Abstract
The application provides a HbbTV application control method and device and a HbbTV terminal, which are used for controlling the HbbTV application to be automatically started and operated, and the HbbTV application control method comprises the following steps: after determining that a mixed broadcast broadband television HbbTV application exists in a current channel, detecting application starting related parameters of the channel; determining the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel according to the preset corresponding relation between the application starting related parameter and the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application; and when the determined switch action indication information indicates that the HbbTV application is started, loading the HbbTV application of the current channel.

Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of television terminals, in particular to an HbbTV application control method and device and an HbbTV terminal.
Background
With the rapid development of Hybrid Broadcast Broadband TV (HbbTV), the HbbTV is more and more powerful in configuration and more comprehensive in application, on one hand, it can be connected to a DVB Broadcast network through a Broadcast interface to receive standard Broadcast audio/video signals (i.e. linear content), application data, etc., and on the other hand, it can be connected to the internet through a Broadband interface, which enables two-way communication with an application server. Through the broadband interface, the HbbTV terminal can receive application data and nonlinear audio and video contents (such as on-demand programs and the like). The application data refers to data of various applications, such as digital pictures and texts, advertisements, electronic program menus and the like.
However, most of the HbbTV applications in the prior art are opened by a self-starting manner, and the HbbTV applications are displayed at a corner of a HbbTV terminal screen or in a full screen after the HbbTV applications are self-started, which may cause a part of user's feelings, and in addition, the HbbTV applications may cause a playing window of a Digital Television (DTV) to become small after the HbbTV applications are self-started, thereby affecting the user to watch the DTV program.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, embodiments of the present application provide a method and an apparatus for controlling an HbbTV application, and an HbbTV terminal, so as to control the HbbTV application to self-start operation.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a HbbTV application control method, where the method includes:
after determining that a mixed broadcast broadband television HbbTV application exists in a current channel, detecting application starting related parameters of the channel;
determining the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel according to the preset corresponding relation between the application starting related parameter and the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application;
and when the determined switch action indication information indicates that the HbbTV application is started, loading the HbbTV application of the current channel.
According to the method, after the HbbTV application exists in the current channel, the application starting related parameter of the channel is detected, the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel is determined according to the preset corresponding relation between the application starting related parameter and the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application, and the HbbTV application of the current channel is loaded only when the determined switching action indication information indicates that the HbbTV application is started, so that the HbbTV application can be controlled to be started and operated automatically.
In a possible implementation manner, the detecting the application start-related parameter of the channel includes:
detecting a channel switch variable of the channel for controlling whether an HbbTV application of a single channel is activated; or
A local channel restriction list for controlling whether an HbbTV application of at least one channel is started is detected.
In the method, the HbbTV application in the channel is limited to be self-started by setting a channel switch variable or a local channel limit list.
In a possible implementation manner, the determining the switching operation indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel according to a preset correspondence between the application start related parameter and the switching operation indication information of the HbbTV application includes:
if the value of the channel switching variable is the first value, determining that the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel is to indicate to start the HbbTV application; if the value of the channel switching variable is the second value, determining that the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel indicates to close the HbbTV application; or

In one possible implementation, after determining that the HbbTV application of the hybrid broadcast broadband television exists for the current channel and before loading the HbbTV application of the current channel, the method further comprises:

Referring to fig. 1, a HbbTV application control method provided in an embodiment of the present application, which may be applied to a HbbTV terminal, may include the following steps:
s101, detecting application starting related parameters of a current channel after determining that the HbbTV application of the mixed broadcast broadband television exists in the channel;
the application start related parameter may be a global on-off variable, a channel restriction list, and the like, where the global on-off variable is used to control whether the HbbTV application of all channels is started, the channel on-off variable is used to control whether the HbbTV application of a single channel is started, the channel restriction list is used to control whether the HbbTV application of at least one channel is started, and the application start related parameter may be one or multiple, for example, only the channel on-off variable or the channel restriction list may be set, or the global on-off variable may be set while the channel on-off variable or the channel restriction list is set.
The global toggle variable and the channel toggle variable may be set by providing a corresponding global toggle button and a channel toggle button at the HbbTV terminal, and then setting the variables, for example, a toggle button off, a variable value of 0, a toggle button on, a variable value of 1, the global toggle button may be located, for example, in a setting/advanced setting directory of the HbbTV terminal, and the channel toggle button may be located, for example, in a quick setting directory of the HbbTV terminal.
When the Channel restriction list is not empty, it indicates that the Channel restriction list includes a Channel Control ID (CCID) of at least one Channel, where the CCID is used to uniquely identify a Channel, in other words, a Channel corresponds to a unique CCID, and when the Channel restriction list is empty, it indicates that the Channel restriction list does not include any CCID.
S102, determining the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel according to the preset corresponding relation between the application starting related parameter and the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application;
the preset corresponding relation between the application starting related parameter and the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application is preset when the HbbTV terminal leaves a factory, and the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application comprises: indicating to turn on the HbbTV application and indicating to turn off the HbbTV application. The correspondence may include: a value of the channel switch variable is a first value (e.g., 1) indicating that the HbbTV application is turned on; a second value (e.g., 0) of the channel switch variable indicates that the HbbTV application is turned off; when the channel restriction list does not include the CCID of the current channel, indicating to start the HbbTV application; when the channel restriction list comprises the CCID of the current channel, indicating to close the HbbTV application; a third value (e.g., 0) of the global switch variable indicates that the HbbTV application is turned off; when the value of the global switch variable is a fourth value (e.g., 1), it indicates that the subsequent steps are performed.
S103, when the determined switch action indication information indicates that the HbbTV application is started, loading the HbbTV application of the current channel.
In a preferred embodiment, before determining that the HbbTV application exists for the current channel, the method further comprises:
analyzing the code stream of the current channel;
and judging whether the HbbTV application exists in the current channel according to the information carried in the code stream of the current channel.
In a preferred embodiment, after determining that the HbbTV application of the hybrid broadcast broadband television exists for the current channel, and before loading the HbbTV application of the current channel, the method further comprises:
obtaining an application list of a current channel, wherein the application list comprises a download address of at least one HbbTV application.
The download address of the HbbTV application may be a download address in a network channel format or a download address in a broadcast channel format.
For the convenience of understanding, the code stream of the channel Das Drste HD, which is commonly used in germany, is analyzed, and the analysis process of the HbbTV application is described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The step of acquiring the application list of the current channel may be performed before the switching operation instruction information of the HbbTV application of the current channel is determined, or may be performed after the switching operation instruction information of the HbbTV application of the current channel is determined, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In addition, the channel restriction list in the embodiment of the present application may be set locally by a user, for example, a channel restriction list setting interface is provided at the HbbTV terminal, so that the user sets the channel restriction list locally, and the channel restriction list may also be set at a cloud terminal by a manufacturer, for example, a channel restriction list setting interface is provided at an operator terminal, so that the manufacturer sets the channel restriction list at the cloud terminal.

A third instruction information determination unit 123, configured to determine that the switching operation instruction information of the HbbTV application of the current channel is an instruction to turn off the HbbTV application if the value of the global switching variable detected by the third detection unit 113 is a third value; if the value of the global switch variable detected by the third detecting unit 113 is the fourth value, the second indication information determining unit 122 performs an operation of determining the switch operation indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel according to the channel switch variable.
Based on the same inventive concept, the HbbTV terminal provided in the embodiments of the present application includes the HbbTV application control apparatus provided in any embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that the embodiments of the HbbTV application control apparatus of the present application can be applied to an HbbTV terminal. The device embodiments may be implemented by software, or by hardware, or by a combination of hardware and software. The software implementation is taken as an example, and as a device in a logical sense, a processor of the intelligent terminal where the device is located reads corresponding computer program instructions in the nonvolatile memory into the memory for operation. In terms of hardware, as shown in fig. 14, a hardware structure diagram of the HbbTV terminal where the HbbTV application control device of the present application is located is shown, except for the processor 71, the memory 72, the network interface 73, the nonvolatile memory 74, and the internal bus 75 shown in fig. 14, the HbbTV terminal where the device is located in the embodiment may also include other hardware according to the actual function of the HbbTV terminal, which is not described again.
The implementation process of the functions and actions of each unit in the above device is specifically described in the implementation process of the corresponding step in the above method, and is not described herein again.
For the device embodiments, since they substantially correspond to the method embodiments, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiments for relevant points. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the scheme of the application. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
The above description is only exemplary of the present application and should not be taken as limiting the present application, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of protection of the present application.
Claims (9)
1. A HbbTV application control method, comprising:
analyzing the code stream of the current channel; judging whether the HbbTV application exists in the current channel according to information carried in the code stream of the current channel;
after determining that the mixed broadcast broadband television HbbTV application exists in the current channel, detecting an application starting related parameter of the channel in preset application starting related parameters;
determining the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel according to the preset corresponding relation between the application starting related parameter and the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application;
and when the determined switch action indication information indicates that the HbbTV application is started, loading the HbbTV application of the current channel.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein detecting the application start-up related parameters of the channel comprises:
detecting a channel switch variable of the channel for controlling whether an HbbTV application of a single channel is activated; or
A local channel restriction list for controlling whether an HbbTV application of at least one channel is started is detected.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining the switch operation indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel according to the preset correspondence between the application start-up related parameter and the switch operation indication information of the HbbTV application comprises:
if the value of the channel switching variable is the first value, determining that the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel is to indicate to start the HbbTV application; if the value of the channel switching variable is the second value, determining that the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel indicates to close the HbbTV application; or
If the local channel restriction list does not include the channel control identification CCID of the current channel, determining that the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel indicates to start the HbbTV application; and if the local channel restriction list comprises the CCID of the current channel, determining the switch action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel as indicating to close the HbbTV application.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to detecting the channel switch variable for the channel or prior to detecting the local channel restriction list, the method further comprises:
a global switch variable for controlling whether the HbbTV application of all channels is started is detected.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein before determining the switch operation indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel based on a predetermined correspondence between the application start-up related parameter and the switch operation indication information of the HbbTV application, the method further comprises:
if the value of the global switch variable is a third value, determining that the switch action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel indicates to close the HbbTV application; and if the value of the global on-off variable is a fourth value, performing the step of determining the on-off operation instruction information of the HbbTV application of the current channel according to the channel on-off variable, or performing the step of determining the on-off operation instruction information of the HbbTV application of the current channel according to the local channel restriction list.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to detecting the local channel restriction list for the channel, the method further comprises:
judging whether the channel restriction list downloaded from the cloud end comprises the CCID of the current channel;
if not, deleting the CCID of the current channel in the local channel restriction list; if yes, the CCID of the current channel is saved in the local channel restriction list.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining that the HbbTV application of the hybrid broadcast broadband television exists for the current channel and before loading the HbbTV application of the current channel, the method further comprises:
obtaining an application list of a current channel, wherein the application list comprises a download address of at least one HbbTV application.
8. An apparatus for controlling HbbTV application, the apparatus comprising:
the detection module is used for analyzing the code stream of the current channel; judging whether the HbbTV application exists in the current channel according to information carried in the code stream of the current channel; after determining that the mixed broadcast broadband television HbbTV application exists in the current channel, detecting an application starting related parameter of the channel in preset application starting related parameters;
the indication information determining module is used for determining the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application of the current channel according to the preset corresponding relation between the application starting related parameter and the switching action indication information of the HbbTV application;
and the loading module is used for loading the HbbTV application of the current channel when the determined switch action indication information indicates that the HbbTV application is started.
9. An HbbTV terminal comprising the HbbTV application control apparatus according to claim 8.
