Abstract
A one-key printing method and a one-key printing system. The one-key printing method includes: setting a wireless communication module, a one-key printing module and a one-key printing switch in printing equipment, and storing a default one-key printing template in the printing equipment; when the one-key printing switch is clicked, the one-key printing module controls the printing equipment to print according to the default one-key printing template; setting a template management module on a server, wherein the template management module is used for updating a one-key printing template; and after the template management module updates a new one-key printing template, the server generates an updating instruction. The one-key printing method saves labor and improves printing efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of printers, in particular to a one-key printing method and a one-key printing system.
Background
The existing printing equipment can not replace the designated printing template at will and can not upgrade and replace a new template in a large batch. In this case, it is necessary to manually re-edit and lay out a new template, and then print it, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming. When a plurality of devices exist, the designated templates need to be replaced in different large batches, and the workload is large.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a one-key printing method and a one-key printing system to realize one-key printing and improve printing efficiency.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a one-key printing method, including: setting a wireless communication module, a one-key printing module and a one-key printing switch in printing equipment, and storing a default one-key printing template in the printing equipment; when the one-key printing switch is clicked, the one-key printing module controls the printing equipment to print according to the default one-key printing template; setting a template management module on a server, wherein the template management module is used for updating a one-key printing template; after the template management module updates a new one-key printing template, the server generates an updating instruction; when the printing equipment is online, the server sends the updating instruction, the wireless communication module receives the updating instruction, and the printing equipment updates the default one-key printing template by using the new one-key printing template according to the updating instruction; when the printing equipment is not on line, the server enables the updating instruction to be kept in a state to be sent, when the printing equipment is on line, the server sends the updating instruction, the wireless communication module receives the updating instruction, and the printing equipment updates the default one-key printing template by using the new one-key printing template according to the updating instruction.
Optionally, the server is connected to the wireless communication module in a long connection manner.
Optionally, the method further includes establishing a subscription number, and updating the one-key print template by using the template management module through a manager of the subscription number.
Optionally, the template management module updates the one-key printing template by using a webpage.
Optionally, the subscription number pushes a new one-key printing template to the user of the printing device.
Optionally, the number of the printing devices is one or more; when there are a plurality of printing apparatuses, a plurality of printing apparatuses are connected to the same server.
Optionally, the update instruction includes a storage address of the new one-key printing template in the server.
Optionally, after receiving the update instruction, the printing device requests the server to download the new one-key printing template through the wireless communication module, so as to update the default one-key printing template.
Optionally, the wireless communication module is a wifi module; and before the template management module updates the new one-key printing template, the default one-key printing template is stored in the printing equipment through the wireless communication module.
In order to solve the above problem, another aspect of the present invention provides a one-key printing system, including: the printing device is provided with a wireless communication module, a one-key printing module and a one-key printing switch, and a default one-key printing template is stored in the printing device; and the server is provided with a template management module, and the template management module is used for updating the one-key printing template.
According to the technical scheme, the one-key printing switch is arranged on the printing equipment, and the one-key printing module is arranged at the same time, so that the one-key printing module can be called by clicking the one-key printing switch, and the appointed template can be printed, namely the one-key printing template is printed, such as the appointed template picture. Then, still set up wireless communication module at printing apparatus to make through internet communication between printing apparatus and the server, can in time synchronize the replacement of corresponding key printing template, promptly can update the key printing template in many printing apparatus simultaneously. Because a one-key printing switch is clicked each time, the appointed template can be printed out, the process of printing after manual editing is omitted, the speed is higher, and the efficiency is higher. When the upgrading template is updated, the original one-key printing template is replaced by the new one-key printing template through the server, the one-key printing templates of all the devices can be replaced and updated simultaneously, the workload of upgrading the firmware of one manual device is saved, the cost is saved, the effect is improved, and the maintenance is easier.

Detailed Description
The existing printing equipment has the defects that the one-key printing of the appointed template cannot be realized.
Therefore, the invention provides a one-key printing method and a one-key printing system to solve the existing defects.
For a more clear presentation, the invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the invention provides a one-key printing method.
The one-key printing method includes: setting a wireless communication module, a one-key printing module and a one-key printing switch in printing equipment, and storing a default one-key printing template in the printing equipment; when the one-key printing switch is clicked, the one-key printing module controls the printing equipment to print according to the default one-key printing template; setting a template management module on a server, wherein the template management module is used for updating a one-key printing template; after the template management module updates a new one-key printing template, the server generates an updating instruction; when the printing equipment is online, the server sends the updating instruction, the wireless communication module receives the updating instruction, and the printing equipment updates the default one-key printing template by using the new one-key printing template according to the updating instruction; when the printing equipment is not on line, the server enables the updating instruction to be kept in a state to be sent, when the printing equipment is on line, the server sends the updating instruction, the wireless communication module receives the updating instruction, and the printing equipment updates the default one-key printing template by using the new one-key printing template according to the updating instruction.
In the embodiment, the wireless communication module is added (set) in the printing equipment and is used for communicating with the server, so that the realization of subsequent updating of the one-key printing template is ensured.
In this embodiment, the connection mode between the server and the wireless communication module is long connection, and the long connection mode can ensure data synchronization, that is, the one-key printing template updated in the server is updated in the printing device in time.
In this embodiment, the one-key print switch is a clickable switch, and the one-key print switch can be used to input a print instruction when receiving a click operation, and call the one-key print module, so that the corresponding printing device realizes one-key printing.
In this embodiment, the update instruction includes a storage address of the new one-key printing template in the server.
In this embodiment, after receiving the update instruction, the printing device requests the server to download the new one-key printing template through the wireless communication module, so as to update the default one-key printing template.
In this embodiment, the printing apparatus may be a thermal printer (thermal printer).
In this embodiment, the wireless communication module is a wifi module.
In this embodiment, before the template management module updates the new one-key printing template, the default one-key printing template is stored in the printing device through the wireless communication module.
The template management module updates the one-key printing template by using a webpage, namely, the server side (server) sets the one-key printing template through the webpage. Meanwhile, the template management can also adopt an uploading mode to update the one-key printing template. After the new one-key printing template is uploaded successfully, the server can send an updating instruction through communication with the printing equipment, the updating instruction comprises the address of the new one-key printing template in the server, when the equipment is online, the printing equipment can carry out a downloading request on the new one-key printing template after receiving a specified updating instruction, and after downloading, the printing equipment replaces the default one-key printing template which originally exists in the printing equipment with the new one-key printing template. When the equipment is not on line, the server side (server) stores the modification state, and when the printing equipment is connected with the server next time, a new template is pushed to the printing equipment.
The one-touch printing method provided in this embodiment further includes establishing a subscription number, and implementing, by using the template management module by a manager (subscription number manager) of the subscription number: and setting the one-key printing module. I.e., a subscription number administrator, may be used to update the one-touch print template.
In a specific example, the subscription number may be used to push a new one-touch print template to a user of the printing device.
In this embodiment, the number of the printing apparatuses is plural (in other embodiments, the number of the printing apparatuses may be one), and the plural printing apparatuses are connected to the same server. Such an arrangement in which a plurality of printing apparatuses are connected to the same server enables the present embodiment to simultaneously perform initial default setting and subsequent updating of one-key printing templates of a plurality of printing apparatuses using the one-key printing method.
As shown in fig. 1, which shows a print scenario corresponding to the one-touch printing method provided by the present embodiment, the server 100 is connected to the printing device 110, the printing device 120, the printing device 130, and the printing device 140 at the same time. As described previously, the connections between the server 100 and the printing devices 110, 120, 130, and 140 may all be long connections. Among them, the aforementioned subscription number administrator manages one-touch print template settings. And the user of each printing device can perform the operation of 'one-click one-key printing', namely, the one-key printing is realized by clicking a one-key printing switch on the printing device.
Referring to fig. 2, a flow of an implementation of the one-key printing method is shown, that is, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a one-key printing method in a specific example. The one-touch printing method includes the following steps.

At step 106, the thermal sensitive printing device (receives a one-touch print instruction). That is, in this example, the thermal sensitive printing apparatus is taken as an example, and this step is performed by the apparatus receiving a one-touch printing operation instruction of the previous step.
In step 107, the specified template is printed out (by the thermal sensitive printing device). For example, a specified template picture is printed.
And step 108, ending.
In the above process, when the determination result of step 103 is "no", the process proceeds to step 109.
Accordingly, data, state saving may be maintained in module 110.
And step 111, the equipment is online, and the printing template of the equipment is updated. The method comprises the following steps: the printing equipment is on line, the server sends the updating instruction, the wireless communication module receives the updating instruction, and the printing equipment updates the default one-key printing template by using the new one-key printing template according to the updating instruction.
Step 112 (same as step 105), one-touch print operation. This step is a trigger step, initiated by the user of the printing device.
After step 112, the process from step 106 to step 108 is also performed, as described above.
In the one-key printing method provided by this embodiment, a one-key printing switch is set in the printing device, and a one-key printing module is set at the same time, so that the one-key printing module can be called by clicking the one-key printing switch, and thus, a specified template is printed, that is, a specified template picture is printed. Then, still set up wireless communication module at printing apparatus to can pass through internet communication between messenger printing apparatus and the server, can in time synchronize the replacement of corresponding key printing template, promptly can update the key printing template in many printing apparatus simultaneously. Because a one-key printing switch is clicked each time, the appointed template can be printed out, the process of printing after manual editing is omitted, the speed is higher, and the efficiency is higher. When the upgrading template is updated, the original one-key printing template is replaced by the new one-key printing template through the server, the one-key printing templates of all the devices can be replaced and updated simultaneously, the workload of upgrading the firmware of one manual device is saved, the cost is saved, the effect is improved, and the maintenance is easier.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a one-key printing system, which can be used for realizing the one-key printing method provided by the embodiment. The one-touch printing system includes: the printing device is provided with a wireless communication module, a one-key printing module and a one-key printing switch, and a default one-key printing template is stored in the printing device; and the server is provided with a template management module, and the template management module is used for updating the one-key printing template. For more relevant contents of the one-touch printing system, reference may be made to the corresponding contents of the foregoing embodiments.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A one-key printing method, comprising:
setting a wireless communication module, a one-key printing module and a one-key printing switch in printing equipment, and storing a default one-key printing template in the printing equipment;
when the one-key printing switch is clicked, the one-key printing module controls the printing equipment to print according to the default one-key printing template;
setting a template management module on a server, wherein the template management module is used for updating a one-key printing template;
after the template management module updates a new one-key printing template, the server generates an updating instruction; when the printing equipment is online, the server sends the updating instruction, the wireless communication module receives the updating instruction, and the printing equipment updates the default one-key printing template by using the new one-key printing template according to the updating instruction;
when the printing equipment is not on line, the server enables the updating instruction to be kept in a state to be sent, when the printing equipment is on line, the server sends the updating instruction, the wireless communication module receives the updating instruction, and the printing equipment updates the default one-key printing template by using the new one-key printing template according to the updating instruction.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the connection between the server and the wireless communication module is a long connection.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising establishing a subscription number and updating the one-touch template by a manager of the subscription number using the template management module.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the template management module updates the one-touch print template using a web page.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the subscription number pushes a new one-touch print template to a user of the printing device.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the printing device is one or more; when there are a plurality of printing apparatuses, a plurality of printing apparatuses are connected to the same server.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the update instruction comprises a storage address of the new one-touch print template at the server.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the printing device, upon receiving the update instruction, requests the server via the wireless communication module to download the new one-touch printing template for updating the default one-touch printing template.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the wireless communication module is a wifi module; and before the template management module updates the new one-key printing template, the default one-key printing template is stored in the printing equipment through the wireless communication module.
10. A one-touch printing system, comprising:
the printing device is provided with a wireless communication module, a one-key printing module and a one-key printing switch, and a default one-key printing template is stored in the printing device;
the system comprises a server, a template management module and a printing module, wherein the server is provided with the template management module which is used for updating a one-key printing template;
the method for printing by the one-key printing system comprises the following steps:
when the one-key printing switch is clicked, the one-key printing module controls the printing equipment to print according to the default one-key printing template;
after the template management module updates a new one-key printing template, the server generates an updating instruction; when the printing equipment is online, the server sends the updating instruction, the wireless communication module receives the updating instruction, and the printing equipment updates the default one-key printing template by using the new one-key printing template according to the updating instruction;
when the printing equipment is not on line, the server enables the updating instruction to be kept in a state to be sent, when the printing equipment is on line, the server sends the updating instruction, the wireless communication module receives the updating instruction, and the printing equipment updates the default one-key printing template by using the new one-key printing template according to the updating instruction.
