Abstract
The invention provides a small nozzle fastening device of a circuit breaker. The breaker small nozzle fastening device comprises a dowel bar, wherein one end of the dowel bar is provided with a force application end for screwing, the other end of the dowel bar is provided with a stop pin extending obliquely in the axial direction, the stop pin is inclined outwards in the radial direction from the end of the dowel bar, is inserted into a jet hole of a small nozzle when in use and is blocked with the jet hole in the circumferential direction, and the number of the stop pins is not less than 2 and not more than 6. The fastening device disclosed by the invention realizes screwing of the small nozzle through the stop fit of the stop pin and the air injection hole in the circumferential direction, so that the relative sliding of a tool and the surface of the small nozzle in the screwing process is avoided, the damage to the surface of the small nozzle is avoided, and the small nozzle is twisted to rotate through more than two stop pins, so that the fastening effect of the small nozzle can be ensured.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a small nozzle fastening device of a circuit breaker.
Background
The small nozzles of the circuit breaker are made of non-metal materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene and the like with high insulating property, the materials are weak in strength and easy to be subjected to external force to cause brittle fracture, and the requirements on the surface smoothness are high due to the electric field requirements of products to which the small nozzles belong. The small nozzles of many circuit breakers, such as ZFW-126 GIS circuit breakers, are fastened and connected through threads, the small nozzle is shown in figure 1, and integrally comprises a cylinder 9, one end of the small nozzle is a threaded connection section, an inward turning edge 91 is arranged at the port position of the other end of the small nozzle, a jack is arranged in the middle of the turning edge 91, six circumferentially uniformly distributed air holes 90 are formed in the turning edge 91, the six air holes 90 extend obliquely in the axial direction, one port is located on the turning edge 91, and the other port is located on the cylinder wall.
Similar to such small spouts, fastening is generally performed using a clamp like a hoop as disclosed in chinese patent publication No. CN103531381B, that is, fastening is performed by screwing after the small spouts are held by such clamp, but this manner is very liable to cause damage to the surface of the small spouts held by the clamp. If the screwing torque is properly reduced during fastening in order to avoid damage to the small spout surface, the fastening may be caused to be out of place. However, the small nozzle is not fastened in place, looseness occurs or the surface is damaged, the electric field of the small nozzle can be influenced, so that the performance of the GIS breaker is seriously reduced, the conditions of flashover, incapability of extinguishing electric arcs and the like are caused, and safety accidents occur. Therefore, there is a great need for a tool that can conveniently achieve the secure installation of small spouts and ensure the smoothness of the surface thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a small nozzle fastening device of a circuit breaker, which solves the problem that the surface of a small nozzle is easily damaged or fastened in place when a traditional fastening tool is used.
The small nozzle fastening device of the circuit breaker comprises a dowel bar, wherein one end of the dowel bar is provided with a force application end for screwing, the other end of the dowel bar is provided with baffle pins extending obliquely in the axial direction, the baffle pins incline outwards from the end of the dowel bar in the radial direction and are inserted into air injection holes of the small nozzle and are blocked with the air injection holes in the circumferential direction when the small nozzle fastening device is used, and the number of the baffle pins is not less than 2 and not more than 6. The fastening device disclosed by the invention realizes screwing of the small nozzle through the stop fit of the stop pin and the air injection hole in the circumferential direction, so that the relative sliding of a tool and the surface of the small nozzle in the screwing process is avoided, the damage to the surface of the small nozzle is avoided, and the small nozzle is twisted to rotate through more than two stop pins, so that the fastening effect of the small nozzle can be ensured.
Further, because the blocking pin extends obliquely, when the transmission torque is large, the hole wall of the air injection hole can provide a reaction force for the exiting direction of the blocking pin, and at the moment, in order to prevent the blocking pin from being separated from the air injection hole, the free end of the blocking pin is provided with an anti-separation structure which is blocked with the hole edge of the air injection hole, which is positioned on the cylinder wall.
For the convenience of setting, the anticreep structure can be the nut of screwing on the backing pin.
Because the baffle pin is obliquely arranged, if the baffle pin is undetachably connected with the dowel bar, the baffle pin is inconvenient to carry and transport, and therefore, the baffle pin can be connected on the dowel bar in a threaded manner. Based on the radial convex ring is arranged at one end of the dowel bar opposite to the force application end, one side surface of the radial convex ring opposite to the force application end is a conical surface, the stop pin is connected to the radial convex ring perpendicular to the conical surface, and the conical surface is arranged to facilitate machining of a threaded hole for connecting the stop pin.
In addition, the side of the radial convex ring, which is away from the force application end, is provided with an inserting section which is inserted into the small nozzle jack during use; the number of the baffle pins is three or six, so that the force application rod can uniformly apply force to the small nozzle.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the specific embodiment of the small-nozzle fastening device of the circuit breaker of the invention comprises a dowel bar 10, wherein one end of the dowel bar 10 is provided with a force application end 100 for screwing, and the force application end can be of a hexagonal structure for matching with the profile of a wrench 8 or can be a radial through hole for the wrench bar to pass through radially so as to be convenient for screwing. The other end of the dowel 10 has a stop pin 101 extending obliquely in the axial direction, the stop pin 101 being radially inclined outwardly from the end of the dowel 10, the stop pin 101 being aligned to be inserted into the gas orifice 90 of the small nozzle 9 and being stopped in the circumferential direction with the gas orifice 90 in use. In order to ensure uniform force application, the number of the stop pins 101 is not less than 2 and not more than 6. Of course, preferably 6 as shown; or 3 to ensure circumferential uniformity.
Since the blocking pin 101 extends obliquely, when the transmission torque is large, the hole wall of the gas injection hole 90 provides a reaction force to the withdrawal direction of the blocking pin 101, and at this time, in order to prevent the blocking pin 101 from being withdrawn from the gas injection hole 90, the free end of the blocking pin 101, i.e., the end extending from the wall of the small nozzle, is provided with a anti-disengaging nut 102 which is blocked with the hole located on the wall of the gas injection hole 90. In this embodiment, the nut screwed on the stop pin is mainly considered to be convenient for setting the anti-falling structure, and in other embodiments, the anti-falling structure may be a ball head integrally set with the stop pin, or may be a shaft pin penetrating the end of the stop pin.
Because the baffle pin is obliquely arranged, if the baffle pin is not detachably connected with the dowel bar, the baffle pin is inconvenient to carry and transport, so that the baffle pin 101 can be in threaded connection with the dowel bar 10, at the moment, in order to facilitate the processing of a threaded hole, one end of the dowel bar opposite to the force application end is provided with a radial convex ring 103, one side surface of the radial convex ring 103 opposite to the force application end is a conical surface, and at the moment, the threaded hole can be drilled perpendicular to the conical surface.
In addition, the side of the radial convex ring 103 facing away from the force application end is provided with an insertion section 104 which is inserted into the small nozzle insertion hole in use.
The fastening device of the invention adopts two clamping arms to clamp the side wall of the small nozzle unlike the clamp in the prior art, and is screwed by utilizing the friction force between the clamping arms and the peripheral surface of the small nozzle.
The small nozzle fastening device of the circuit breaker is simple in structure, and for different types of circuit breakers, if the sizes of small nozzles are different, the requirements of different products can be met by correspondingly changing the sizes of the dowel bars or the stop pins.
Claims (4)
1. The small nozzle fastening device of the circuit breaker is characterized by comprising a dowel bar, wherein one end of the dowel bar is provided with a force application end for screwing, the other end of the dowel bar is provided with baffle pins extending obliquely in the axial direction, the baffle pins incline outwards in the radial direction from the end of the dowel bar, are inserted into air injection holes of the small nozzle and are blocked with the air injection holes in the circumferential direction when the small nozzle fastening device is used, and the number of the baffle pins is not less than 2 and not more than 6;
the free end of the blocking pin is provided with an anti-falling structure which is blocked with a hole of the air injection hole, which is positioned on the cylinder wall, so as to prevent the blocking pin from sliding out of the air injection hole in the screwing process;
the anti-falling structure is a nut screwed on the stop pin;
the stop pin is connected to the dowel bar in a threaded manner;
the length of the stop pin is larger than the distance between the hole of the small nozzle of the circuit breaker on the cylinder wall and the corresponding hole on the end face, so that the nut is exposed out of the small nozzle of the circuit breaker when the stop pin is used.

The small nozzle fastening device of the circuit breaker according to claim 1, wherein one end of the dowel bar opposite to the force application end is provided with a radial convex ring, one side surface of the radial convex ring opposite to the force application end is a conical surface, and the stop pin is connected to the radial convex ring perpendicular to the conical surface.
3. The breaker small-nozzle fastening device according to claim 2, wherein a side of the radial convex ring facing away from the force application end is provided with an insertion section which is inserted into the small-nozzle insertion hole in use.
4. The breaker small spout fastening device of claim 1 wherein the stop pin has three or six.
