Further, the body channel 13 includes a first channel 131 and a second channel 133 communicated with the first channel 131, one end of the first channel 131 is connected to the bottom wall of the heating chamber 11, and a connection portion of the first channel 131 and the second channel 133 is bent.
The connection part of the first channel 131 and the second channel 133 is bent, so that the arrangement space of the body channel 13 can be saved.
Further, the second channel 133 extends vertically.
