本发明公开了一种柔性耐折交联聚乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套电缆,包括有橡胶骨架,所述的橡胶骨架的横截面为正方形的,且在每个角处分别设有延伸部,所述的延伸部的端部为圆弧形,在橡胶骨架外侧依次包覆有凯芙拉纤维编织层、阻水芳纶纱填充层、铜丝编织抗扭圈、玻璃纤维带加陶瓷化硅橡胶带绕包层和聚氯乙烯外护套层,在橡胶骨架内侧设有四根导体一,在每根导体一外侧均依次包覆有聚乙烯绝缘层一和镀银合金丝编织屏蔽层一,将四根导体一束绞后包覆有无纺布防拉层。本发明采用了横截面为正方形的橡胶骨架,增加了电缆的抗压性能,且在骨架四角处设有延伸部,起到缓冲抗压的效果,另外延伸部的端部为弧形的,缓冲效果更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种柔性耐折交联聚乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套电缆。
背景技术
绝缘聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆用于交流50HZ,额定电压(U0/U)0 .6/1kv及以下 电力线路中,供输配电能用。使用特性:缆导体的最高额定温度为70℃。短路时(最长持续时间不超过5S)电缆导体的最高温度不超过160℃;设电缆时的环境温度应不低于0℃,其最小弯曲半径不小于电缆外径的15倍。常规铠装电力电缆结构是绕包双层钢带进行铠装,在电缆施工时因施工不当经常造成电缆损坏,影响电缆的使用。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种柔性耐折交联聚乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套电缆。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种柔性耐折交联聚乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套电缆,包括有橡胶骨架,所述的橡胶骨架的横截面为正方形的,且在每个角处分别设有延伸部,所述的延伸部的端部为圆弧形,在橡胶骨架外侧依次包覆有凯芙拉纤维编织层、阻水芳纶纱填充层、玻璃纤维带加陶瓷化硅橡胶带绕包层和聚氯乙烯外护套层,在橡胶骨架内侧设有四根导体一,在每根导体一外侧均依次包覆有聚乙烯绝缘层一和镀银合金丝编织屏蔽层一,将四根导体一束绞后包覆有无纺布防拉层,在橡胶骨架的外侧的一个面与凯芙拉纤维编织层之间设有导体二,在导体二的外侧依次包覆有聚乙烯绝缘层二和镀银合金丝编织屏蔽层二。
在橡胶骨架的外侧另外三个面与凯芙拉纤维编织层之间分别设有弹性抗压棒。
所述的弹性抗压棒为珍珠棉弹性棒。
所述的导体一和导体二均是通过多股镀锡铜丝复绞而成的。
在所述的阻水芳纶纱填充层和玻璃纤维带加陶瓷化硅橡胶带绕包层之间还设有铜丝编织抗扭圈。
本发明的优点是:本发明采用了横截面为正方形的橡胶骨架,增加了电缆的抗压性能,且在骨架四角处设有延伸部,起到缓冲抗压的效果,另外延伸部的端部为弧形的,缓冲效果更好,整体呈中心对称设置,结构牢固,使用寿命长,使用了凯芙拉纤维编织层、阻水芳纶纱填充层、铜丝编织抗扭圈、玻璃纤维带加陶瓷化硅橡胶带绕包层和聚氯乙烯外护套层,防火防水效果好,耐折弯。

如图1所示,一种柔性耐折交联聚乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套电缆,包括有橡胶骨架1,所述的橡胶骨架1的横截面为正方形的,且在每个角处分别设有延伸部2,所述的延伸部2的端部为圆弧形,在橡胶骨架1外侧依次包覆有凯芙拉纤维编织层3、阻水芳纶纱填充层4、铜丝编织抗扭圈5、玻璃纤维带加陶瓷化硅橡胶带绕包层6和聚氯乙烯外护套层7,在橡胶骨架1内侧设有四根导体一8,在每根导体一8外侧均依次包覆有聚乙烯绝缘层一9和镀银合金丝编织屏蔽层一10,将四根导体一8束绞后包覆有无纺布防拉层11,在橡胶骨架1的外侧的一个面与凯芙拉纤维编织层3之间设有导体二12,在导体二12的外侧依次包覆有聚乙烯绝缘层二13和镀银合金丝编织屏蔽层二14。
在橡胶骨架1的外侧另外三个面与凯芙拉纤维编织层3之间分别设有弹性抗压棒15。
所述的弹性抗压棒15为珍珠棉弹性棒。
所述的导体一8和导体二12均是通过多股镀锡铜丝复绞而成的。

1.一种柔性耐折交联聚乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套电缆,其特征在于:包括有橡胶骨架,所述的橡胶骨架的横截面为正方形的,且在每个角处分别设有延伸部,所述的延伸部的端部为圆弧形,在橡胶骨架外侧依次包覆有凯芙拉纤维编织层、阻水芳纶纱填充层、玻璃纤维带加陶瓷化硅橡胶带绕包层和聚氯乙烯外护套层,在橡胶骨架内侧设有四根导体一,在每根导体一外侧均依次包覆有聚乙烯绝缘层一和镀银合金丝编织屏蔽层一,将四根导体一束绞后包覆有无纺布防拉层,在橡胶骨架的外侧的一个面与凯芙拉纤维编织层之间设有导体二,在导体二的外侧依次包覆有聚乙烯绝缘层二和镀银合金丝编织屏蔽层二。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性耐折交联聚乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套电缆,其特征在于:在橡胶骨架的外侧另外三个面与凯芙拉纤维编织层之间分别设有弹性抗压棒。
