In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, the apparatus may further include:
the judging module 15 is configured to judge whether the channel restriction list downloaded from the cloud includes the CCID of the current channel;
a channel restriction list modification module 16, configured to delete the CCID of the current channel in the local channel restriction list if the determination result of the determination module 15 is negative; and if the judgment result of the judging module 15 is yes, storing the CCID of the current channel in the local channel restriction list.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, the detection module 11 may include: a second detection unit 112 and a third detection unit 113.
A third detecting unit 113 for detecting a global switching variable of the channel for controlling whether the HbbTV application of all channels is activated before the second detecting unit 112 detects the channel switching variable of the channel.
The indication information determination module 12 may include: a second indication information determination unit 122 and a third indication information determination unit 123.
A third instruction information determination unit 123, configured to determine that the switching operation instruction information of the HbbTV application of the current channel is an instruction to turn off the HbbTV application if the value of the global switching variable detected by the third detection unit 113 is a third value; if the value of the global switch variable detected by the third detecting unit 113 is the fourth value, the second indication information determining unit 122 performs an operation of determining the switch operation indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel according to the channel switch variable.
Based on the same inventive concept, the HbbTV terminal provided in the embodiments of the present application includes the HbbTV application control apparatus provided in any embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that the embodiments of the HbbTV application control apparatus of the present application can be applied to an HbbTV terminal. The device embodiments may be implemented by software, or by hardware, or by a combination of hardware and software. The software implementation is taken as an example, and as a device in a logical sense, a processor of the intelligent terminal where the device is located reads corresponding computer program instructions in the nonvolatile memory into the memory for operation. In terms of hardware, as shown in fig. 14, a hardware structure diagram of the HbbTV terminal where the HbbTV application control device of the present application is located is shown, except for the processor 71, the memory 72, the network interface 73, the nonvolatile memory 74, and the internal bus 75 shown in fig. 14, the HbbTV terminal where the device is located in the embodiment may also include other hardware according to the actual function of the HbbTV terminal, which is not described again.
The implementation process of the functions and actions of each unit in the above device is specifically described in the implementation process of the corresponding step in the above method, and is not described herein again.
For the device embodiments, since they substantially correspond to the method embodiments, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiments for relevant points. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the scheme of the application. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.

Claims (9)

1. A HbbTV application control method, comprising:
analyzing the code stream of the current channel; judging whether the HbbTV application exists in the current channel according to information carried in the code stream of the current channel;
after determining that the mixed broadcast broadband television HbbTV application exists in the current channel, detecting an application starting related parameter of the channel in preset application starting related parameters;
determining the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel according to the preset corresponding relation between the application starting related parameter and the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application;
and when the determined switch action indication information indicates that the HbbTV application is started, loading the HbbTV application of the current channel.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein detecting the application start-up related parameters of the channel comprises:
detecting a channel switch variable of the channel for controlling whether an HbbTV application of a single channel is activated; or
A local channel restriction list for controlling whether an HbbTV application of at least one channel is started is detected.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining the switch operation indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel according to the preset correspondence between the application start-up related parameter and the switch operation indication information of the HbbTV application comprises:
if the value of the channel switching variable is the first value, determining that the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel is to indicate to start the HbbTV application; if the value of the channel switching variable is the second value, determining that the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel indicates to close the HbbTV application; or
If the local channel restriction list does not include the channel control identification CCID of the current channel, determining that the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel indicates to start the HbbTV application; and if the local channel restriction list comprises the CCID of the current channel, determining the switch action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel as indicating to close the HbbTV application.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to detecting the channel switch variable for the channel or prior to detecting the local channel restriction list, the method further comprises:
a global switch variable for controlling whether the HbbTV application of all channels is started is detected.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein before determining the switch operation indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel based on a predetermined correspondence between the application start-up related parameter and the switch operation indication information of the HbbTV application, the method further comprises:
if the value of the global switch variable is a third value, determining that the switch action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel indicates to close the HbbTV application; and if the value of the global on-off variable is a fourth value, performing the step of determining the on-off operation instruction information of the HbbTV application of the current channel according to the channel on-off variable, or performing the step of determining the on-off operation instruction information of the HbbTV application of the current channel according to the local channel restriction list.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to detecting the local channel restriction list for the channel, the method further comprises:
judging whether the channel restriction list downloaded from the cloud end comprises the CCID of the current channel;
if not, deleting the CCID of the current channel in the local channel restriction list; if yes, the CCID of the current channel is saved in the local channel restriction list.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining that the HbbTV application of the hybrid broadcast broadband television exists for the current channel and before loading the HbbTV application of the current channel, the method further comprises:
obtaining an application list of a current channel, wherein the application list comprises a download address of at least one HbbTV application.
8. An apparatus for controlling HbbTV application, the apparatus comprising:
the detection module is used for analyzing the code stream of the current channel; judging whether the HbbTV application exists in the current channel according to information carried in the code stream of the current channel; after determining that the mixed broadcast broadband television HbbTV application exists in the current channel, detecting an application starting related parameter of the channel in preset application starting related parameters;
the indication information determining module is used for determining the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel according to the preset corresponding relation between the application starting related parameter and the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application;
and the loading module is used for loading the HbbTV application of the current channel when the determined switch action indication information indicates that the HbbTV application is started.
9. An HbbTV terminal comprising the HbbTV application control apparatus according to claim 8.
