本发明涉及纺织面料领域，尤其涉及一种具有阻燃功能的套袖面料，该面料有多层面料层组成，有效解决以往套袖面料不具有防火功能和不能保障人身安全的问题。其结构包括面料主体，所述的面料主体包括外侧的第一芳纶纤维层，所述的第一芳纶纤维层内侧设有中空腔体，所述的中空腔体内侧设有第二芳纶纤维层，所述的第二芳纶纤维层内侧设有涤纶纤维层，所述的涤纶纤维层内侧设有甲壳素纤维层；所述的面料主体右侧外表面设有环状的挡板。它操作简单，使用方便，适用于多种场所。

一种具有阻燃功能的套袖面料
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域，尤其是一种具有阻燃功能的套袖面料。
背景技术
随着科技的进步，社会的发展，我国的纺织行业得到了快速发展，随之而来的是纺织面料的快速发展。
目前，套袖是家庭厨房中必不可少的一种生活用品，套袖是纺织面料制作而成的。一般的套袖面料，其结构通常只包括一层简单的面料，没有防火功能，功能比较单一，而在炒菜时可能会不小心引燃套袖，烧伤人们的皮肤，使得人们的人身安全得不到保障。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对上述现有技术中的不足提供一种具有阻燃功能的套袖面料，该面料有多层面料层组成，有效解决以往套袖面料不具有防火功能和不能保障人身安全的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该种具有阻燃功能的套袖面料，其特征是，其结构包括面料主体，所述的面料主体包括外侧的第一芳纶纤维层，所述的第一芳纶纤维层内侧设有中空腔体，所述的中空腔体内侧设有第二芳纶纤维层，所述的第二芳纶纤维层内侧设有涤纶纤维层，所述的涤纶纤维层内侧设有甲壳素纤维层；
所述的面料主体右侧外表面设有环状的挡板；
所述的挡板包括外侧的第三芳纶纤维层，所述的第三芳纶纤维层内侧设有铝箔层，所述的铝箔层内侧设有塑胶片层。
优选的，所述的中空腔体上侧设有注液口，所述的注液口与上盖螺纹连接。
优选的，所述的面料主体两端部设有松紧带。
本发明具有以下突出的有益效果：
1、由于所述的面料主体包括外侧的第一芳纶纤维层，所述的第一芳纶纤维层内侧设有中空腔体，所述的中空腔体内侧设有第二芳纶纤维层，所述的第二芳纶纤维层内侧设有涤纶纤维层，所述的涤纶纤维层内侧设有甲壳素纤维层。因此，使用时，第一芳纶纤维层使得面料主体具有阻燃的功能，可向中空腔体内注水，如果套袖面料起火，中空腔体内的水能够灭火，第二芳纶纤维层使得面料主体进一步阻燃，保障人们的人身安全，涤纶纤维层使得面料主体具有耐磨和耐腐蚀的功能，甲壳素纤维层使得面料主体具有抗菌除臭的特点，具有很好的推广利用价值。
2、由于所述的面料主体右侧外表面设有环状的挡板。因此，使用时，挡板能够进一步阻挡火苗燃烧套袖面料，有利于保护人们的人身安全。
3、由于所述的挡板包括外侧的第三芳纶纤维层，所述的第三芳纶纤维层内侧设有铝箔层，所述的铝箔层内侧设有塑胶片层。因此，使用时，第三芳纶纤维层使得挡板具有阻燃的功能，铝箔层使得挡板能够进一步阻燃，防止面料主体燃烧，塑胶片层具有支撑挡板的作用。

如图1、图2、图3所示，该种具有阻燃功能的套袖面料，其结构包括面料主体1，所述的面料主体1包括外侧的第一芳纶纤维层11，所述的第一芳纶纤维层11内侧设有中空腔体12，所述的中空腔体12内侧设有第二芳纶纤维层13，所述的第二芳纶纤维层13内侧设有涤纶纤维层14，所述的涤纶纤维层14内侧设有甲壳素纤维层15。使用时，第一芳纶纤维层11使得面料主体1具有阻燃的功能，可向中空腔体12内注水，如果面料主体1起火，中空腔体12内的水能够灭火，第二芳纶纤维层13使得面料主体1进一步阻燃，保障人们的人身安全，涤纶纤维层14使得面料主体1具有耐磨和耐腐蚀的功能，甲壳素纤维层15使得面料主体1具有抗菌除臭的特点。
上述实施例中，具体的，所述的面料主体1外表面右侧设有环状的挡板2。使用时，挡板2能够进一步阻挡火苗燃烧面料主体1，有利于保护人们的人身安全。
上述实施例中，具体的，所述的挡板2包括外侧的第三芳纶纤维层21，所述的第三芳纶纤维层21内侧设有铝箔层22，所述的铝箔层22内侧设有塑胶片层23。使用时，第三芳纶纤维层21使得挡板2具有阻燃的功能，铝箔层22使得挡板2能够进一步阻燃，防止面料主体1燃烧，塑胶片层23具有支撑挡板2的作用。
上述实施例中，更为具体的，所述的中空腔体12上侧设有注液口121，所述的注液口121与上盖122螺纹连接。使用时，通过注液口121将水注入，上盖122防止水从注液口121处流出。
上述实施例中，更为具体的，所述的面料主体1两端部设有松紧带3。使用时，松紧带3对套袖起到固定的作用。

所述的面料主体右侧外表面设有环状的挡板；
所述的挡板包括外侧的第三芳纶纤维层，所述的第三芳纶纤维层内侧设有铝箔层，所述的铝箔层内侧设有塑胶片层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有阻燃功能的套袖面料，其特征是，所述的中空腔体上侧设有注液口，所述的注液口与上盖螺纹连接。
