Detailed Description
Next, a core aligning device 100 for a guide rail of an elevator according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
Fig. 1 is a side view of a core aligning device 100 of a guide rail of the present embodiment, which is provided in a lifting path of an elevator. As shown here, the guide centering device 100 is composed of a top pattern 2 fixed to the top of the ascending/descending path, a bottom pattern 3 fixed to the bottom of the ascending/descending path, and three piano wires 1a, 1b, and 1c stretched between them. The top template 2 has top reference plates 21a, 21b, and 21c mounted on a plurality of top fixtures 20 arranged substantially in parallel, and the bottom template 3 has bottom reference plates 31a, 31b, and 31c mounted on a plurality of bottom fixtures 30 arranged substantially in parallel.
Among these, the piano wire 1a as the mounting reference line of the seat 6 is required to have the highest stretching position accuracy among the piano wires 1a, 1b, and 1c used as the mounting reference lines of the seat 6, the car guide rail 4, and the counterweight guide rail 5. Therefore, as will be described later, the top reference plate 21a for hanging the piano wire 1a has a structure for adjusting the stretching position of the piano wire 1a easily and accurately.
Fig. 2A is a plan view of the top template 2 fixed to the top of the lifting path as viewed from above. As shown here, the top template 2 is provided with top reference plates 21a, 21b, 21c on three top fixtures 20 fixed to protrude between the ascending and descending paths, and the piano strings 1a, 1b, 1c are hung down near the front ends of the top reference plates.
Fig. 3 is a side view of the top fixture 20 before the top reference plate 21 is placed thereon. As shown here, the top anchor 20 is composed of a cylindrical portion 20a slightly shorter than the depth of the ascending/descending path and an extendable portion 20b screwed to one end of the cylindrical portion 20a, and is fixed so as to protrude between the ascending/descending paths by extending the extendable portion 20 b. Further, a clamp 22 for connecting the top fixing member 20 and the top reference plate 21 is provided in the cylindrical portion 20a of the top fixing member 20. In the configuration of the present embodiment, three clamps 22 are provided in the cylindrical portion 20a in order to connect three top reference plates 21 to the top fixing member 20. In fig. 3, only the clamp 22 for the top reference plate 21c disposed on the back side is shown, and the other parts are not shown.
Fig. 4 is a side view of the vicinity of the connection portion between the top mount 20 and the top reference plate 21a, which is a piano wire 1a hanging from the cylindrical portion 20a of the top mount 20 as the mounting reference line of the seat 6 as viewed in the axial direction of the cylindrical portion 20 a. As shown here, the top reference plate 21a is composed of a fixed-side reference plate 21a1 coupled to the clamp 22 and a movable-side reference plate 21a2 placed thereon, and the piano wire 1a is suspended from a piano wire fixing portion 25 integrally configured with the movable-side reference plate 21a 2. Further, an opening 26 that passes through the fixed-side reference plate 21a1 in the vertical direction is provided in a part of the plate, and the piano wire 1a hangs down through the opening 26.
The clamp 22 includes a grip 22a for gripping the periphery of the top anchor 20, a lower anchor plate 22b fixed to the upper surface of the grip 22a, an upper anchor plate 22c provided above the lower anchor plate 22b, and a butterfly bolt 22d that penetrates the lower anchor plate 22b and is screwed to the upper anchor plate 22 c. Then, the bottom surface of the fixed-side reference plate 21a1 is pressed and held by the lower fixed plate 22b and the upper fixed plate 22c, whereby the top fixing tool 20 and the top reference plate 21a are fastened and fixed at substantially appropriate positions.
Further, the adjusting bolts 24a and 24b are screwed into screw holes formed in the side surface and the longitudinal end portion of the movable-side reference plate 21a2, and the tips of these screws press the wall surface of the fixed-side reference plate 21a 1.
Fig. 5 is a sectional view of fig. 4 cut by a plane including the adjustment bolts 24a, 24b, but also illustrates a part of the structure which is not present on the plane.
As shown here, the spring 24c is provided in the gap between the fixed-side reference plate 21a1 and the movable-side reference plate 21a2, which are the positions where the adjustment bolts 24a face each other, thereby securing the displacement dimension in the width direction of the movable-side reference plate 21a 2. Further, by screwing the adjusting bolt 24a provided in the width direction forward and backward, the position of the movable side reference plate 21a2 in the width direction with respect to the fixed side reference plate 21a1 can be finely adjusted, and the hanging-down position of the piano wire 1a in the width direction can be finely adjusted.
Similarly, the spring 24d is provided in the gap between the fixed-side reference plate 21a1 and the movable-side reference plate 21a2, which are the positions where the adjustment bolts 24b are opposed, thereby securing the displacement dimension in the longitudinal direction of the movable-side reference plate 21a 2. Further, by screwing the adjusting bolt 24b provided in the longitudinal direction forward and backward, the longitudinal direction position of the movable side reference plate 21a2 with respect to the fixed side reference plate 21a1 can be finely adjusted, and the hanging-down position of the piano wire 1a in the longitudinal direction can be finely adjusted.
That is, in the present embodiment, the hanging position of the piano wire 1a can be finely adjusted easily and with high accuracy by operating the adjusting bolts 24a, 24 b.
Fig. 6 is a side view of fig. 4 as viewed from the longitudinal direction of the top reference plate 21 a. As shown here, the fixed-side reference plate 21a1 has a cross-sectional shape substantially in the shape of ロ, and has the opening 26 in a part of the top surface and the bottom surface, and a groove in a part of the bottom surface in which the tab bolt 22d is freely movable. The movable-side reference plate 21a2 mounted on the fixed-side reference plate 21a1 has a cross-sectional shape of substantially コ letter with a lower opening, and wall surfaces for mounting the adjusting bolt 24b and the spring 24d are provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction.
According to the top reference plate 21a of the guide rail centering device 100 of the present embodiment described above, the hanging-down position of the piano wire 1a can be finely adjusted simply and accurately by advancing and retreating the screw threads of the adjusting bolts 24a, 24b by an appropriate amount without removing the clamp 22, and therefore the hanging-down position of the piano wire 1a can be made to coincide effectively with the reference ink that is applied to the house.
Fig. 2B is a plan view showing a state in which after the extended position of the piano wire 1a is determined, the top reference plates are connected by the connector 7 to determine the extended positions of the piano wires 1B and 1c, and the car guide rail 4 and the counterweight guide rail 5 are attached using the determined extended positions as attachment reference lines.
As shown here, in the guide rail centering device 100 of the present embodiment, after the stretching position of the piano wire 1a is determined, the relative positions of the piano wires 1b and 1c with respect to the piano wire 1a are set to a desired arrangement by connecting the piano wire fixing portions 25 with the predetermined connecting member 7, and therefore, even if fine adjustment is not performed, the piano wires 1b and 1c can be fixed at the appropriate stretching positions, and the car guide rail 4 and the counterweight guide rail 5 can be efficiently attached to predetermined positions. After the car guide rail 4 and the counterweight guide rail 5 are mounted, the car and the counterweight can be mounted by removing the top jig 2 and the bottom jig 3, and thus the elevator apparatus can be mounted with high accuracy.
In fig. 4 to 6, the movable-side reference plate 21a2 is disposed outside the fixed-side reference plate 21a1, and the adjustment bolts 24a and 24b are screwed to the wall surface of the movable-side reference plate 21a2, but the movable-side reference plate 21a2 may be disposed inside the fixed-side reference plate 21a1, and the position of the movable-side reference plate 21a2 may be adjusted by the adjustment bolts 24a and 24b screwed to the wall surface of the fixed-side reference plate 21a 1.
Further, although the top reference plate 21a requiring the highest installation accuracy is constituted by the fixed side reference plate 21a1 and the movable side reference plate 21a2, the other top reference plates 21b and 21c and the bottom reference plates 31a, 31b, and 31c may be constituted by the fixed side reference plate and the movable side reference plate. With this configuration, the stretching positions of the piano wires 1b, 1c can be adjusted with higher accuracy than in a configuration in which only the top reference plate 21a is formed by the fixed side reference plate 21a1 and the movable side reference plate 21a 2.
