treatment module 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a purge air duct outlet frame 10, a tank drawer 20, a tank, and a safety lock 30.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, the purge duct air outlet frame 10 is provided with ventilation holes penetrating the purge duct air outlet frame 10. The water tank drawer 20 is drawably arranged on the purified air duct air outlet frame 10, the water tank drawer 20 can move relative to the purified air duct air outlet frame 10, and the relative position relationship between the water tank drawer 20 and the purified air duct air outlet frame 10 can be changed by pushing or pulling the water tank drawer 20. The tank drawer 20 includes a tub 200, and the tub 200 is used for placing a tank. The wind wheel on the air treatment module 1 can extract air to form air flow, the air flow can flow out of the purification wind channel air outlet frame 10 from the ventilation hole and flow to the water tank in the water tank drawer 20, and water in the water tank can blow out of the air treatment module 1 along with the air flow, so that the humidity of the surrounding environment can be improved, and the air quality is improved.
As shown in fig. 1-2 and 4-6, the upper surface (upper surface shown in fig. 6) of the purge air duct outlet frame 10 may be provided with a moving groove 110 and a fitting groove 120, and the fitting groove 120 communicates with the moving groove 110. The extending direction of the matching groove 120 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the moving groove 110, one end of the matching groove 120, which is far away from the purified air duct air outlet frame 10, is open, and one end of the moving groove 110, which is far away from the purified air duct air outlet frame 10, is open. One end of the moving groove 110 extends to the outside of the purge air duct outlet frame 10. The fitting groove 120 includes a branch groove 121, and the branch groove 121 is parallel to the moving groove 110 and extends to the outside of the purge air duct outlet frame 10. The water tank drawer 20 includes a mating post 210, and when the water tank drawer 20 is adjacent to the purge air channel outlet frame 10 (e.g., the water tank drawer 20 overlaps the purge air channel outlet frame 10), the water tank drawer 20 is positioned on the purge air channel outlet frame 10, and the mating post 210 is adapted to extend into the moving slot 110. The engagement post 210 may engage with the safety lock 30 to define the tank drawer 20 on the purge air duct outlet frame 10.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the safety lock 30 includes a handle portion 300, an insertion portion 310, and a reset device 320. The restoring means 320 may include an elastic member 321 and a connecting member 322, the connecting member 322 may be formed in a cylindrical shape, the connecting member 322 is connected with the extending portion 310, the connecting member 322 and the extending portion 310 are positioned on the same line, and the handle 300, the extending portion 310 and the connecting member 322 may be integrally formed. The handle 300 is vertically connected to the insertion portion 310, and a weight-reducing groove 313 may be provided in the insertion portion 310. The protruding portion 310 and the connecting piece 322 may be disposed in the mating groove 120, the mating groove 120 may be formed as an elongated groove, the protruding portion 310 may move in the length direction of the mating groove 120, and the connecting piece 322 may move in the mating groove 120 along with the protruding portion 310. The end of the handle 300 remote from the extension 310 extends from the branch groove 121 to the purge air duct outlet frame 10. The position of the protruding portion 310 within the mating groove 120 can be changed by moving the handle portion 300. The elastic member 321 is sleeved on the outer peripheral wall of the connecting member 322, the elastic member 321 is located in the matching groove 120, one end of the elastic member 321 is abutted against the extending portion 310, and the other end of the elastic member 321 is abutted against the inner peripheral wall of the matching groove 120.
As shown in fig. 1-2 and fig. 4-6, the position of the projecting portion 310 in the fitting groove 120 includes a lock position and a retracted position. When the extending portion 310 is located at the locking position, at least part of the extending portion 310 may extend into the moving slot 110, after the engaging post 210 extends into the moving slot 110, the extending portion 310 may limit the engaging post 210 in the moving slot 110, and when the water tank drawer 20 is pulled, the engaging post 210 abuts against the extending portion 310, so that the water tank drawer 20 cannot be pulled out from the purified air duct outlet frame 10. When the extending portion 310 is located at the avoiding position, the extending portion 310 is received in the matching groove 120, the matching column 210 can move in the moving groove 110, and the water tank drawer 20 can be freely pulled out on the purification air duct air outlet frame 10. The extending portion 310 may include a body portion 311 and a hook portion 312, the hook portion 312 is disposed on a free end of the body portion 311, the hook portion 312 extends into the moving slot 110 in the locking position, and the extending portion 310 is movable in the extending direction of the moving slot 110 such that the hook portion 312 is stopped against an inner wall of the moving slot 110.
As shown in fig. 3, the coupling post 210 may include a first portion 211 and a second portion 212, the first portion 211 being provided on the tank drawer 20, an outer circumferential wall of the first portion 211 being located outside an outer circumferential wall of the second portion 212, the second portion 212 protruding into the moving slot 110. The cross-sectional area of the first portion 211 is greater than the cross-sectional area of the second portion 212. The second portion 212 may be a hollow member. The safety lock 30 further includes a locking cap 330 provided on the purge air duct outlet frame 10 to cover the open side of the fitting groove 120.
According to the air treatment module 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, by arranging the safety locking member 30, the position of the extending portion 310 in the matching groove 120 can be changed to enable the extending portion 310 to be placed in the moving groove 110 or be located outside the moving groove 110, so that the matching relationship between the extending portion 310 and the matching column 210 can be switched, and further, the moving state of the matching column 210 in the moving groove 110 can be changed, so that the drawing function of the water tank drawer 20 can be realized to meet the requirement of a user on the operation of the water tank in the water tank drawer 20, and the water tank drawer 20 can be fixed on the purified air outlet frame 10 under the working condition of the water tank, so that the safety accident caused by the unintentional drawing of the water tank drawer 20 by children can be avoided, and the safety performance of the air treatment module 1 can be improved.

Claims (9)

1. An air treatment module, comprising:
The purification air duct air outlet frame is provided with a vent hole, a moving groove and a matching groove, and the matching groove is communicated with the moving groove;
the water tank drawer is arranged on the air outlet frame of the purification air duct in a drawable manner, and is provided with a water tank and a matching column extending into the moving tank;
The water tank is arranged on the water tank drawer to supply water into the water tank;
The safety locking piece comprises a handle part and an extending part, the extending part is movably arranged in the matching groove, the handle part is connected with the extending part, a part of the handle part extends out of the air outlet frame of the purification air duct, the handle part drives the extending part to move between a locking position and an avoiding position when triggered, and in the locking position, the extending part extends into the moving groove and is matched with the matching column to limit the moving displacement of the matching column, and in the avoiding position, the extending part is stored in the matching groove;
The extending part comprises a body part and a clamping hook part, the clamping hook part is arranged on the free end of the body part, the clamping hook part extends into the moving groove at the locking position, and the extending part can move in the extending direction of the moving groove so that the clamping hook part is stopped against the inner wall of the moving groove;
The cooperation post includes first portion and second portion, first portion is established on the water tank drawer, the periphery wall of first portion is located the outside of the periphery wall of second portion, the second portion stretches into in the removal groove, the cross-sectional area of first portion is greater than the cross-sectional area of second portion.
2. The air treatment module of claim 1, wherein the safety latch further comprises a reset device coupled to the extension to urge the extension into the travel slot.

8. An air treatment module according to claim 1, wherein the second portion is a hollow member.
9. An air conditioning indoor unit comprising an air treatment module according to any one of claims 1-8.
