A one-key printing method and a one-key printing system. The one-key printing method includes: setting a wireless communication module, a one-key printing module and a one-key printing switch in printing equipment, and storing a default one-key printing template in the printing equipment; when the one-key printing switch is clicked, the one-key printing module controls the printing equipment to print according to the default one-key printing template; setting a template management module on a server, wherein the template management module is used for updating a one-key printing template; and after the template management module updates a new one-key printing template, the server generates an updating instruction. The one-key printing method saves labor and improves printing efficiency.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of printers, in particular to a one-key printing method and a one-key printing system.
Background
The existing printing equipment can not replace the designated printing template at will and can not upgrade and replace a new template in a large batch. The one-key printing method includes: setting a wireless communication module, a one-key printing module and a one-key printing switch in printing equipment, and storing a default one-key printing template in the printing equipment; when the one-key printing switch is clicked, the one-key printing module controls the printing equipment to print according to the default one-key printing template; setting a template management module on a server, wherein the template management module is used for updating a one-key printing template; after the template management module updates a new one-key printing template, the server generates an updating instruction; when the printing equipment is online, the server sends the updating instruction, the wireless communication module receives the updating instruction, and the printing equipment updates the default one-key printing template by using the new one-key printing template according to the updating instruction; when the printing equipment is not on line, the server enables the updating instruction to be kept in a state to be sent, when the printing equipment is on line, the server sends the updating instruction, the wireless communication module receives the updating instruction, and the printing equipment updates the default one-key printing template by using the new one-key printing template according to the updating instruction.
In the embodiment, the wireless communication module is added (set) in the printing equipment and is used for communicating with the server, so that the realization of subsequent updating of the one-key printing template is ensured.
In this embodiment, the connection mode between the server and the wireless communication module is long connection, and the long connection mode can ensure data synchronization, that is, the one-key printing template updated in the server is updated in the printing device in time.
In this embodiment, the one-key print switch is a clickable switch, and the one-key print switch can be used to input a print instruction when receiving a click operation, and call the one-key print module, so that the corresponding printing device realizes one-key printing.

The template management module updates the one-key printing template by using a webpage, namely, the server side (server) sets the one-key printing template through the webpage. At step 106, the thermal sensitive printing device (receives a one-touch print instruction). That is, in this example, the thermal sensitive printing apparatus is taken as an example, and this step is performed by the apparatus receiving a one-touch printing operation instruction of the previous step.
In step 107, the specified template is printed out (by the thermal sensitive printing device). For example, a specified template picture is printed.
And step 108, ending.
In the above process, when the determination result of step 103 is "no", the process proceeds to step 109.
Step 109, including two contents, 1, storing new template data, namely, storing corresponding updating instructions by the server; (keep) modify device template state, i.e. the server keeps the update instructions pending.

In the one-key printing method provided by this embodiment, a one-key printing switch is set in the printing device, and a one-key printing module is set at the same time, so that the one-key printing module can be called by clicking the one-key printing switch, and thus, a specified template is printed, that is, a specified template picture is printed. The embodiment of the invention also provides a one-key printing system, which can be used for realizing the one-key printing method provided by the embodiment. The one-touch printing system includes: the printing device is provided with a wireless communication module, a one-key printing module and a one-key printing switch, and a default one-key printing template is stored in the printing device; and the server is provided with a template management module, and the template management module is used for updating the one-key printing template. 1. A one-key printing method, comprising:
setting a wireless communication module, a one-key printing module and a one-key printing switch in printing equipment, and storing a default one-key printing template in the printing equipment;
when the one-key printing switch is clicked, the one-key printing module controls the printing equipment to print according to the default one-key printing template;
setting a template management module on a server, wherein the template management module is used for updating a one-key printing template;
after the template management module updates a new one-key printing template, the server generates an updating instruction; when the printing equipment is online, the server sends the updating instruction, the wireless communication module receives the updating instruction, and the printing equipment updates the default one-key printing template by using the new one-key printing template according to the updating instruction;
when the printing equipment is not on line, the server enables the updating instruction to be kept in a state to be sent, when the printing equipment is on line, the server sends the updating instruction, the wireless communication module receives the updating instruction, and the printing equipment updates the default one-key printing template by using the new one-key printing template according to the updating instruction.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the connection between the server and the wireless communication module is a long connection.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising establishing a subscription number and updating the one-touch template by a manager of the subscription number using the template management module.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the template management module updates the one-touch print template using a web page.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the subscription number pushes a new one-touch print template to a user of the printing device.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the printing device is one or more; when there are a plurality of printing apparatuses, a plurality of printing apparatuses are connected to the same server.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the update instruction comprises a storage address of the new one-touch print template at the server.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the printing device, upon receiving the update instruction, requests the server via the wireless communication module to download the new one-touch printing template for updating the default one-touch printing template.

the printing device is provided with a wireless communication module, a one-key printing module and a one-key printing switch, and a default one-key printing template is stored in the printing device;
the system comprises a server, a template management module and a printing module, wherein the server is provided with the template management module which is used for updating a one-key printing template;
