Technical Field

An absorbent article (e.g., a diaper) and a lifting member thereof, which are intended to reduce consumables and improve environmental friendliness.

Background

Patients with different activity degrees or different dependence forms at day and night have different applicable forms and replacement modes of the disposable diaper; the contracture of lower body or general paralysis is about half as many, and when the diaper is replaced, the left and right sides of the body should be turned over and separated; for those patients suffering from paralysis or patients with urinary catheters, the liquid absorbent core layer in the front abdominal region of the paper diaper is redundant, and peripheral consumables are not necessary; however, if the diaper needs to be shrunk and modified, the difficulty that the diaper cannot be worn or cannot fit closely is met, so the existing defects such as more consumables, high cost, sultriness, insufficient fit and easy urine leakage still exist. In addition, the catheter device is easy to slip, trip, wind and fall off.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a material-saving garment, namely, a lifting and binding piece is used for binding an absorbing article so as to be close to the skin, and the following effects are achieved: reducing consumables, improving environment friendliness, delaying or inhibiting excrement diffusion, allowing left and right operation and replacement, preventing the catheter from slipping and winding, allowing appropriate absorbent articles to be replaced day and night, and allowing the absorbent position to be adjusted by moving forwards and backwards.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a material saving garment comprising: a reusable general purpose lifting and restraining member, an absorbent member; the following are descriptions of the direction, position, and size of the standing position after wearing, for example, a person with a waist of about 80 cm:

the left end and the right end of the back waist part of the lifting and binding piece are provided with a telescopic part (which is convenient for a doll to wear and take off by oneself as a toilet user) and are externally connected with a lifting belt; a rear opening (capable of being pulled open and then placed into the left and right back-lift parts) is arranged below the telescopic parts, a rear clamping part (capable of clamping the left and right back-lift parts) which is opened and closed by the inner layer and the outer layer is arranged above the rear opening, and an attaching part (which can increase the comfort of the waist and can be used for felt adhesion) with a soft weaving surface is arranged in front of the rear clamping part; the front part is provided with a front opening (which is convenient for the front part to be drawn out to be operated outside), a front clamping part (which can shield the front opening and clamp the advanced lifting part), and side clamping parts (which can clamp the side wings of the advanced lifting part) and anti-slip glue (which are soft and elastic and do not fall off during scrubbing) which are opened and closed by the inner layer and the outer layer are arranged at the left lower side and the right lower side of the front part;

because of the universal type, the front opening, the rear opening, the male button and the female button can be penetrated, clamped or idle; the felt sheet can be used for preventing the buckle from slipping or making the stress surface of the waist part flat; the anti-slip rubber can prevent the slippage of the ventral region or the front lifting part; the binding member can also be used for binding and fitting other back-adhesive type absorbent articles.

The absorbent article is divided into:

1. full pad type (examples 1, 2): the absorbent core layer comprises a posterior hip region, a lower crotch region and an anterior abdominal region, and is suitable for the wearer to wear.

2. Half-pad type (examples 3-7'): the absorbent core layer comprises the posterior hip region and the lower crotch region, and the front abdominal region is omitted, so that the utility model is suitable for wearing by a paralytic and changing during night sleep by a urethral catheterization person. The left, right, rear lifting parts and the front lifting part can be moved towards the upper abdomen and then fixed, so that the absorption part moves forwards, and the clothes are suitable for being worn when sitting up or moving, thereby saving materials and avoiding the leakage of excrement.

The full-cushion type is characterized in that: in embodiment 1, the left and right back-lift parts can protrude from the back opening, and then respectively stick to the sticking part or the posterior hip region, and the restless patient can be fastened by male and female fasteners. In embodiment 2, the left and right back-lift parts can be placed into the back clip part from the back opening or folded back down to be fastened. The front part is drawn out from the front opening and then is clamped and lifted by the front clamping part. The crotch region near the left and right sides is respectively provided with a core-sealing baffle of high-density liquid-absorbing core layer extending forwards and backwards (without increasing thickness in appearance, the core-sealing baffle can buffer, delay and expand flow and improve absorption capacity when in urination).

The half-cushion type is characterized in that: the front core layer is omitted and the front end of the crotch area is folded back to form a folding barrier (when the core layer is wet and expanded, the folding barrier can be supported to form a water-proof retaining wall), that is, the means of arranging the core barrier and the folding barrier at the left, right and front ends of the crotch area is used to prevent the excrement from leaking out: in examples 3-5: the front part is provided with a U-shaped gap, the two end parts can be clamped and lifted by the front clamping part after being drawn out from the front opening, and the U-shaped gap enables the male genitals to be held back by the breathable soft cloth (the lifting and binding piece) and facilitates the catheter to stride out and contact with the anti-slip glue.

Other material-saving implementation modes of the half-cushion type:

1. example 6: the front part is provided with an open cutting seam for the male and female urinary catheters to stride out (suitable for use in winter).

Example 6': has the reinforced type of back glue, and the front part has no notch or the cutting seam is free from the folding baffle (suitable for people in winter).

2. Example 7: the front part is provided with a left lateral wing and a right lateral wing (the male catheter can stride out from the upper part and is contacted with the anti-slip glue, and the female catheter can be prevented from moving forwards when the body is turned over).

Example 7': has a back adhesive type, and the front part is provided with a left side wing and a right side wing (for a patient with restless catheterization).

Detailed Description

Please refer to fig. 1-1 to 1-6: a lifting and restraining member A, a full-cushion type absorption article 1; the lifting and binding piece is provided with a double-layer body A0, the left end and the right end of the rear waist part are respectively provided with a telescopic part A7 with an internal elastic band, the outer ends of the telescopic parts are respectively connected with a lifting belt A8 (shown in figures 1-5) which passes through a front part A81 with a felt male part A831 and a front part corresponding to a through hole A9 and then is rotationally buckled with a rear part A82 with a felt female part A832, the rear part is gradually widened towards the body direction to enlarge a pulling and binding surface and a force dispersing surface, and a gasket A90 is arranged outside the through hole A9; a rear opening A5 is arranged below the inner layer A41 between the telescopic parts, and a rear clamping part A6 which is buckled with the outer layer A42 in an opening way is arranged above the rear opening; the front of the back clamp part is covered with an attaching part A63 with a soft weaving surface for felt adhesion; the front part A3 is provided with a front opening A11 and a front clamping part A12 corresponding to the middle position of the pubis and the navel; the left and right lower sides of the rear part A1 and the left and right sides of the lower part A2 are respectively provided with necking edges A111 by elastic bands; the left and right lower sides of the front part A3 are provided with side clamping parts A31 (figure 7) which can be opened and buckled by arranging at least one male and female buckle A311 on the opposite surfaces of the inner layer and the outer layer, and the front surface of the inner layer close to the left and right lower side edges are respectively coated with catheter anti-slip glue A10 (figures 1-5);

The absorbent article 1 is composed of a non-woven fabric surface layer, a waterproof bottom layer, and an absorbent core layer 10 sandwiched therebetween, and includes: the absorbent core layer 10, the left and right back-lift portions 14, and the front portion 16, which are distributed in the crotch region 12 and the front abdominal region 13 of the posterior hip region 11; the left and right back-lifting parts are formed by a combination sheet 101 above the back end 10a of the absorbent core layer to form a wide plane which is about 1/4 wide in the total waistline and is cut into two halves longitudinally, the front part is close to the middle of the upper edge and is provided with a felt patch 15 respectively, the felt patch is enough to be put into and upwards penetrate through the back opening A5, and then the front part is respectively turned over and fixedly attached to the attachment part A63 or the hip back area 11; the crotch region 12 has a dense core stopper 100 of a high density liquid-absorbing core layer 10 extending longitudinally forward and backward in a width of about 1cm near the left and right sides, and press lines 1001 on the left and right sides; the left and right lower sides of the hip back region and the left and right side edges of the crotch region are combined with a sheet and are made into telescopic edges 111 by elastic bands; the front side part 16 is a plane formed by combining sheets above the front end 10b of the absorbent core layer, can be drawn out from the front opening A11 and folded downwards to be fastened by the front clamping part A12;

referring to fig. 1-4, when a wearer M turns his body to the left, the left half of the absorbent article 1 is rolled first, then the rear opening a5 is pulled open and the left and right rear lift portions 14 are put in and out, and then the right rear lift portion is turned forward and fastened; then the body is turned rightwards, the left half side is unfolded, and the left back-lift part is turned forwards and stuck firmly.

Please refer to fig. 2: the left and right back-lift parts 24 can be placed into the back clamp part A6 from the back opening A5 which is pulled open upwards or turned backwards and downwards, and then the side clamp and the felt sheet A62 are used for anti-slip by the male and female buckle A61. The rest of the constitution is the same as in example 1.

Please refer to fig. 3-1 to 3-3: a half-pad type absorbent article 3, comprising a core layer 30, left and right back-lift parts 34, and a front part 36, which are distributed in the hip back region 31 and the crotch region 32, wherein the crotch region is fixed by a transverse hot-pressing line 371 2cm away from the edge of the front end 30b thereof and is used as a reference of the length L37, and is folded backwards to form a folding baffle 37, and the left and right sides are respectively fixed by a longitudinal hot-pressing line 372; the front part 36 is formed by a bonding sheet above the front end 30b of the absorbent core layer 30, and has a U-shaped notch 360 for exposing the male genitals and allowing the

8 and 9 to cross the contact with the anti-slip glue A10, and two end parts 361 extend upwards and can be pulled out from a front opening A11, folded downwards and then clamped by a front clamping part A12, as shown in fig. 3-3, and after the bottom of the U-shaped notch is raised, the excrement can be prevented from leaking outwards when sitting up or moving. The rest of the constitution is the same as in example 1.

Please refer to fig. 4: the half-pad type absorbent article 4 has the same construction as in example 3, except that the left and right back-lift portions 44 are the same as in example 2.

Please refer to fig. 5-1 and 5-2: in the half-pad type absorbent article 5, left and right back glues 58 detachably attached to the rear part A1 are added to the hip rear region 51, and the back glues 59 attached to the front part A3 are provided on the back of both end parts 561 of the front part 56. The left and right rear-lift portions 54 are the same as those in embodiment 2 (or 1), and the rest of the constitution is the same as that in embodiment 4.

Please refer to fig. 6: a half-pad type absorbent article 6 is provided with a left back adhesive 68 and a right back adhesive 68 which can be laterally attached to a front part A3 in a hip back region 61, a single back lifting part 64 which can be fastened by a clip, and a front part 66 which is longitudinally provided with an open cut 660 for a male or

A half-pad type absorbent article 6 'has both left and right back-lift portions 64' and left and right backsizers 68', with the front end 60b' being free of folding, the front portion 66 'being free of slits, and having a plurality of backsizers 69'.

Please refer to fig. 7: the half-pad type absorbent article 7 has the same constitution as that of example 4 except that the front part 76 has left and right side flaps 761 and is fastened by a male and female fastener a311 so as not to be exposed after being inserted into the side nip part a 30. A half-pad type absorbent article 7' having a single back-lift portion 74' for being fastened by clips and having a front end 70b ' without a fold, wherein left and right side flaps 761' of the front-lift portion 77 are provided with back-adhesive 79' and are fastened after being fitted into side-grip portions A30.

Claims

1. A material-saving garment, comprising:

an absorbent article and a fastening member, the fastening member being joined to the absorbent article by a rear nip, the fastening member being reusable for replacing the absorbent article and simultaneously combining to form the material saving garment;

the lifting and binding piece is provided with a double-layer body, the left end and the right end of the rear waist part are respectively provided with a telescopic part, the outer side end of the telescopic part is respectively connected with a lifting belt which passes through the corresponding through hole of the front part and is fastened on the rear part in a rotating way after being bound, and the rear part is gradually widened towards the body; a rear opening for the left and right rear lifting parts of the absorbing object to be placed in and penetrate out is arranged below the inner layer between the telescopic parts, a female buckle with two male and female buckles transversely arranged on the inner layer is correspondingly buckled above the rear opening, a rear clamping part which is respectively arranged between the two male buckles and is respectively buckled with the male parts of the felt sheets on the left and right sides and is respectively arranged on the female parts of the felt sheets on the outer layer, and a soft woven surface attaching part capable of being felted is covered in front of the rear clamping part; the front part is provided with a front opening which is horizontally arranged at the middle position equivalent to the pubis and the navel, and a front clamping part which is provided with a plurality of male buckles which are horizontally arranged on the inner layer of a buckle cover for shielding the front opening and is correspondingly buckled with the female buckles of the male buckles arranged at the front part; the left and right lower sides of the rear part and the left and right sides of the lower part are respectively provided with a necking edge by elastic bands; the left and right lower sides of the front part are provided with side clamping parts which can be opened and buckled by respectively arranging male and female buckles on the opposite surfaces of the inner layer and the outer layer; the front surface of the front inner layer close to the left lower side and the right lower side is respectively coated with anti-slip glue for preventing the catheter from moving; the absorbent article is composed of a non-woven fabric surface layer, a waterproof bottom layer, and an absorbent core layer sandwiched between the two layers, and has a combination sheet at the periphery, wherein the combination sheet above the rear end of the absorbent core layer forms a wide plane with a total waist width of 1/4 and is longitudinally cut into bisected left and right back-lifting parts, the combination sheet above the front end forms a planar front part, and the combination sheets at the left and right lower sides of the hip rear area and the left and right side edges of the crotch area are made into telescopic edges by elastic bands.

2. The material saving garment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front surfaces of the left and right back lift portions are respectively provided with a felt patch at the middle of the upper edge thereof, which is sufficient to protrude upward from the rear opening, and then respectively turned forward and adhered to the attachment portion or the hip back region.

3. Material saving clothing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the left and right back lift parts are sufficiently inserted or turned back down into the back clip part from the back opening to be fastened.

4. The material saving garment of claim 1, wherein the absorbent core layer comprises a range of a hip rear region, a crotch region, and an abdomen front region to form a full pad type absorbent article, the front portion has a width of total waist 1/8 and a length sufficient to be fastened by the front fastening portion after the left and right back-lift portions are moved forward and backward, and is drawn out from the front opening and folded down to be fastened by the front fastening portion.

The material saving garment as claimed in claim 4, wherein the crotch region has a core rib of the high density core layer extending longitudinally to the front and rear ends by a width of 1cm near the left and right side edges of the crotch region, respectively, and the core rib has a heat pressing line on the left and right sides, respectively.

The material-saving garment of claim 1, wherein the absorbent core layer comprises a crotch region and a crotch region, and is a half-pad type absorbent article, wherein the left and right side edges of the crotch region are fixed by a transverse hot-pressing line 2cm from the front end edge and are folded backward to form a folding block, the left and right side edges are fixed by a longitudinal hot-pressing line, respectively, and the upper part of the crotch region is the front part.

The material saving garment of claim 6, wherein the crotch region has a core rib of the high density core layer extending longitudinally to the front and rear ends by a width of 1cm near the left and right side edges of the crotch region, respectively, and the core rib has a heat pressing line on each of the left and right sides thereof.

The material-saving clothes as claimed in claim 6, wherein the front portion has a U-shaped notch in the middle for exposing male genitals, and the two end portions have a length enough to be clipped after the left and right back lifting portions are moved back and forth, and can be pulled out from the front opening and folded down to be fastened by the front clip portion.

9. The material-saving garment as claimed in claim 6, wherein the front portion has a U-shaped notch in the middle for exposing male genitals, two ends of the U-shaped notch are respectively provided with a back adhesive which can be attached to the front portion, and the hip back region is provided with left and right back adhesives which can be attached to the back portion in a side-to-side manner.

10. The material-saving garment as claimed in claim 6, wherein the front portion is provided with an opening slit longitudinally arranged at a position corresponding to the inner side of one of the anti-slip glue for allowing the catheter of the male or female to pass through, and the front portion is provided with a plurality of back glues attached to the front portion and fixing the left and right sides of the opening slit.

11. Material saving clothing as claimed in claim 6, wherein the former is a plane extending to both sides to form left and right side wings, into which the side clips can be inserted respectively to be fastened.

12. The material saving garment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the absorbent core layer comprises a crotch region and a back region, and is a half-pad type absorbent article, the front portion is provided with a plurality of back adhesives attached to the front portion, and the back region is provided with left and right back adhesives attached to the back portion in a separable manner.

13. A material-saving garment, comprising:

an absorbent article and a fastening piece, the fastening piece is combined with the absorbent article by a back clamping part, the absorbent article can be replaced at the inner side of the fastening piece and is combined into a material-saving clothes, the absorbent article is composed of a non-woven fabric surface layer, a waterproof bottom layer, an absorbent core layer and peripheral combining sheets, the absorbent core layer comprises a hip back area and a crotch area range to form a half-cushion type absorbent article, the combining sheets above the front end of the absorbent core layer form a plane front part, the combining sheets at the left and right lower sides of the hip back area and the left and right outer sides of the crotch area are arranged into telescopic edges, the hip back area is provided with an elastic band which is attached with left and right back glue at the back part of the fastening piece with the side clamping part in a separable way,

the left and right side edges of the crotch area are fixed by a transverse hot pressing line 2cm away from the front end edge and are used as a reference, the crotch area is folded backwards to form a folding block, the left and right side edges are respectively fixed by a longitudinal hot pressing line, the front part is longitudinally provided with an open cutting seam close to the inner side of one of the anti-slip glue for a male or female catheter to stride out, and the front part is also provided with a plurality of back glue which can be attached to the rear part and fix the left and right side edges of the open cutting seam.

14. The material saving garment as claimed in claim 13, wherein the former is a plane extending to both sides to form left and right side wings, and the left and right side wings have back adhesive to be inserted into and adhered to the side clips respectively.
