For the specific process of the above-mentioned devices to implement their respective functions, please refer to the specific contents in the following embodiments.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a flowchart illustrating an incoming call prompt method according to an embodiment of the present application. The present embodiment is explained from the viewpoint of interaction between the server and each communication terminal. As shown in fig. 2, the method mainly includes the following steps:
201. when a call dialing event is monitored, a calling party communication terminal sends a calling number pointed by the call dialing event, first organization description information related to the calling number and a called number to a base station;
organization refers to a system where members are related to each other in some way, such as: companies, enterprises, families, social groups, and the like. The organization description information may include, but is not limited to: the full name, acronym, and abbreviation, etc. of an organization are used to refer to information that uniquely identifies the organization.
The calling party communication terminal is provided with an event monitor which is used for monitoring various events generated in the system and sending the events to a corresponding method for processing. When a call dialing event is monitored through the event listener, the calling party communication terminal sends a calling number pointed by the call dialing event, first organization description information associated with the calling number and a called number to the base station. It can be understood that the call setup between the calling party communication terminal and the called party communication terminal is completed, and then the telephone communication can be performed, but not limited to, the call setup can be performed through a plurality of stages, such as a calling access stage, a calling authentication encryption stage, a calling service channel assignment stage, a called roaming number stage, a called access stage, a called authentication encryption stage, and a called service channel assignment stage. In practical application, the calling number, the first organization description information associated with the calling number, and the called number may be sent to the base station by the calling party communication terminal at the same stage, or may be sent to the base station at different stages.
202. When paging a called party communication terminal, the base station sends the calling number, the first organization description information and the called number to the called party communication terminal;
the called roaming number stage, the called access stage, the called authentication encryption stage and the called service channel assignment stage can be regarded as the stage that the base station pages the called communication terminal, and the base station can send the calling number, the first organization description information and the called number to the called communication terminal in any paging stage.
203. The called party communication terminal completes call setup based on paging of the base station and outputs a prompt message upon ringing when the first organization description information matches a second organization description information associated with the called number stored locally.
It will be appreciated that the called party communications terminal needs to organize the description information for the local telephone number notes in advance. The called party communication terminal returns response information based on the paging of the base station to complete the call establishment, matches the first organization description information associated with the calling number with the second organization description information of the called number remark stored locally, and outputs prompt information during ringing if the first organization description information is matched with the second organization description information. The prompting information is used for prompting that the called user and the calling user are members of the same organization.
According to the incoming call prompting method provided by the embodiment, the organization description information related to the calling number is sent to the called party communication terminal by the base station in the process of paging the called party communication terminal, so that the called party communication terminal judges whether the calling party and the called party belong to the same organization or not according to the organization description information, and then prompts are carried out, the mutual incoming call display of members in the organization is realized, and even if a user does not remark the calling number, the user can prompt the incoming call of the members in the same organization even under the condition that the calling number is a strange number, so that the convenience and the applicability of the incoming call prompting are improved.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a flowchart illustrating an incoming call prompt method according to another embodiment of the present application from the perspective of interaction between a server and each communication terminal. As shown in fig. 3, the method mainly includes the following steps:
301. when an event triggering the dialing of a telephone is monitored, the calling party communication terminal outputs prompt selection information;
the calling party communication terminal is provided with an event monitor which is used for monitoring various events generated in the system and sending the events to a corresponding method for processing. When the event monitor monitors that the event triggering the call dialing is detected, prompt selection information is output. The prompt selection information is used for prompting the calling user to select whether to prompt the called user about membership of the same organization. Events in which a phone call is triggered, such as: click events of a dialing shortcut icon in a desktop, click events of a number selection button in a number selection interface, and the like, or events triggering telephone dialing can be triggered by other applications.
Optionally, when an event triggering a telephone dialing is monitored, in order to avoid disturbing the user by excessive prompting, the calling party communication terminal firstly queries whether the calling number and the called number belong to the same organization, and outputs prompting selection information if the calling number and the called number belong to the same organization.
302. If the prompt instruction is triggered based on the prompt selection information, when a telephone dialing event is monitored, the calling party communication terminal sends a calling number, first organization description information related to the calling number and a called number to a base station according to the triggered prompt instruction;
a call placement event, such as a click event of a shortcut dial button, or a call placement event may be triggered by another application, and when this occurs, the calling party communication terminal initiates a call setup to the called party communication terminal through the base station.
If the prompt instruction is triggered based on the prompt selection information, when a call dialing event is monitored through the event monitor, the calling party communication terminal sends a calling number pointed by the call dialing event, first organization description information associated with the calling number and a called number to the base station. In practical application, the calling number, the first organization description information associated with the calling number, and the called number may be sent to the base station by the calling party communication terminal at the same stage, or may be sent to the base station at different stages. Wherein, an organization refers to a system in which a plurality of members are related to each other according to a certain mode, such as: companies, enterprises, families, social groups, and the like. The organization description information may include, but is not limited to: the full name, acronym, and abbreviation, etc. of an organization are used to refer to information that uniquely identifies the organization.
Optionally, the calling party communication terminal carries the calling number pointed by the phone dialing event, the first organization description information associated with the calling number, and the called number in a set up message, and sends the set up message to the base station.
303. When paging a called party communication terminal, the base station sends the calling number, the first organization description information and the called number to the called party communication terminal;
it can be understood that the called roaming number stage, the called access stage, the called authentication encryption stage and the called traffic channel assignment stage can be regarded as stages in which the base station pages the called communication terminal, and the base station can send the calling number, the first organization description information and the called number to the called communication terminal in any paging stage.
Optionally, in the called access phase, the base station needs to send a paging message in a paging channel (PAGING CHANNEL, PCH) to complete call setup, and at this time, the calling number, the first organization description information corresponding to the calling number, and the called number may be carried in the paging message and sent to the called communication terminal.
304. The called party communication terminal completes call establishment based on paging of the base station, and outputs prompt information during ringing when the first organization description information is matched with second organization description information associated with the called number stored locally;
it will be appreciated that the called party communications terminal needs to organize the description information for the local telephone number notes in advance. The called party communication terminal returns response information after monitoring the paging message to itself to complete call establishment, and matches the first organization description information associated with the calling number with the second organization description information of the called number remark stored locally, if matching, then outputs prompt information during ringing. The prompting message is used for prompting that the called user and the calling user are members of the same organization, such as company colleagues.
305. If the prompt selection information triggers a non-prompt instruction, when the telephone dialing event is monitored, the calling party communication terminal sends a calling number and a called number to the base station according to the triggered non-prompt instruction;
306. when paging the called party communication terminal, the base station sends the calling number and the called number to the called party communication terminal;
307. the called party communication terminal completes call setup based on paging of the base station and outputs the calling number upon ringing.
By outputting the prompt selection information when the user makes a call, and when the user selects not to prompt, the organization description information associated with the calling number is not sent, so that the called party communication terminal does not perform corresponding prompt when ringing, thereby improving the flexibility of incoming call prompt and meeting the privacy requirements of the user.
Optionally, to reduce the volume of information carried during data transmission, the first organization description information may be an identifier of the first organization, such as: acronyms, and the like. At this time, when receiving the identity of the first organization, the called party communication terminal searches the organization name corresponding to the identity of the first organization, and then matches the searched organization name with the second organization description information associated with the called number stored locally. Then, when the searched organization name matches the second organization description information, the prompt information is output upon ringing. The called party communication terminal can store files for recording the corresponding relation between various identification labels and organization names. The organization name corresponding to the identity of the first organization is searched by utilizing the file.
