Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a mobile terminal holder according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a front view of the mobile terminal holder according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 is an exploded view of the mobile terminal holder according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 is a schematic view of a structure of the mobile terminal holder according to an embodiment of the present invention (a face case 28 is not shown). As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the mobile terminal bracket includes a base 20, a base 10, a first clamping portion 30, a second clamping portion 40, a supporting portion 50, and a linkage assembly 60. When the mobile terminal is supported on the supporting portion 50, the first clamping portion 30 and the second clamping portion 40 can be driven to move by the linkage assembly 60 to clamp the mobile terminal when the base 20 moves relative to the base 10. In the present application, the mobile terminal may be a tablet-shaped smart device, including but not limited to a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
In the present embodiment, the base 10 has a substantially flat plate shape. The base 10 may be secured to other items depending on the application, such as an office use, the base 10 may be secured to a desk or wall by adhesive, support, or the like. In the case of use in the interior of a car, the bracket can be fixed by being connected to the position of the air outlet of the air conditioner of the car through a holder 70. In this embodiment, the holder 70 may include a clamping member 72 and a universal connector 71, where one side of the holder 70 is provided with one or more clamping members 72 for clamping on a blade or the like of an air outlet of an air conditioner of an automobile. The other side of the clamping member 72 is connected to the base 10 by a universal connector 71. In this embodiment, the universal connector 71 includes a pair of hinges with a relative orientation of 90 °, specifically including a cross, a ball cage, a fork, a bump, a pin, a hinge, etc., so that the base 20 can rotate in any orientation relative to the base 10 under the action of an external force.
The base 20 is movably connected to the base 10 with respect to the base 10, preferably movably connected to the base 10 in the direction of gravity. For example, the base 20 may be coupled to the base 10 by a slide-and-slide structure, but one skilled in the art may alternatively implement a movable coupling of the base 20 to the base 10 by other conventional structures, which the present invention is not limited to. In this embodiment, the base 20 includes a rear cover 21 and a face plate 28. The rear cover 21 is substantially in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped with one surface opened, and a side surface opposite to the opened surface is movably connected to the base 10. The face shell 28 is fastened to the open surface of the rear cover 21, so that the face shell 28 and the rear cover 21 form a hollow housing. However, in some embodiments, the face shell 28 may also be omitted.
The supporting portion 50 may be provided at the bottom of the base 20, for example, at the bottom of the rear cover 21, or at the bottom of the face case 28, and may be integrally formed, fixedly connected, detachably connected, rotatably or movably connected, or the like. The support 50 protrudes from the side of the base 20 facing the mobile terminal (i.e. the side facing away from the base 10). In some embodiments, if the face shell 28 is omitted, the support 50 may protrude from the side of the rear cover 21 facing away from the base 10. In other embodiments, after the face housing 28 is snapped onto the rear cover 21, the support 50 protrudes from the side of the face housing 28 facing the mobile terminal (i.e., the side facing away from the base 10), and the user places the mobile terminal on the support 50 along the side of the face housing 28. In the present embodiment, the number of the supporting portions 50 may be one or two or more. In the case where the number of the supporting portions 50 is one, the supporting portions 50 are preferably located at the center of the bottom of the base 20. In the case where the number of the supporting portions 50 is two, it is preferable that the midpoints of the two supporting portions 50 be located substantially at the center position of the bottom of the base 20. In this way, the support 50 can stably support the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is placed on the support 50. In some embodiments, the support 50 has a hook-like, or rod-like structure perpendicular to or inclined to the base 20. In the embodiment where the supporting part 50 has the hook shape, the bottom of the mobile terminal may be placed in the hook-shaped recess, so that the mobile terminal may be prevented from falling off in a direction opposite to the base 20, and thus, the firmness is improved.
The first clamping portion 30 is movably connected to the base 20 in a first sliding direction and protrudes from a side of the base 20 facing the mobile terminal. The second clamping portion 40 is movably connected to the base 20 in a second sliding direction and protrudes from a side of the base 20 facing the mobile terminal. The first sliding direction and the second sliding direction are on the same plane and are inclined to each other, and the distance between the first sliding direction and the second sliding direction becomes gradually smaller in the direction approaching the support portion 50, so that the first clamping portion 30 and the second clamping portion 40 approach each other when moving in the direction approaching the support portion 50, and move away from each other when moving in the direction away from the support portion 50. In this embodiment, the bracket may further include a first clamping arm 31 and a second clamping arm 41, the first clamping portion 30 may be provided at an end of the first clamping arm 31, and the second clamping portion 40 may be provided at an end of the second clamping arm 41. The first clamping arm 31 is movably connected to the rear cover 21 along the first sliding direction, and the second clamping arm 41 is movably connected to the rear cover 21 along the second sliding direction. When the first clamping arm 31 and the second clamping arm 41 are moved in the directions in which the first sliding direction and the second sliding direction approach the supporting portion 50, respectively, the first clamping portion 30 and the second clamping portion 40 are also moved in the directions in which the supporting portion 50 is approached, and the first clamping portion 30 and the second clamping portion 40 approach each other until clamping the mobile terminal with the supporting portion 50. The first clamping arm 31 and the second clamping arm 41 may be movably connected to the rear cover 21 in various manners, and as an example, the rear cover 21 is provided with a first groove 22 extending along the first sliding direction and a second groove 23 extending along the second sliding direction, the first clamping arm 31 is provided with a plurality of pins embedded in the first groove 22, and the second clamping arm 41 is provided with a plurality of pins embedded in the second groove 23. As such, the first clamp arm 31 is movably connected to the rear cover 21 through the first groove 22 and the pin engaged with the first groove 22, and the second clamp arm 41 is movably connected to the rear cover 21 through the second groove 23 and the pin engaged with the second groove 23. However, the first clamping arm 31 and the second clamping arm 32 may still be movably connected to the rear cover 21 in other manners, for example, three implementations shown in fig. 9 to 11 may be possible.
Wherein the first groove body 22 and the second groove body 23 are disposed to be inclined with respect to each other, and a distance between ends of the first groove body 22 and the second groove body 23 near the supporting portion 50 is smaller than a distance between ends far from the supporting portion 50. Thus, the first clamp arm 31 can be inserted into the first groove 22 by a pin and slid in the longitudinal direction of the first groove 22, and the second clamp arm 41 can be inserted into the second groove 23 by a pin and slid in the longitudinal direction of the second groove 23.
The linkage assembly 60 is used for driving the first clamping part 30 and the second clamping part 40 to move by utilizing the relative movement between the base 20 and the base 10 so as to clamp the mobile terminal. The linkage assembly 60 is connected to the first clamping portion 30, the second clamping portion 40, the base 20 and the base 10, respectively. In this embodiment, the linkage assembly 60 is located in the cavity between the face shell 28 and the rear cover 21. When the mobile terminal is placed on the supporting portion 50, the base 20 moves relative to the base 10 and drives the first clamping portion 30 and the second clamping portion 40 to move along the first sliding direction and the second sliding direction respectively through the linkage assembly 60, so that the first clamping portion 30 and the second clamping portion 40 move close to the supporting portion 50 respectively and the first clamping portion 30 and the second clamping portion 40 approach each other until clamping the mobile terminal together with the supporting portion 50. In some embodiments, the linkage assembly 60 may further include one or more elastic members for driving the first clamping portion 30 and the second clamping portion 40 to move away from the supporting portion 50, respectively, after the mobile terminal is separated from the bracket. The strength and/or compression of the elastic member may be appropriately set by those skilled in the art so that the first clamping portion 30 and the second clamping portion 40 return to a predetermined position after the mobile terminal is separated from the bracket.
In this embodiment, the base 10 is provided with a base pin 11, and the linkage assembly 60 includes a first linkage 61 and a second linkage 62. The first linkage 61 is provided with a first connection point 611, a second connection point 612 and a first arcuate slot 613. The first linkage 61 is rotatably connected to the first clamping arm 31 at the first connection point 611 and is rotatably connected to the rear cover 21 at the second connection point 612. The second linkage 62 is provided with a third connection point 621, a fourth connection point 622 and a second arc-shaped groove 623, and the second linkage 62 is rotatably connected to the second clamping arm 41 at the third connection point 621 and is rotatably connected to the rear cover 21 at the fourth connection point 622. In some embodiments, the second connection point 612 and the fourth connection point 622 may coincide such that the first and second links 61 and 62 are overlapped and connected to the same position of the rear cover 21. Further, the base pin 11 passes through the rear cover 21 and is simultaneously inserted into the first and second arc grooves 613 and 623. It is apparent that in other embodiments, the second connection point 612 and the fourth connection point 622 may not coincide, and the base pin 11 may be two or more, and be respectively embedded in the first arc-shaped groove 613 and the second arc-shaped groove 623. In the present embodiment, the first linkage member 61 and the second linkage member 62 are pivotally connected to the rear cover 21 via a pivot 27. As shown in fig. 3, the rotation shaft 27 protrudes from the side of the rear cover 21 facing the first and second links 61 and 62, and passes through the second connection point 612 of the first link 61 and the fourth connection point 622 of the second link 62. The elastic member may be a torsion spring sleeved on the rotating shaft 27, and one end of the torsion spring is connected to the first linkage member 61, and the other end of the torsion spring is connected to the second linkage member 62. However, the elastic member may be other implementations, such as a spring connected between the rear cover 21 (e.g., connected to the pivot shaft 27 of the rear cover 21) and the first clamping arm 31 and/or the second clamping arm 41, or the like, and may be a spring connected between the rear cover 21 and the base pin 11. In order to more clearly illustrate the connection relationship between the components of the present embodiment, a process for fixing the mobile terminal by the mobile terminal bracket provided in the present embodiment is described in detail below.
Firstly, the mobile terminal is placed on the supporting portion 50, and the supporting portion 50 drives the base 20 to move downwards relative to the base 10 under the action of gravity of the mobile terminal. In the moving process, since the supporting portion 50 is fixedly connected to the base 20, there is no relative movement between the supporting portion 50 and the base 20, and the mobile terminal moves downward with respect to the base 10 along with the supporting portion 50 and the base 20 under the action of gravity, i.e. there is no relative movement and relative friction between the mobile terminal and the base 20.
Then, the first and second link members 61 and 62 move along the first and second arc grooves 613 and 623 as the base pin 11 moves downward following the base 20, so that the first and second link members 61 and 62 can be rotated. The elastic member may be elastically deformed when the first and second link members 61 and 62 are rotated.
Finally, since the first linkage member 61 and the second linkage member 62 are rotatably connected to the first clamping arm 31 and the second clamping arm 41, respectively, the first linkage member 61 can drive the first clamping portion 30 of the first clamping arm 31 to move along the first sliding direction near the supporting portion 50, and the second linkage member 62 can drive the second clamping portion 40 of the second clamping arm 41 to move along the second sliding direction near the supporting portion 50. During the movement of the first clamping part 30 and the second clamping part 40 close to the supporting part 50, the first clamping part 30 and the second clamping part 40 are also close to each other until clamping the mobile terminal together with the supporting part 50. After the mobile terminal is separated from the bracket, the first clamping portion 30 and the second clamping portion 40 are respectively moved away from the supporting portion 50 under the restoring force of the elastic member until the predetermined position is restored.
According to the mobile terminal bracket provided by the invention, the mobile terminal is placed on the supporting part 50, the base body 20 moves relative to the base 10 to clamp and fix the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal does not need to move relative to the bracket in the installation process, so that the surface of the mobile terminal can be prevented from being scratched by the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is installed on the bracket. The support provided by the embodiment is particularly suitable for the use occasion of clamping the mobile phone in the automobile, and can prevent the surface of the mobile terminal from being scratched due to sliding of the mobile terminal relative to the support when the automobile runs.
Fig. 5A is a schematic diagram of the position of the mobile terminal in a landscape orientation and a portrait orientation. As shown in fig. 5A, when the same mobile terminal is placed horizontally and vertically, the overlapping area is substantially square (the same mobile terminal is on the side). Fig. 5B is a schematic diagram of movement tracks of a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion of a mobile terminal bracket according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5B, by reasonably setting the first sliding direction and the second sliding direction, the first clamping arm 31 and the second clamping arm 41 are positioned at the left and right corners of the square when clamping the mobile terminal with the supporting portion 50. For most of the mobile phones used in the market, the aspect ratio is about 2:1, the distance between the clamping points of the first clamping part 30 and the second clamping part 40 is about the width of the mobile terminal, and is also about half of the long side, i.e. the clamping point is located at the midpoint of the long side when placed longitudinally, and the lateral movement distance (for example, X) of the first clamping part 30 and the second clamping part 40 is half of the longitudinal movement distance (for example, 2X). Fig. 5C is a schematic diagram of a mobile terminal holder for longitudinally holding a mobile terminal 28 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5D is a schematic diagram of a mobile terminal holder for laterally holding a mobile terminal 28 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The mobile terminal holder provided in this embodiment is suitable for holding mobile terminals 28 of various sizes in a lateral or longitudinal manner. As shown in fig. 5C, when the mobile terminal holder holds the mobile terminal 28 in the longitudinal direction, the holding points of the first holding portion 30 and the second holding portion 40 are located at the centers of the long sides of both sides of the mobile terminal 28 when the mobile terminal 28 is held in the longitudinal direction. As shown in fig. 5D, when the mobile terminal holder laterally clamps the mobile terminal 28, the midpoints of the first clamping portion 30 and the second clamping portion 40 are located at the center of the long sides of the mobile terminal 28. In theory, the center of gravity of the mobile terminal 28 is also located in the center of the mobile phone, so that the mobile terminal can be firmly fixed, and the mobile terminal is particularly suitable for the use occasion of clamping the mobile terminal 28 in an automobile, and can prevent the situation of head and tail flicking when the automobile runs on a bumpy road.
The mobile terminal bracket provided in this embodiment moves relative to the base 10 under the effect of the dead weight of the mobile terminal, and pulls the first clamping portion 30 and the second clamping portion 40 to move toward the supporting portion 50 and toward each other through the linkage assembly 60 until the mobile terminal is clamped together with the supporting portion 50, so that the clamping points of the first clamping portion 30 and the second clamping portion 40 are located at the corners of the overlapping area of the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is mounted transversely and longitudinally, and thus, under the condition that the mobile terminal is mounted transversely or longitudinally, the midpoints of the clamping positions of the first clamping portion 30 and the second clamping portion 40 are located at the gravity acting line of the mobile terminal, and the dead weight of the mobile terminal can be utilized to fix the mobile terminal in a transverse or longitudinal mode.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a mobile terminal bracket (a face housing is not shown) according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 7 is an exploded view of a mobile terminal holder according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The second embodiment is mainly different from the first embodiment in that the first clamping arm 31, the second clamping arm 41 and the linkage assembly 60. It should be noted that, within the scope of the spirit or essential characteristics of the present invention, each specific solution applicable to the first embodiment may also be correspondingly applicable to the second embodiment, which is not described herein for the sake of brevity and avoiding repetition.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the side surfaces of the first and second clamp arms 31 and 41 are provided with gear teeth extending in the length direction thereof. In the present embodiment, the first clamping arm 31 and the second clamping arm 41 are straight, and the first clamping portion 30 is provided at an end of the first clamping arm 31 and protrudes from one side of the rear cover 21; a second clamp arm 41 is provided at an end of the second clamp arm 41 and protrudes from the other side of the rear cover 21. However, those skilled in the art can also set other shapes as desired, for example, a bar shape having a bent shape as shown in fig. 8, the upper sections of the first and second clamp arms 31 and 41 are horizontally disposed, and the other section extends obliquely downward (as shown in fig. 8).
Further, the first clamp arm 31 and the second clamp arm 41 are connected to the base 20 in the first sliding direction and the second sliding direction, respectively. In some embodiments, the first clamping arm 31 may be connected to the rear cover 21 of the base 20, or may be connected to the face shell 26 of the base 20; the second clamp arm 41 may be connected to the rear cover 21 of the base 20 or may be connected to the face housing 26 of the base 20. The connection of the first clamping arm 31, the second clamping arm 41 to the base body 20 can also be achieved in a number of ways by a person skilled in the art, such that the first clamping arm 31 and the second clamping arm 41 can be moved on the base body 20 in a first sliding direction and a second sliding direction, respectively. As an example, three possible implementations are described below in connection with fig. 9 to 11, taking the example that the first clamping arm 31 and the second clamping arm 41 are respectively connected to the rear cover 21.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a first implementation manner of the rear cover 21 and the first clamping arm 31 of the mobile terminal bracket according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment will be described by taking the implementation structure of the first clamp arm 31 as an example, and the second clamp arm 41 may have the same implementation structure as the first clamp arm 31. As shown in fig. 9, the rear cover 21 is provided with a plurality of first pins 24 arranged in the first sliding direction and a plurality of second pins (not shown in fig. 9) arranged in the second sliding direction, that is, the plurality of first pins 24 are arranged in the first sliding direction and the plurality of second pins are arranged in the second sliding direction. In some embodiments, the number of first pins 24 is one or more, for example, may be 2, 3, 5, etc., in this implementation two. The number of the second pins may be one or more, for example, 2, 3, 5, or the like, and two in this embodiment mode. The number of the first pins 24 and the second pins may be the same or different. The first clamping arm 31 is provided with a first slot 22 for engagement with the first pin 24 and the second clamping arm (not shown in fig. 9) is provided with a second slot (not shown in fig. 9) for engagement with the second pin.
