The eccentric arrangement of the open slot 217 in the classifying impeller 203 makes the material flow particles smoother when passing through the separation gap formed between two adjacent blades when the classifying impeller 203 rotates, thereby greatly improving the separation efficiency.
In this embodiment, the feeding port 104 is connected with a screw feeding mechanism 500, and the blanking port 208 at the lower end of the barrel 201 and the discharging port 301 at the lower end of the cyclone 300 are respectively provided with an electric valve 219 and an electric valve 302.

The superfine Chinese herbal medicine pulverizer is characterized by comprising a frame, a pulverizing device arranged on the frame and used for pulverizing material particles, and a classifying device arranged on the frame and positioned above the pulverizing device and used for classifying the pulverized material particles, wherein the pulverizing device comprises a feeding chamber, a pulverizing chamber and a discharging chamber which are arranged in a left-to-right direction and are sequentially connected, the feeding chamber is provided with a feeding port and a feed back port, and a pressurizing wind wheel used for discharging is arranged in the discharging chamber; the classifying device comprises a barrel body, a base connected with the upper end of the barrel body, and a classifying impeller arranged below the base and positioned in the barrel body, wherein a classifying chamber is arranged on the base, and a classifying chamber inlet for conveying fine particles of materials separated by the classifying impeller to the classifying chamber is arranged at the material separating outlet end of the base close to the classifying impeller; the upper part of the discharging chamber is connected with a material conveying pipeline for conveying crushed material particles into the barrel body, the material conveying pipeline penetrates into the barrel body, a material feeding output port of the material conveying pipeline is positioned below the classifying impeller, the lower end of the barrel body is provided with a coarse particle blanking port for butting the material returning port, the classifying chamber is communicated with a cyclone separator through a pipeline, and the cyclone separator is connected with an induced draft device; the feeding chamber is integrally arranged at the upper left position of the crushing chamber, the feeding port is arranged at the left end of the feeding chamber, the feed back port is arranged at the upper end of the feeding chamber, the lower end face of the feeding chamber is arranged obliquely downwards in a left-to-right direction, and the left bearing seats in the pair of bearing seats are arranged at the lower position of the feeding chamber; the feeding hole is connected with a spiral feeding mechanism; the grading device further comprises a grading shaft connected with the grading impeller and a second motor connected with the grading shaft; the second motor is a variable-frequency speed regulating motor, and the particle size of material particles entering the grading chamber is controlled by regulating the rotating speed of the grading impeller in the grading device so as to meet the requirements of manufacturing different Chinese herbal medicine particle sizes.

The ultrafine Chinese herbal medicine pulverizer as defined in claim 1, wherein the induced draft device comprises a pulse dust collector and an induced draft fan, the cyclone separator is connected with the pulse dust collector, and the pulse dust collector is connected with the induced draft fan.
