本发明公开了一种环保高白度耐老化投影PVC膜,其原料按重量百分数如下:聚氯乙烯树脂48‑50%,对苯二甲酸二辛酯20%,环氧大豆油2%,填充剂8%,钙锌稳定剂2.5‑3%,抗紫外线剂2%,抗氧化剂2%,色料0.5%,高白度金红石型二氧化钛14‑16%。通过使用聚氯乙烯树脂、高白度金红石型二氧化钛、抗氧化剂和抗紫外线剂,大大提升此PVC膜的拉力强度、遮光率、白度、抗老化、抗紫外线效果。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料的新型加工和应用技术领域,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种环保高白度耐老化投影PVC膜。
背景技术
PVC合成薄膜在广泛使用,一般的PVC薄膜强度差,遮光率、白度均一般,也没有抗紫外线的效果,达不到客户使用要求,使用时间大大缩短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保高白度耐老化投影PVC膜,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种环保高白度耐老化投影PVC膜,其原料按重量百分数如下:聚氯乙烯树脂48-50%,对苯二甲酸二辛酯20%,环氧大豆油2%,填充剂8%,钙锌稳定剂2.5-3%,抗紫外线剂2%,抗氧化剂2%,色料0.5%,高白度金红石型二氧化钛14-16%。
优选的,所述抗紫外线剂和抗氧化剂的质量比为1:1。
优选的,所述高白度金红石型二氧化钛的白度不低于氧化镁的白度。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过使用聚氯乙烯树脂、高白度金红石型二氧化钛、抗氧化剂和抗紫外线剂,大大提升此PVC膜的拉力强度、遮光率、白度、抗老化、抗紫外线效果。

具体的,所述抗紫外线剂和抗氧化剂的质量比为1:1。
具体的,所述高白度金红石型二氧化钛的白度不低于氧化镁的白度。
本发明还提供了一种环保高白度耐老化投影PVC膜的制备工艺,将原料的重量百分数数值输入到自动计量设备中,自动计量设备量取物料,并将物料添加到高速混合机中混合20-30min,然后送入万马力密炼机中密炼30-40min,使用胶化轧轮机进行连续压轧,通过过滤机过滤后送入五辊压延机压延成型,并在需要压花的位置压制花纹,冷却定型后卷取包装。
本发明通过将现有的乙烯法树脂和该配方工艺相结合,增强了该PVC膜的强度、遮光率呵呵白度。
