Navel oranges are citrus varieties competitively cultivated in various countries in the world, are rich in nutrition, contain various nutritional ingredients necessary for human bodies, are excellent health-care nutritional green foods, and have the effects of reducing cholesterol, decomposing fat, reducing the accumulation of nonferrous metals and radioactive elements in human bodies, clearing fire, beautifying, preventing and resisting cancers and prolonging life when being eaten frequently. Navel oranges are distributed in countries such as the United states, Brazil, Spain, Japan, Australia, Morocco, south Africa and China, and have varieties such as Neehell, Penina, Washington and Baseline.
Add man-hour to the navel orange, need cut it, manual cutting navel orange need consume a large amount of time, cutting in-process operating personnel is fragile, consequently need urgently to research and develop a section device for navel orange that saves time, cutting in-process operating personnel is difficult for be injured.
Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to overcome the defects that a large amount of time is consumed for manually cutting navel oranges and operators are easy to hurt in the cutting process, and the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a navel orange slicing device which saves time and is difficult for operators to hurt in the cutting process.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a navel orange slicing device which comprises a blanking hopper, supporting legs, a cylinder, a cutting device and a driving device, wherein the four supporting legs are installed at the bottom of the blanking hopper, a first opening is formed in the rear side of the right side of the blanking hopper, the cylinder is installed on the upper portion of the right side of the blanking hopper and communicated with the blanking hopper, the cutting device is arranged in the cylinder, and the driving device is arranged on the upper portion of the cylinder.
Preferably, the cutting device comprises a sliding rail, a first sliding block, a first spring, a circular plate and a cutter, the sliding rail is installed on the left side and the right side in the cylinder, the first sliding block is arranged on the inner side of the sliding rail in a sliding mode, the circular plate is installed between the first sliding blocks, the first spring is connected between the top of the first sliding block and the top of the sliding rail, and the cutter is installed below the circular plate.

According to the navel orange cutting device, the cutting device is driven by the driving device, the navel oranges in the blanking hopper are cut by the driving device, and the material stirring device is further arranged, so that the cut navel oranges can be smoothly discharged out of the blanking hopper, and the effects of saving time and preventing operators from being injured easily in the cutting process are achieved.
