The balloon scroll provided by the invention has the advantages that the hauling rope is fixed on the ground when in use, the hauling rope in the elastic telescopic sleeve is broken first when the instantaneous wind is strong, the elastic telescopic sleeve is elastic, so that buffering is formed, and the balloon is easy to deflect under the condition that the elastic telescopic sleeve is stretched and lengthened, so that the inclination angle of the hauling rope is increased, the force of the wind on the hauling rope is partially decomposed, and the hauling rope is easy to protect.

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a balloon banner comprising a balloon 11, a banner 12, a pulling rope 13, a first fixing rope 131, a second fixing rope 132, a third fixing rope 133 and a fourth fixing rope 134; a first cross bar 14 is arranged at the top end of the scroll, a second cross bar 141 is arranged at the bottom end of the scroll, one end of the first cross bar is connected with one end of a first fixed rope, the other end of the first cross bar is connected with one end of a second fixed rope, one end of the first fixed rope, which is not connected with the first cross bar, is connected with the balloon, one end of the second cross bar is connected with one end of a third fixed rope, the other end of the second cross bar is connected with one end of a fourth fixed rope, one end of the third fixed rope, which is not connected with the second cross bar, is connected with the traction rope, and one end of the fourth fixed rope, which is not connected with the second cross bar, is connected with the traction rope; the last cover of haulage rope has elastic expansion sleeve 20, and elastic expansion sleeve can be rubber or silica gel cover, elastic expansion sleeve's both ends are fixed in on the haulage rope, be located the diameter of the haulage rope of elastic expansion sleeve inside is slightly less than to be located the diameter of the outside haulage rope of elastic expansion sleeve.

Because the balloon banner is arranged outdoors, under the condition of wind, the banner can block the flow of wind so as to easily generate distortion under the action of wind power, so that people are not easy to observe the slogan on the banner, and the using effect of the balloon banner is greatly reduced; furthermore, the web will block the wind flow, making it more prone to damage the web or the balloon due to the higher wind pressure acting on the web, for which purpose the applicant has provided a plurality of holes 15 in the surface of the web, typically between 15 and 25mm in diameter. Through a plurality of holes that set up on the scroll, under windy condition, wind energy can flow through along the hole to make the scroll be difficult to produce distortion, make people observe the slogan on the scroll more easily, excellent in use effect, in addition, through setting up the hole on the scroll, make the wind pressure that acts on the scroll reduce, more be favorable to protecting scroll and balloon. Generally, the method for perforating the balloon banner comprises the following steps: the horizontal two sides and the vertical two sides of the scroll are respectively provided with edges, holes are uniformly punched in the middle of each scroll, and the arrangement of the holes does not influence the display effect of the slogans on the balloon scroll. Determination of perforation position of 90cm wide web: the difference from the determination of the perforation positions for a 70cm wide web is that four holes are perforated per row.
