Technical Field

Background
PPS filter bag is known as polyphenylene sulfide, is crystalline high-performance thermoplastic engineering plastic, and has the characteristics of heat resistance, chemical resistance, flame retardance and the like, wherein the PPS running temperature is 160-200 ℃. The aurora PPS has excellent heat resistance, excellent acid and alkali resistance and excellent hydrolysis resistance, is a good flame-retardant filter material, and has extremely high thermal stability. However, PPS has poor oxidation resistance and is liable to cause oxidation corrosion. The method has application in carbon black, powder collection, pneumatic conveying, chemical industry, cement, electric power and other aspects.
However, the existing PPS filter bag has no net core filter ball, so that the filter performance is not good.

A PPS filter bag with a net core filter ball for the filtration industry comprises a filter bag body, wherein a pair of first chutes and a pair of second chutes are formed in the inner wall of the filter bag body, an included angle between the first chute and the second chute is ninety degrees, a rear arc-shaped filter screen and a front arc-shaped filter screen are arranged on the inner side of the filter bag body, the net core filter ball is placed between the rear arc-shaped filter screen and the front arc-shaped filter screen, rear metal wrapping edges and front metal wrapping edges are respectively clamped at the outer ends of the rear arc-shaped filter screen and the front arc-shaped filter screen, a front sliding block is fixedly connected at the outer end of each front metal wrapping edge, the front sliding block is slidably connected with the first chute, a rear sliding block is fixedly connected at the outer end of each rear metal wrapping edge, the rear sliding block is slidably connected with the second chute, clamping grooves are formed in the right ends of the front sliding block and the rear, the inner joint of draw-in groove on the back slider has the second pull rod, can reach better filter effect through increasing a net core filter ball.
Preferably, the outer end of preceding slider and the equal fixedly connected with arc stopper in the inner of first spout, two the mutual joint of arc stopper for preceding arc filter screen can be blocked in the use, is difficult for following this internal roll-off of filter bag.
Preferably, the outer end of the rear sliding block and the inner end of the second sliding groove are fixedly connected with arc-shaped limiting blocks which are clamped with each other, so that the rear arc-shaped filter screen can be clamped in the using process and cannot slide out of the filter bag body easily.
Preferably, the inner ends of the rear metal wrapping edge and the front metal wrapping edge are fixedly connected with connecting rings, one ends of the connecting rings, which are close to the net core filter balls, are fixedly connected with magnets, and the two magnets attract each other, so that the rear arc-shaped filter screen and the front arc-shaped filter screen can be adsorbed together.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
(1) this scheme can reach better filter effect through increasing a net core filter ball.
(2) The equal fixedly connected with arc stopper in the outer end of preceding slider and the inner of first spout, two arc stoppers joint each other for arc filter screen can be blocked before the use, is difficult for following this internal roll-off of filter bag.
(3) The outer end of back slider and the equal fixedly connected with arc stopper in the inner of second spout, two arc stoppers joint each other for arc filter screen can be blocked after the use, is difficult for following this internal roll-off of filter bag.
(4) The inner ends of the rear metal wrapping edge and the front metal wrapping edge are fixedly connected with connecting rings, one ends of the connecting rings, which are close to the net core filter balls, are fixedly connected with magnets, and the two magnets attract each other, so that the rear arc-shaped filter screen and the front arc-shaped filter screen can be adsorbed together.
