The invention relates to a threading clamping device which comprises an upper clamping plate, a lower clamping plate and an adjusting bolt, wherein anti-slip teeth which are staggered mutually are arranged on clamping surfaces of the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate, connecting holes of threading rods which are opposite to each other are formed in the front of the upper clamping plate and the front of the lower clamping plate, two U-shaped grooves are respectively formed in the left end surface and the right end surface of the upper clamping plate, threaded holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with the U-shaped grooves are formed in the lower clamping plate, the U-shaped grooves are in a second-order ladder shape, the upper step part is narrower than the lower step part, a bolt head is arranged at the upper part of the adjusting bolt, a flange is arranged in the middle of the adjusting bolt, the lower part of the adjusting bolt is matched with the threaded holes, the bolt head covers the top surface of the upper clamping plate, the flange is in clearance fit with the lower step part of the U-shaped grooves, the bolt head drives the upper clamping plate to move downwards to clamp strip steel when the bolt head is screwed down, and the flange drives the upper clamping plate to move upwards to loosen the strip steel when the bolt head is reversely screwed. As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a threading and clamping device comprises an upper clamping plate 1, a lower clamping plate 2 and an adjusting bolt 3, anti-slip teeth 6 which are staggered with each other are arranged on clamping surfaces of the upper clamping plate 1 and the lower clamping plate 2, threading rod connecting holes 7 which are opposite to each other are respectively arranged at the front parts of the upper clamping plate 1 and the lower clamping plate 2, two U-shaped grooves 4 are respectively arranged at left and right end surfaces of the upper clamping plate 1, threaded holes 12 which are in one-to-one correspondence with the U-shaped grooves 4 are arranged on the lower clamping plate 2, the U-shaped grooves 4 are in a second-order ladder shape, an upper step part 9 is narrower than a lower step part 10, a bolt head 8 is arranged at the upper part of the adjusting bolt 3, a flange 11 is arranged in the middle of the adjusting bolt, the lower part of the adjusting bolt is matched with the threaded holes 12, the bolt head 8 partially covers the top surface of the upper clamping plate 1, the flange 11 is in clearance fit with the lower step part 10 of the U-shaped grooves, and when the bolt head 8 is screwed down, as shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, the bolt head 8 drives the upper clamping plate 1 to move downwards to clamp strip steel, and the strip steel is reversely screwed as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the inner side end surfaces of the threading rod connecting holes 7 of the upper and lower clamping plates 1 and 2 are both flat surfaces. The threading rod can limit the whole device and the swing of the head part of the strip steel, so that the threading is convenient.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in the present embodiment, grooves 5 are provided on the outer surfaces of the upper and lower clamping plates 1 and 2. The provision of the recess 5 reduces the weight while ensuring rigidity.
In the embodiment, the lower part of the adjusting bolt 3 matched with the threaded hole 12 adopts fine threads, and the fine threads have self-locking property and can prevent strip steel from slipping caused by loosening of the bolt. The tooth surface of the anti-slip tooth 6 is hardened, and the service life of the anti-slip tooth after the tooth surface hardening treatment can be prolonged.
As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the anti-slip teeth 6 on the clamping surfaces of the upper and lower clamping plates 1 and 2 are staggered by half teeth, and when the upper and lower clamping plates 1 and 2 are completely closed, the anti-slip teeth 6 on the clamping surfaces of the upper and lower clamping plates 1 and 2 can be engaged with each other, so as to ensure the maximum and most uniform engagement force.
