The limiting block 6 is connected with a handle 7 in a threaded mode and is locked through a nut 8. The limiting block 6 is used for limiting the maximum opening degree of the floating circular arc blocks 3 relative to the fixed circular arc blocks 2. The handle 7 is used for realizing the quick pressing function of the floating circular arc block 3 so as to improve the assembly and disassembly efficiency of the electrochemical aluminum coil 10, and the assembly and disassembly are simple, convenient and quick, and are time-saving and labor-saving.
The positioning round table 1 is positioned on one side of the fixed circular arc block 2, is in threaded connection with a handle 7 on the outer circumferential surface close to the notch 103, and is locked by a nut 8, wherein the two handles 8 are matched for use. The two handles 8 are held by hands, so that the floating circular arc blocks 3 are pressed, wherein the two handles 8 are matched for use, and the hand holding of a person is met.
The other end of the floating circular arc block 3 is provided with a first blind hole inwards from the end face, and correspondingly, the fixed circular arc block 2 is provided with a second blind hole 202 inwards from the end face; one end of the spring 4 is inserted into the first blind hole of the floating circular arc block 3, and the other end is inserted into the second blind hole 202 of the fixed circular arc block 2. The number of the first blind holes and the second blind holes 202 is plural, and in this embodiment, the number of the first blind holes and the second blind holes 202 is three, that is, the number of the springs 4 is three. The use of a plurality of springs 4 ensures that there is sufficient tension to expand the inner bore of the paper core 11.
One end of the floating circular arc block 3 is provided with a first concave table 307, a shaft hole 306 and a second concave table 305 which are sequentially communicated from the circular arc end face close to the positioning circular table 1 to the other circular arc end face, the positioning circular table 1 is provided with an internal threaded hole 104 at the position corresponding to the shaft hole 306, the rotating shaft 5 is sequentially connected with the hexagonal head 50, the cylindrical section 51 and the threaded section 52 to form a stepped structure, and one end of the floating circular arc block 3 is rotationally connected with the positioning circular table 1 through the rotating shaft 5, wherein the threaded section 52 of the rotating shaft 1 is in threaded connection with the internal threaded hole 104, the cylindrical section 51 is positioned in the shaft hole 306, and the hexagonal head 50 is positioned at the position of the second concave table 305.
The positioning round table 1 is provided with a plurality of bolt holes 105 connected with the base 12 and an outer spigot 102 matched and installed with the base 12. The base 12 is the base 12 which is arranged on the unreeling shaft 13 of the stamping machine through a bearing, the positioning with the base 12 is realized through the outer spigot 102 on the positioning round table 1, and then the base 12 is detachably connected through the bolt hole 105 on the positioning round table 1, so that the connection between the expanding shaft and the base is realized, and the expanding shaft can rotate along with the unreeling shaft 13, so that unreeling of the electrochemical aluminum coil 10 is realized.
The floating circular arc block 3 is provided with a first circular arc notch 303 at one end corresponding to the bolt hole 105 and close to the positioning circular table 1; the fixed circular arc piece 3 is equipped with the second circular arc breach 201 in the one end that corresponds bolt hole 105 position and deviate from location round platform 1, be equipped with the through-hole 203 of intercommunication second circular arc breach 201 and corresponding bolt hole 105 on the fixed circular arc piece 2.
Example two
On the basis of the first embodiment, the outer circumferential surfaces of the fixed circular arc block 2 and the floating circular arc block 3 are provided with an annular groove 302 at one end close to the positioning round table 1. The annular groove 302 avoids the paper core inner hole burrs of the electrochemical aluminum coil 10, and ensures that the surface of the paper core 11 inner hole can be tightly attached to the outer circumferential surfaces of the fixed circular arc blocks 2 and the floating circular arc blocks 3.

On the basis of the first embodiment, a plurality of straight grooves 301 are uniformly distributed on the outer circumferential surfaces of the fixed circular arc blocks 2 and the floating circular arc blocks 3 along the circumference. When the alumite roll 10 is sleeved on the circular ring, the sharp edges of the straight grooves 301 bite the surface of the inner hole of the paper core 11, so that the inner hole of the paper core 11, the fixed circular arc block 2 and the outer circumferential surface of the floating circular arc block 3 have enough friction force to ensure the connection reliability of the alumite roll 10 and the expansion shaft of the invention, and the alumite roll 10 cannot slide and loosen, so that the alumite roll is suitable for high-speed production.
Example IV
On the basis of the first embodiment, the positioning round table 1 is provided with a plurality of lightening holes 101, and the lightening holes 101 penetrate through the outer circumferential surface and the inner circumferential surface of the positioning round table 1. The weight reducing hole 101 realizes the weight reducing function of the positioning round table 1 so as to reduce the weight while ensuring the structural strength of the expansion shaft of the invention, thereby reducing the load of the unwinding shaft operation of the gilding press, being beneficial to prolonging the service life of the unwinding shaft, reducing the energy use and being environment-friendly.
Example five
On the basis of the first embodiment, the fixed circular arc block 2 and the floating circular arc block 3 are provided with inner spigots 304 on the circular arc end faces deviating from the positioning circular table 1, and the inner spigots 304 are positioned on spigot edges and chamfer angles of the spigot faces. The outer circumferential surfaces of the fixed circular arc blocks 2 and the floating circular arc blocks 3, which are away from the circular arc end surfaces of the positioning circular table 1, are chamfered. Both ends of the outer circumferential surfaces of the fixed arc block 2 and the floating arc block 3 are chamfered inwards. So as to facilitate the sleeving or taking off of the electrochemical aluminum coil 10 on or from the circular ring, and improve the assembly and disassembly efficiency of the electrochemical aluminum coil 10.

a gap exists between the end face of the other end of the floating circular arc block and the end face of the fixed circular arc block; a notch is arranged on the positioning round table; a limiting block is connected to the circular arc end face of the floating circular arc block, the limiting block is positioned in the notch, and a gap exists between the limiting block and the side face of the notch close to the fixed circular arc block; the limiting block is connected with a handle;
the positioning round table is positioned on one side of the fixed circular arc block, the outer circumferential surface of the positioning round table, which is close to the notch, is connected with the handles, and the two handles are matched for use;
