Claims (6)

1. An integrated power steering tank comprising:
the upper tank body and the lower tank body which are matched with each other are welded by a joint seam to form an integral tank body;
the top and bottom of the tank body are provided with an air inlet and an air outlet which are communicated through an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe penetrating through the tank body;
an air inlet and exhaust cover and filter cotton are respectively arranged above and at the bottom of the tank body at the position matched with the air inlet and exhaust pipe, and the filter cotton is further fixed through a rubber seat matched with the air inlet and exhaust pipe;
the rubber seat is internally provided with an air inlet and outlet hole matched with the air inlet and outlet pipe, the height of the air inlet and outlet cover is configured to be higher than the surface of the tank cover by a preset height, and a gap is reserved between a port of the air inlet and outlet pipe and the top surface of the air inlet and outlet cover;
a plurality of grooves are formed in the circumferential direction of the outer side wall of the tank cover;
further comprises:
a cartridge assembly removably disposed within the canister;
the filter element assembly comprises a filter element assembly, a filter element assembly and a filter element assembly, wherein a limiting plate is arranged at one end of a tank opening, which is matched with the inner cavity of the tank body, and a clamping groove for limiting the filter element assembly is arranged on the limiting plate;
the filter element assembly comprises a mounting handle and a spring seat matched with the mounting handle, the spring seat is connected with the mounting handle through a spring, a boss is arranged at one end of the spring seat matched with the filter element, and the outer diameter of the boss is configured to be larger than the inner diameter of a filter element mounting hole;
the outer diameter of the filter element is configured to be matched with the inner diameter of the tank opening, and a plurality of filter holes with preset pore diameters are formed in the filter element;
wherein each filter hole is configured to have an inclined angle towards the bottom of the tank body, and the aperture of the filter hole near the inner side wall of the filter element is configured to be larger than the other end;
the upper end part and the lower end part of the filter element are respectively provided with a matched clamping groove, and the clamping grooves are used for fixing a filter screen in the clamping grooves through a filler strip with a wedge-shaped structure;
the filler strip is configured into an L-shaped structure, and the filler strip is provided with an arc-shaped protruding part at one end extending into the clamping groove;
the free end of the arc-shaped protruding part is provided with a first cone-shaped part which is guided to extend into the clamping groove at one end matched with the clamping groove;
the other end of the arc-shaped protrusion has a second tapered portion, a height of which is configured to be greater than a maximum height of the first tapered portion.
2. The integrated power steering oil tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein a tank opening with a preset height is eccentrically arranged above the tank body, and external threads matched with a vacuum oil injection tool or a tank cover are arranged on the tank opening.
3. The unitary power steering tank of claim 1 further comprising: the oil inlet pipe and the oil outlet pipe are arranged below the tank body;
the oil inlet pipe and the oil outlet pipe are provided with protruding parts at ports connected with an external pipeline, the filter element is provided with an oil inlet at a position matched with the oil inlet pipe, and the oil inlet is provided with a rubber pad at a position matched with the bottom of the tank body.
4. The unitary power steering tank of claim 1 further comprising: an inserted oil pointer assembly is also arranged above the tank body;
the oil level assembly is provided with an oil level which can measure and control the oil quantity in the tank body.
5. The unitary power steering tank of claim 1 wherein the filter element is configured to employ either a ceramic filter element or a filter paper filter element.
6. The unitary power steering tank of claim 1 wherein said screen is configured as three pieces that mate with the outer surface of the filter element;
the outer surface of the filter element is provided with clamping seams at the positions matched with the combining seams of the filter screens, the combining seams of the filter screens are fixed through nail-shaped wedge-shaped rubber strips, and metal patches are arranged on the outer surface of the wedge-shaped rubber strips.
