Abstract

Description

技术领域
本发明涉及用于将在一端带有外肩部或凸缘的管状部件联接到带螺纹管状端口的连接装置,所述管状部件特别是用于清洗机(例如洗衣机或者洗碗机)的供水电控阀(例如,所谓“止水”控制阀)的入口管路,所述带螺纹管状端口特别是供水管线或者龙头的出口端口(outlet port)。
背景技术
现有技术的连接装置可能无法在管状部件和带螺纹管状端口之间容易且快速地实现高度可靠的连接。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的连接装置,它允许在管状部件和带螺纹管状端口之间容易且快速地实现高度可靠的连接。
根据本发明,该目的和其他目的通过连接装置实现,该连接装置包括:
螺母,带有第一螺纹端部和第二端部,该第一螺纹端部适于与所述端口进行螺纹联接(screw-coupled,螺纹连接),该第二端部适于接收管状部件的所述端,以及
联接圈(coupling ring),适于插入到管状部件和螺母的第二端部之间以将两者相互连接;
联接圈可在径向方向上弹性变形,并且适于围绕管状部件安装在其外肩部或凸缘的附近,例如通过所述外肩部或凸缘防止从所述管状部件脱开,但是可以围绕所述管状部件自由转动;
螺母的第二端部和联接圈具有螺纹,以便在联接圈已经安装到管状部件之后以及在螺母通过螺纹紧固(screw-fastened)到所述管状端口之前,允许螺母通过螺纹紧固到联接圈;
螺母和联接圈设置有相应的第一接合装置和第二接合装置,该第一接合装置和第二接合装置适于防止它们从另一个上松开。

具体实施方式
在下文描述中,将参考应用到以WSA整体表示的止水布置的示例,来详细描述根据本发明的连接装置1。
按照本身已知的方式,止水布置WSA包括位于壳体H内的电控止水阀WSV,壳体通常由塑料材料制成,电控止水阀具有入口管状部件2和出口3,该入口管状部件在操作中接收来自供水管线的水流,出口将该水流转送到清洗机。
出口3连接到外部柔性管4,在该外部柔性管内设有另一柔性管5。后者实际上与止水阀WSV的出水口联接,而管4和5之间限定的环形室通常是干燥的。在所述环形室内部设有与清洗机的控制单元连接的电缆6,用于控制止水阀WSV的操作。
通常将水输送到清洗机的内管5终止于与清洗机的内部管路联接的液压连接器7(或者其他装置,例如阀或者流量计),以将水流输送到所述清洗机的清洗管或者室。
电缆6设有端连接器8,用于与清洗机的控制单元的连接。
在附图的图9中,止水阀WSV的入口管状部件2通过根据本发明的连接装置1联接到龙头10的带螺纹管状出口端口9,以控制来自供水管线的水流的供应。
将在下文进一步描述图9。
特别是参考图1至图4,根据本发明的连接装置基本上包括螺母11和联接圈12,它们适于彼此螺纹紧固。
特别是参考图2、图3和图8,螺母11具有轴向第一端部11a和轴向第二端部11b,它们具有内螺纹且优选具有不同的内直径,具体地,第一端部11a的直径小于第二端部11b的直径。
螺母1的带螺纹第一端部11a适于与龙头10的管状出口端口9的外螺纹进行螺纹联接(图9)。
螺母11设有多个外部纵向肋13,适于当拧紧所述螺母11时允许可靠的抓握。
如图4至图6和图8所示,止水阀WSV的管状入口部件2设有径向向外突出的整体式外肩部或凸缘2a。
特别是如图8所示,联接圈12适于插入到止水阀WSV的管状入口部件2和螺母11的第二端部11b之间,用于将它们彼此连接。
参考图3到图6,联接圈12具有第一轴向部12a,该第一轴向部形成多个彼此通过基本上纵向的切口14分开的花瓣状结构12c,并且从联接圈的第二轴向部12b延伸出,该第二轴向部具有基本上环形结构。
花瓣状结构12c可以沿着基本上径向方向弹性偏转,以允许管状部件2的外肩部或凸缘2a按照图5和图6的顺序所示从中穿过。
在所示的实施例中,联接圈12的花瓣状结构12c在外部设有相应螺纹部分,当所述螺母11拧到已安装在管状部件2周围的联接圈12上时,上述的相应螺纹部分一起形成适于与螺母11的第二端部11b的内部螺纹接合的螺纹(如图8所示)。
如特别是在图8中可以看出的,联接圈12适于围绕管状部件2安装在其外肩部或凸缘2a的附近,例如通过外肩部或凸缘2a防止从管状部件2脱开,但是同时允许围绕管状部件2自由转动。
如图5和图6的顺序所示,在联接圈12已经安装在管状部件2周围之后,螺母11能够以螺纹紧固到所述联接圈,如图8所示。在紧固状态下,在外肩部或凸缘2a和联接圈的花瓣状结构12c的相邻端之间仍然存在小的轴向间隙15,这样使得螺母11和联接圈12彼此紧密螺纹紧固所形成的组件仍能够围绕管状部件2自由旋转,以允许螺母11拧到龙头10的带螺纹管状出口端口9上,如图9所示。
螺母11和联接圈12可以方便地设有相应第一和第二接合部件,该第一和第二接合部件适于在它们已经彼此螺纹紧固之后防止它们从另一个上松开。
在附图所示的实施例中(参见例如图3),螺母11在其第二端部11b中设置有具有预定间距的锯齿17的周向冠部(circumferential crown)16,而联接圈12的第二轴向部12b设置有彼此分离的锯齿19的冠部18,使得它们的间距是螺母11间距的两倍。
该布置是这样的,当螺母11拧到联接圈12上时,朝向拧紧一端,螺母11的每两个齿17中的一个齿的倾斜表面与联接圈12的齿18的相应倾斜表面接合。通过执行螺母11的螺旋转动,由于制造螺母11和联接圈12的材料的弹性,螺母11的齿17将“克服”联接圈12的齿18的“峰”,并且持续这个过程直到螺母不能进一步拧紧为止。
螺母11的锯齿17和联接圈12的齿19的形状使得以后不可能将螺母11从联接圈12上拧下来:因此,它们被牢固地拧紧到彼此,使得当螺母11拧到龙头10的带螺纹管状出口端口9上时它们随后表现得像单个物体。
本发明的连接装置可以容易地制造和安装,并且非常可靠。
自然地,本发明的原理保持不变,参照此文描述和示出的实施例,结构的很多细节可能被改变,而不脱离如所附权利要求所限定的本发明的范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于将管状部件(2)联接到带螺纹管状端口(9)的连接装置(1),所述管状部件在一端上具有外肩部或凸缘(2a);所述连接装置(1)包括:
螺母(11),具有带螺纹第一端部(11a)并具有第二端部(11b),该第一端部适于与所述管状端口(9)螺纹联接,该第二端部适于接收所述管状部件(2)的所述端,以及
联接圈(12),适于插入到所述管状部件(2)与所述螺母(11)的所述第二端部(11b)之间以将两者相互连接;
所述联接圈(12)能在径向方向上弹性变形并且适于围绕所述管状部件(2)安装在所述管状部件的所述外肩部或凸缘(2a)的附近,以通过所述外肩部或凸缘(2a)防止所述联接圈从所述管状部件(2)脱开,但是允许围绕所述管状部件(2)自由转动;
所述螺母(11)的所述第二端部(11b)和所述联接圈(12)具有螺纹,以便在所述联接圈已经安装到所述管状部件(2)之后、在所述螺母(11)通过螺纹紧固到所述管状端口(9)之前,允许所述螺母(11)通过螺纹紧固到所述联接圈(12);
所述螺母(11)和所述联接圈(12)设置有相应的第一接合装置(16)和第二接合装置(18),所述第一接合装置和所述第二接合装置适于防止所述螺母和所述联接圈从彼此松开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其中,所述管状部件是用于清洗机的供水电控阀(WSV)的入口管路,所述管状端口是供水管线或者龙头(10)的出口端口。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的连接装置,其中,所述螺母(11)和所述联接圈(12)的所述第一接合装置(16)和所述第二接合装置(18)包括相应的锯齿(17,19)的周向冠部,所述周向冠部适于在所述螺母(11)和所述联接圈(12)的螺纹联接方向上彼此接合,并防止所述螺母和所述联接圈沿相反方向脱离。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的连接装置,其中,所述联接圈(12)包括:
第一轴向部(12a),形成有能够沿基本上径向方向弹性偏转的多个花瓣状结构(12c),以允许所述管状部件(2)的所述外肩部或凸缘(2a)从中穿过;以及
基本上呈环形的第二轴向部(12b)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的连接装置,其中,所述联接圈(12)的所述花瓣状结构(12c)在外部设置有相应的螺纹,这些螺纹作为一个整体形成当所述联接圈(12)安装在所述管状部件(2)周围时适于与所述螺母(11)的所述第二端部(11b)进行螺纹接合的螺纹。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的连接装置,其中,所述螺母(11)的所述第一端部(11a)和所述第二端部(11b)都带有螺纹,但具有不同的内直径。
