Abstract
The present invention provides a caster structure, comprising: the caster comprises a mounting seat and wheels rotatably mounted on the mounting seat; the stabilizer blade comprises the installation department that is located middle part below position and two connecting portions of branch installation department both sides, and two connecting portions are respectively by installation department left and right sides upwards lean on the middle part direction to buckle and form, the stabilizer blade is rotatable through two connecting portions and mount pad to be connected, and the mount pad is located between two connecting portions, is equipped with the mounting hole on the installation department, the center of mounting hole and the focus of truckle are located same straight line, the focus of stabilizer blade is eccentric setting with this straight line. The caster structure has the advantages of being capable of being directly installed on the ground and being firm and durable.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of machinery, and relates to a trundle structure and a cabinet, in particular to a trundle structure suitable for the cabinet and the cabinet using the trundle structure.
Background
At present, the common castor used for the cabinet can move freely, so that the common castor cannot be directly used in transportation and use, a wooden tray is required to be additionally arranged in transportation, and fixing support legs are required to be additionally arranged in use of a customer. In view of the foregoing, there is a need for a caster structure that can be mounted directly on the ground and that is more robust.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a caster structure which can be directly mounted on the ground and is more robust.
The aim of the invention can be achieved by the following technical scheme: a caster structure comprising:
the caster comprises a mounting seat and wheels rotatably mounted on the mounting seat;
the stabilizer blade comprises the installation department that is located middle part below position and two connecting portions of branch installation department both sides, and two connecting portions are respectively by installation department left and right sides upwards lean on the middle part direction to buckle and form, the stabilizer blade is rotatable through two connecting portions and mount pad to be connected, and the mount pad is located between two connecting portions, is equipped with the mounting hole on the installation department, the center of mounting hole and the focus of truckle are located same straight line, the focus of stabilizer blade is eccentric setting with this straight line.
As a further improvement of the invention, the two side surfaces of the mounting seat are respectively arranged flatly, the upper parts of the connecting parts are all arranged to be flat plate structures, and the flat plate structures are in butt joint with the corresponding flat side surfaces of the mounting seat.
As a further development of the invention, the two connection parts of the support leg are rotatably connected to the mounting base by means of a threaded rod.
As a further improvement of the invention, the mounting seat and each connecting part are respectively provided with a coaxially arranged bolt hole.
A cabinet comprises the caster structure.
Based on the technical scheme, the embodiment of the invention at least has the following technical effects: the caster structure has compact overall structure layout and ingenious design, the triangular support legs are additionally arranged on the basis of the original caster, products can be directly arranged on the ground through the mounting holes on the support legs, and the products adopting the caster structure can be directly transported by using a common forklift, so that the wooden pallet is omitted, the transportation cost is reduced, and under the condition that no special condition exists, a customer does not need to additionally arrange external fixing support legs, and the additional installation cost is reduced; because the castor needs to bear certain force, the triangular support leg in the scheme is stronger and more durable than the common locking castor; the mounting holes on the supporting legs and the dead weight of the product are in the same straight line, the whole triangular supporting legs are of eccentric design, the supporting legs are not easy to rotate in one direction under the eccentric effect in a supporting state, and the product supported by the four caster structures cannot turn over in the same direction due to the hinging relationship between the upper parts of the independent casters and the supporting legs, so that the supporting reliability is ensured; moreover, from supporting to moving, the triangle stand bar has two rotation directions and combines the eccentric design, the stand bar can only rotate to one side independently, and the other side of the stand bar has foolproof function, and the integral caster wheel can rotate freely.

Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
The technical solution provided by the present invention is described in more detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present caster structure includes:
the caster 100 comprising a mount 110 and a wheel 120 rotatably mounted on the mount 110, the wheel 120 being further preferably located obliquely below the mount 110;
the support leg 200 is located at the periphery of the wheel 120 and is composed of a mounting part 210 located at the lower middle part and two connecting parts 220 arranged at two sides of the mounting part 210 in a separated mode, the two connecting parts 220 are respectively formed by bending the left side and the right side of the mounting part 210 upwards towards the middle part, the support leg 200 is rotatably connected with the mounting seat 110 through the two connecting parts 220, the mounting seat 110 is located between the two connecting parts 220, a mounting hole 211 is formed in the mounting part 210, the center of the mounting hole 211 and the center of gravity of the caster 100 are located on the same straight line, and the center of gravity of the support leg 200 is eccentrically arranged with the straight line.
In this case, the mounting portion 210 and the connecting portion 220 of the stand bar 200 are integrally connected, and the stand bar 200 is preferably a sheet metal part with a mounting hole 211 (through hole) therebetween, which is more robust and reduces the material cost.
The invention protects a trundle structure, in particular to a trundle structure for a cabinet, which has compact overall structural layout and ingenious design, is perforated on the basis of the original trundle, is additionally provided with a triangular-like support leg 200, can directly install a product on the ground through a mounting hole 211 on the support leg 200, can be directly transported by using a common forklift, cancels a wooden tray, reduces transportation cost, can be directly put into a container to be transported together with a cabinet body of the cabinet, also reduces labor cost, and does not need to be additionally provided with an external fixing support leg when a customer uses the trundle, thereby reducing the installation cost.
Because the caster needs to bear a certain force, the triangular support leg 200 in the present case is stronger and more durable than the conventional locking caster, and the support leg 200 can be turned up when the wheel 120 is needed, so that the wheel 120 can contact with the ground and roll, and the support leg 200 is tightly matched with the caster 100.
The mounting hole 211 on the supporting leg 200 and the dead weight of the product are on the same straight line, the whole triangular supporting leg 200 is of an eccentric design, the supporting leg 200 is not easy to rotate in one direction under the eccentric effect in the supporting state, and the product supported by the four caster structures cannot turn over in the same direction under the hinging relationship between the upper part of the independent caster 100 and the supporting leg 200, so that the supporting reliability is ensured.
Moreover, from supporting to moving, the triangular support leg 200 has a design that two rotating directions are combined with an eccentric, the support leg 200 can only rotate to one side independently, and the other side of the support leg 200 has a foolproof function, which is a behavior constraint function for preventing and correcting, and by using a limiting method for avoiding error, an operator can directly complete correct operation without spending attention, experience and expertise, and the whole caster can rotate freely.
In order to ensure the reliability of the butt joint of the caster 100 and the stand bar 200 and the stability of the rotatable connection of the caster and the stand bar 200, interference influence between components is avoided, preferably, two side surfaces of the mounting seat 110 are respectively in flat arrangement, the upper parts of the connecting parts 220 are all arranged to be flat plate structures, the flat plate structures are in butt joint with corresponding flat side surfaces of the mounting seat 110, the structural layout also ensures the supporting stability of the whole product, and the sheet metal part triangular stand bar 200 which is mainly bent by five sections is more firm and durable.
Further, the two connection parts 220 of the supporting leg 200 are rotatably connected with the mounting base 110 through screws, and both ends of the screws respectively extend out of the corresponding connection parts 220 and are fastened by using locknuts 300, so that the triangular supporting leg 200 maintains a certain fastening degree and the triangular supporting leg 200 is prevented from being loosened.
Preferably, the mounting base 110 and each connecting portion 220 are respectively provided with a pin hole 400 coaxially arranged, so that the corresponding pin can be directly inserted according to the requirement of a customer, and the triangular support legs 200 can be thoroughly prevented from rotating.
The invention also provides a cabinet, which comprises the caster structure. Further, each corner position of the cabinet is provided with a single caster structure, so that the cabinet can be directly used in transportation and use, a tray is not required to be additionally arranged in transportation, and fixing support legs are not required to be additionally arranged in subsequent use.

1. A caster structure comprising:
the caster comprises a mounting seat and wheels rotatably mounted on the mounting seat;

the support leg is formed by an installation part positioned below the middle part and two connection parts arranged on two sides of the installation part in a row, the two connection parts are respectively formed by bending the left side and the right side of the installation part upwards towards the middle part, the support leg is rotatably connected with the installation seat through the two connection parts, the installation seat is positioned between the two connection parts, the installation part is provided with an installation hole, the center of the installation hole and the center of gravity of the caster are positioned on the same straight line, and the center of gravity of the support leg and the straight line are eccentrically arranged;
the two side surfaces of the mounting seat are respectively arranged flatly, the upper parts of the connecting parts are respectively arranged into flat plate structures, and the flat plate structures are in butt joint with the corresponding flat side surfaces of the mounting seat;
the two connecting parts of the support legs are rotatably connected with the mounting seat through screws;
the mounting seat and each connecting part are respectively provided with a coaxially arranged bolt hole.
