The air deflector 1 can sweep air up and down when being opened, and the air outlet frame 2 is closed in a closed state to ensure that dust does not enter the indoor unit of the air conditioner. Two ends of the air deflector 1 are respectively connected with the left side and the right side of the air outlet frame 2. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, one end of the air deflector 1 is a crankshaft 11, and the crankshaft 11 drives the air deflector 1 to swing under the moment provided by a motor (not shown), so as to realize wind sweeping. The other end of the air deflector 1 is provided with a rotating shaft 12, the shaft sleeve 3 is arranged on the air outlet frame 2, and the rotating shaft 12 is inserted into the shaft sleeve 3.
Fig. 2 is an enlarged view of a position a in fig. 1, and it can be seen from fig. 2 that a first positioning structure is disposed on the air deflector 1, and a second positioning structure that is cooperatively positioned with the first positioning structure is disposed on the air outlet frame 2. Preferably, the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure are respectively positioned in the middle of the air deflector 1 and the middle of the air outlet frame 2. Further preferably, the first positioning structure is the insert 13 and the second positioning structure is the recess 21. The insert 13 extends from a connecting rod 14 extending from the inside of the air deflector 1. The first positioning structure and the second positioning structure are matched with each other to ensure the centering positioning of the air deflector 1, so that the positioning consistency of the upper air deflector 1 and the lower air deflector 1 is preliminarily realized.
The structure of the bushing and the mating relationship of the bushing with the shaft therein will be described in detail with reference to fig. 3 and 5. Fig. 3 is an enlarged view of fig. 1B, which shows a cross-sectional view of the end 121 of the shaft 12 of the air deflector 1 mated with the shaft sleeve 3, and fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of the shaft sleeve according to the present invention.
The shaft sleeve of the present invention can be applied to other structures, but in the present embodiment, the description will be given taking the air deflection assembly as an example. As shown in fig. 5, the sleeve includes a sleeve body 3, and at least a snap 31 is provided on the sleeve body 3. As can be seen from fig. 3, the snap 31 is deformable after insertion of one end of the shaft 12 into the shaft bore of the sleeve body 3, so as to axially abut against an end 121 such as the insertion end of the shaft 12. Preferably, the snap 31 is arranged in the radial direction of the sleeve body 3.
After the rotating shaft 12 of the air deflector 1 is inserted into the shaft sleeve, the bottom 121 of the rotating shaft 12 and the elastic buckle 31 are abutted against each other, and form interference fit, and the interference is preferably 0.5mm-1mm. The elastic buckle 31 extrudes the air deflector 1 to deviate leftwards through elastic deformation, and simultaneously the middle positioning structure on the air deflector 1 also moves leftwards until the middle positioning structure of the air deflector 1 is aligned with the middle reference of the air outlet frame 2. Therefore, the shaft sleeve is matched with the middle positioning structure of the air deflector 1 and the positioning structure of the air outlet frame 2, so that all the air deflectors 1 above and below are aligned to the middle positioning position of the air outlet frame 2.
Further, the sleeve is generally mounted on a mounting object, for example, the air outlet frame 2 in the present invention, on which a sleeve mounting hole 22 through which the sleeve is received is provided. The sleeve body 3 includes a base 32, a sleeve body and an elastic engagement portion. Wherein the outer diameter of the base 32 is greater than the diameter of the sleeve mounting bore 22. The sleeve body and the elastic clamping part are arranged on the first side of the base 32, and after the sleeve body and the elastic clamping part pass through the sleeve mounting hole 22 together, one end of the sleeve mounting hole 22 is hooked by the elastic clamping part, and the elastic clamping part is matched with the base 32 to fix the sleeve body 3 on an installation object.
More specifically, the sleeve body comprises at least two coaxial arc-shaped parts, two adjacent arc-shaped parts are oppositely arranged at intervals, the elastic buckle 31 is at least arranged on one of the arc-shaped parts, and the elastic clamping part is arranged in a gap between the two adjacent arc-shaped parts. Preferably, the sleeve body includes a first arc-shaped portion 331 and a second arc-shaped portion 332, and the elastic clamping portion is also provided with two elastic clamping portions 341 and 342, which are respectively disposed in the gap between the first arc-shaped portion 331 and the second arc-shaped portion 332. It is further preferable that the snap 31 is provided with one, which is provided on the first arc 331. In addition, two cutouts, a first cutout 321 and a second cutout 322, are provided at positions of the base 32 corresponding to the two elastic engagement portions 341,342, respectively.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 5, the side of the snap 31 facing the shaft 12, into which the snap is inserted, is provided with a protrusion 311, and the side of the snap 31 facing away from the sleeve body 3 is provided with a recess 312. The bulge 311 on the elastic buckle 3 is abutted against the end 121 of the rotating shaft 12 of the air deflector 1, the elastic force of the bulge acts on the rotating shaft 12 to provide the extrusion force of the rotating shaft 12 for the air deflector 1, and the extrusion force forces the air deflector 1 to be aligned to the left, so that the first positioning structure of the air deflector 1 is abutted against the second positioning structure of the air outlet frame 2, and the gap-free deviation is ensured.
The structure of the shaft sleeve body 3 is also beneficial to improving the fixing effect of the shaft sleeve body 3 and the rotating shaft 12, preventing the rotating shaft 12 from falling off from the shaft sleeve body 3, and ensuring smooth rotation and low noise when the rotating shaft 12 of the air deflector 1 is inserted into the shaft sleeve 3 to rotate.
In addition, for ease of manufacture, the sleeve body 3 and the snap 31 may be made of the same material.
Fig. 6 is a front view of the air conditioner indoor unit after the assembly is completed. After the elasticity of the elastic buckle 31 acts on the rotating shaft 12, the first positioning structure on the air deflector 1 and the second positioning structure on the air outlet frame 2 tend to be abutted against each other, the air deflector 1 cannot move left and right, so that the positioning consistency of all the air deflectors 1 is good, the air deflector 1 is centered and has no deviation, the deviation problem does not exist, the technical problems that all the air deflectors 1 are uneven and uneven in gap are thoroughly solved, the air deflector 1 and the air outlet frame 2 are ensured to have even gap on two sides 4, and the appearance is attractive.
It is apparent that the above examples are given by way of illustration only and are not limiting of the embodiments. Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. While still being apparent from variations or modifications that may be made by those skilled in the art are within the scope of the invention.
