Detailed Description
The present invention is described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.
The invention discloses a cable tapering device which is arranged on a shell 1 of the cable tapering device and is used for tapering an outer skin of a cable 2 according to the required taper. When tapering the cable 2, the housing 1 is fitted over the cable 2, and can move in the axial direction of the cable 2 and rotate around the cable 2. As shown in fig. 1, the cable tapering mechanism includes:
the tapering mechanism is arranged on the shell 1 and can slide relative to the shell 1 in the radial direction of the cable 2, and the tapering mechanism is provided with a sliding guide piece 4 which can slide relative to the tapering mechanism and can be limited on the sliding guide piece 4, namely, the sliding guide piece 4 can slide on the tapering mechanism to adjust the position and can be fixed on the position when the sliding guide piece 4 moves to the required position; and
a taper auxiliary mechanism which interacts with the slide guide 4;
when the shell 1 drives the tapering mechanism to move along the axial direction of the cable 2, the tapering auxiliary mechanism guides the tapering mechanism to slide in the radial direction of the cable 2 according to the taper required to be cut by the cable 2, namely the tapering auxiliary mechanism guides the tapering mechanism to slide in the radial direction of the cable 2 through the sliding guide piece 4, so that the effect of assisting the tapering mechanism to taper the cable sheath with high precision is achieved.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the tapering mechanism includes a base housing 3 and a cutter 7. Wherein:
the structural shape of the base shell 3 is not exclusive, and the base shell 3 in the present embodiment has a cubic shape. The radial of cable 2 is equipped with the bar groove (this bar groove can be one also can be many) along the line on casing 1, corresponds on the base shell 3 to be equipped with can follow the gliding lug of bar groove (when the bar groove is a plurality of, can all set up a lug corresponding each bar groove department on base shell 3).
The cutting blade 7 is mounted on the base housing 3 by a mounting member 8, one end of the mounting member 8 is located inside the base housing 3, the other end is located outside the base housing 3 and is fixedly connected with the cutting blade 7, and the blade part of the cutting blade 7 is abutted against the end surface of the outer skin of the cable 2 for spirally cutting the outer skin of the cable 2 when the cable cutting device rotates and moves relative to the cable 2. The mounting member 8 is not unique in structural shape, and the mounting member 8 in this embodiment is rod-shaped and can move in the radial direction of the cable 2 relative to the base housing 3 to better adjust the position of the cutting blade 7, and of course, the mounting member 8 can be fixed in the base housing 3 according to actual needs.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the auxiliary tapering mechanism includes a fixing lever 9, a rotating lever 10, and a dial 11. Wherein:
the fixing rod 9 is fixedly arranged on the shell 1 in a penetrating way and is parallel to the cable 2;
a long round hole 13 is formed in the shell 1 along the radial direction of the cable 2, the rotating rod 10 penetrates through the long round hole 13, and one end of the rotating rod is hinged to one end of the fixing rod 9. The dwang 10 can move along slotted hole 13 to the tapering that needs the cutting according to the cable corresponds the contained angle of adjusting between its and dead lever 9, namely makes the numerical value of cutting the tapering and contained angle between dwang 10 and dead lever 9 equal. Because the fixing rod 9 is parallel to the cable 2, when the included angle between the fixing rod 9 and the rotating rod 10 is equal to the taper value, the track of the rotating rod 10 rotating around the cable 2 for one circle is the same as the shape (namely, a circular table top) of the end face of the cable 2 tapered according to the required taper, and the shape is equal to the ratio.
The dial 11 is not exclusive in shape and may be rectangular, circular, or the like. The scale disc 11 in this embodiment is circular arc-shaped and has an arc-shaped hole 12, and scales are marked on the outer edge of the arc-shaped hole 12 of the scale disc 11. The end of the fixed rod 9 not connected with the rotating rod 10 is fixedly connected with the dial 11, and the end of the rotating rod 10 not connected with the fixed rod 9 is positioned in the arc-shaped hole 12 and can slide along the arc-shaped hole to adjust the included angle between the rotating rod 10 and the fixed rod 9, and the included angle can be calculated by reading the scale of the dial 11.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the tapering assisting mechanism is disposed at one side of the strip-shaped groove, a sliding groove 14 is disposed along a radial direction of the cable 2 at one side of the base shell 3 facing the tapering assisting mechanism, and the guiding sliding member 4 is slidably disposed in the sliding groove 14 and is slidably connected to the rotating rod 10, that is, can slide along the rotating rod 10. When the shell 1 moves along the cable 2 and simultaneously rotates around the cable 2, the tapering mechanism and the rotating rod 10 rotate together around the cable 2, and meanwhile, the sliding guide piece 4 drives the base shell 3 and the cutting knife 7 to simultaneously move along the rotating rod 10, so that the effect of limiting the moving track of the tapering mechanism is achieved, namely the effect of enabling the auxiliary cutting knife 7 to conduct high-precision tapering on the outer skin of the cable 2 according to the required taper is achieved.
Specifically, the sliding guide 4 in this embodiment is in a block shape and has two sliding guide posts 15 arranged in a row along the length direction of the sliding groove 14, the rotating rod 10 is located between the two sliding guide posts 15, wherein the sliding guide post 15 adjacent to the cable 2 is provided with a roller 5, and the rotating rod 10 abuts on the roller 5. When the housing 1 moves along the cable 2, the roller 5 rolls relative to the rotating rod 10, and the sliding guide 4 drives the tapering mechanism to move along the rotating rod 10 through the roller 5. The arrangement of the roller 5 can avoid the problem that the sliding of the tapering mechanism is not smooth enough and the tapering precision is influenced due to the large friction generated when the roller and the roller slide relatively.
As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, it is preferable that the sliding groove 14 provided on the base housing 3 is provided as a dovetail groove, and the sliding guide 4 is slidably provided in the dovetail groove by providing a protrusion matching with the shape of the dovetail groove. In addition, a puller bolt 6 is arranged between the two guide sliding columns 15 on the guide sliding piece 4 in a penetrating way. The tightening bolt 6 fixes the slide guide 4 to the slide groove 14 by abutting against the slide groove 14, so that the cable tapering device of the present invention can be used in a non-tapering state, for example, only for stripping the outer skin of the cable 2.
The invention also provides a cable cutting device, which comprises a shell 1 and the cable 2 tapering device arranged on the shell 1. When the outer skin of the cable 2 is tapered, the housing 1 is sleeved on the cable 2 and can move along the axial direction of the cable, and meanwhile, the housing 1 can rotate around the cable 2.
The above embodiments are only exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is defined by the claims. Various modifications and equivalents may be made by those skilled in the art within the spirit and scope of the present invention, and such modifications and equivalents should also be considered as falling within the scope of the present invention.
