本发明涉及节能灯技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种角度可调节的绿色节能LED灯具。
背景技术
现有的LED气氛灯一般是固定在灯具中,而灯具一般是固定的,其照射角度无法进行调节,而且现有的LED气氛灯一般是灯泡对应的配光镜采用不同的颜色,而对应的LED灯的亮度也是不同的,其配光镜和对应的LED灯之间位置时无法进行调节的,无法根据需要进行调整,从而影响其使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种角度可调节的绿色节能LED灯具,它通过倾斜调节电机运行可以调节LED灯的照射角度,而通过转动调节齿轮可以调节配光镜与对应的LED灯之间的对应,满足不同的照射要求。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种角度可调节的绿色节能LED灯具,包括灯壳体和灯具连接底座,所述灯壳体的底部螺接有底部壳体,底部壳体的底面中部具有向下延伸的延伸部,延伸部的外壁固定有螺接底座,延伸部的底面中部具有电连接头,灯具连接底座的顶面中部具有球面凹槽,球面凹槽的底面中部具有轴向穿线通孔,连接座的中部底面具有球面凸起,球面凸起插套在球面凹槽中,连接座的中部顶面具有凹孔部,凹孔部中固定有螺接套,螺接底座螺接在螺接套中,螺接套的底面中部固定有绝缘套,绝缘套中插套有接触块,接触块插套在凹孔部的底面中部具有连接凹孔中,接触块的底端固定有缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧插套在连接凹孔中并固定在连接凹孔的底面上,电连接头压靠在接触块上,接触块和螺接套均连接有总电连接线,总电连接线伸出球面凸起的底面并伸入轴向穿线通孔中。
所述灯壳体的内侧壁上固定有弹性卡置片,弹性卡置片的一端插套在转动齿轮的其中两个齿之间。
所述灯壳体的顶部螺接有灯罩,灯罩的顶板上成型有至少两个透光孔,至少两个颜色不同的配光镜覆盖对应的透光孔并固定在透光孔的内侧壁上,灯罩的中部底面铰接有转动轴,转动轴中固定有转动盘,转动盘的侧壁上固定有散热架,散热架上固定有LED灯主板,LED灯主板的顶面中部固定有LED灯,LED灯对着配光镜,灯罩的中部底面固定有环形圈,转动轴插套在环形圈中,环形圈的底端面与转动盘的顶面相接触;
所述转动轴的下端固定有竖直转动套,竖直转动套的中部外壁固定有转动齿轮,灯壳体的侧壁具有的插槽中插套有调节齿轮,调节齿轮通过铰接轴铰接在插槽的顶面和底面上,调节齿轮与转动齿轮相啮合;竖直转动套的底端与底部壳体的中部顶面相紧贴。
所述延伸部的底端面固定有缓冲绝缘块,缓冲绝缘块的底面固定有电连接头。
所述灯壳体的中部为阶梯型腔体,转动盘处于阶梯型腔体的上部大直径腔体部中,上部大直径腔体部的底端面上固定有耐磨层,散热架的底端面压靠在耐磨层上。
所述LED灯主板的连接线穿过竖直转动套的中部通孔后与对应的电连接头和螺接底座相连接。
每个LED灯的亮度均不同。
所述灯具连接底座的外侧壁具有延伸连接板,延伸连接板的左右两端分别固定有倾斜调节电机,倾斜调节电机的输出轴向上伸出延伸连接板并螺接有调节螺套,调节螺套的顶端铰接在连接座的左右两侧具有的向外延伸的延伸部的底面上。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它通过倾斜调节电机运行可以调节LED灯的照射角度,而通过转动调节齿轮可以调节配光镜与对应的LED灯之间的对应,满足不同的照射要求。

实施例:见图1至图3所示,一种角度可调节的绿色节能LED灯具,包括灯壳体10和灯具连接底座30,所述灯壳体10的底部螺接有底部壳体20,底部壳体20的底面中部具有向下延伸的延伸部21,延伸部21的外壁固定有螺接底座22,延伸部21的底面中部具有电连接头 23,灯具连接底座30的顶面中部具有球面凹槽31,球面凹槽 31的底面中部具有轴向穿线通孔32,连接座40的中部底面具有球面凸起41,球面凸起41插套在球面凹槽31中,连接座40 的中部顶面具有凹孔部42,凹孔部42中固定有螺接套43,螺接底座22螺接在螺接套43中,螺接套43的底面中部固定有绝缘套44,绝缘套44中插套有接触块45,接触块45插套在凹孔部42的底面中部具有连接凹孔46中,接触块45的底端固定有缓冲弹簧47,缓冲弹簧47插套在连接凹孔46中并固定在连接凹孔46的底面上,电连接头23压靠在接触块45上,接触块45 和螺接套43均连接有总电连接线,总电连接线伸出球面凸起41的底面并伸入轴向穿线通孔32中。
进一步的说,所述灯壳体10的内侧壁上固定有弹性卡置片103,弹性卡置片103的一端插套在转动齿轮191的其中两个齿之间。
进一步的说,所述灯壳体10的顶部螺接有灯罩11,灯罩11的顶板上成型有至少两个透光孔12,至少两个颜色不同的配光镜13覆盖对应的透光孔12并固定在透光孔12的内侧壁上,灯罩11的中部底面铰接有转动轴14,转动轴14中固定有转动盘15,转动盘15的侧壁上固定有散热架16,散热架16上固定有LED灯主板17,LED灯主板17的顶面中部固定有 LED灯171,LED灯171对着配光镜13,灯罩11的中部底面固定有环形圈18,转动轴14插套在环形圈18中,环形圈18的底端面与转动盘15的顶面相接触;
进一步的说,所述转动轴14的下端固定有竖直转动套19,竖直转动套19的中部外壁固定有转动齿轮191,灯壳体10的侧壁具有的插槽101中插套有调节齿轮102,调节齿轮102通过铰接轴铰接在插槽101的顶面和底面上,调节齿轮102与转动齿轮191相啮合;竖直转动套19的底端与底部壳体20的中部顶面相紧贴。

本实施例中,通过两个倾斜调节电机34运行,可以调节连接座 40的倾斜角度,从而调节处于连接座40上的LED灯171的照射角度, 其中为了保证倾斜正常运行,其两个倾斜调节电机34的输出轴的长度不同,相应的调节螺套35的长度也不同。
而通过转动调节齿轮102从而使得转动齿轮191转动,实现转动盘15转动,从而调节LED灯主板17与配光镜13之间的对应位置,可以根据需要将不同亮度的LED灯171对应不同延伸的配光镜13,实现不同的照射要求,而通过弹性卡置片103可以对转动齿轮191实现位置固定。
