As shown in fig. 29 to 32, the other is the same as embodiment 9, and the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 9 is that the mounting plate 11 is not provided with the second fixing portion 13, and the outer cylinder base plate 21 is not provided with the reinforcing portion 24;

Since the mounting frame 1 is of a heterogeneous structure, the present invention is described in terms of the following examples in terms of processing the mounting frame 1 in order to further describe the configuration of the mounting frame 1.
Example 12
As shown in fig. 33, a processing board 6 is taken, wherein the processing board 6 is of a conventional board type structure, and according to different limitations on the configuration of the mounting frame 1 in the embodiments 1-11, different cutting lines 7 can be set on the cutting device so as to meet the configuration requirements;
in the processing process, the processing plate 6 is cut along the cutting line 7 by using a cutting tool, part of the plate on the processing plate 6 is cut off, the cut frame structure is punched, and the mounting frame can be directly processed; in the stamping process, mounting holes can be machined at the punching positions 8 on the machining plate 6 according to machining requirements, so that the mounting frame can be conveniently mounted subsequently; in addition, according to the different limitations of the configuration of the mounting frame 1 in the embodiments 1-11, the first fixing portion with holes or the second fixing portion with holes is directly punched in the punching process according to different requirements.
In this embodiment, the processing board 6 is cut and stamped, and can be directly processed into the mounting frame 1, so that the mounting frame 1 can be conveniently processed and manufactured. Meanwhile, since the mounting plate 11 of the mounting bracket 1 processed in this embodiment is a frame structure, in the assembly process of the mounting bracket 1 and the outer barrel 2, the outer barrel bottom plate 21 of the outer barrel 2 directly contacts with the wall surface, and the first fixing portion 12 or the first fixing portion 12 and the second fixing portion 13 on the mounting bracket 1 fix the outer barrel 2 together.
Example 13

In the case that the second fixing portion needs to be machined, compared with the case that the reserved plate of the second fixing portion needs to be cut on the machining plate 6 in embodiment 9, the simplification of the cutting process is not only facilitated, but also the internal stress condition of the reserved plate of the second fixing portion is changed in the cutting process, and the mechanical strength of the second fixing portion is not facilitated to be improved after the punching process; to improve the above-mentioned problem, the present embodiment provides the processing plate 6 as the upper plate 61 and the lower plate 62, the upper plate 61 and the lower plate 62 are integrally formed, and the second fixing portion can be processed by directly punching the lower plate 62 during the processing, which simplifies the operation of the cutting process while ensuring the mechanical strength of the second fixing portion.
Example 14
As shown in fig. 35, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 12 is that the cutting line 7 used in cutting the processed board 6 in this embodiment is different from the cutting line 7 used in cutting the processed board 6, and any part of the processed board 6 is not cut off, so that the mounting board 11 on the mounting board 1 finally processed is different, the mounting board 11 processed in embodiment 9 is a frame structure, and the mounting board 11 processed in this embodiment is a plate structure with holes, which greatly simplifies the operation of the cutting process in the processing process and reduces the processing cost.

The mounting bracket 1 used in any of the above embodiments 1-11 is manufactured in accordance with the process of any of embodiments 12-15.
In the embodiment described above, compared with the prior art, the mounting frame is provided, the mounting frame and the wall body are fixed, and then the outer cylinder part is detachably fixed on the mounting frame through the first fixing part and the second fixing part on the mounting frame, so that the wall-mounted mounting of the washing machine is realized, and the convenience in dismounting is enhanced; meanwhile, in the process of installation or maintenance, the complete machine can be assembled and disassembled without disassembling the shell, and the operation is convenient and safe; in addition, for the washing machine that the urceolus portion has the same cooperation unit, can be under the prerequisite that need not dismantle the change to the mounting bracket, with the washing machine of different models and same mounting bracket cooperation installation, improved the wild-type nature of washing machine hanging.

Claims (8)

The wall-mounted washing machine comprises an outer cylinder part (2), an inner cylinder part and a washing machine shell (3), wherein the outer cylinder part (2) comprises an outer cylinder bottom plate (21) and an outer cylinder (22), and the outer cylinder bottom plate (21) and the outer cylinder (22) are integrally formed;
a containing cavity is formed among the mounting plate (11), the first fixing part (12) and the second fixing part (13), the outer cylinder bottom plate (21) is installed in the containing cavity in an inserting mode, the first fixing part (12) is used for fixing the outer cylinder bottom plate (21) in the horizontal direction, and the second fixing part (13) is used for fixing the outer cylinder bottom plate (21) in the vertical direction;
the mounting frame (1) is formed by stamping; the second fixing part (13) is provided with an assembly hole (14), the bottom plate (21) of the outer cylinder is provided with a screw hole, the screw hole is positioned below the outer cylinder (22), and the fixing bolt (5) fixedly connects the mounting frame (1) with the outer cylinder part (2) through the assembly hole (14) and the screw hole; at least two matching units (23) are arranged on the outer cylinder bottom plate (21), and the matching units (23) are of wedge-shaped structures and are in wedge-shaped fit with the first fixing parts (12) so as to fix the outer cylinder bottom plate (21).
2. A wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 1, wherein the mounting plate (11) comprises a first side plate (111), a second side plate (112) and a connecting plate (113), the first side plate (111) and the second side plate (112) being connected by the connecting plate (113);
the first side plate (111), the second side plate (112), the connecting plate (113), the first fixing part (12) and the second fixing part (13) are integrally formed.

A wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the first side plate (111) is provided with at least one first fixing portion (12), the second side plate (112) is provided with at least one first fixing portion (12), and the second fixing portion (13) is provided on the connecting plate (113).
4. A wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the screw hole is coaxial with the mounting hole (14) in the vertical direction.
5. A wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 4, wherein the fixing bolts (5) sequentially pass through the assembly holes (14) and the screw holes from bottom to top to connect the mounting bracket (1) with the outer tub (2).
6. A wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that a reinforcement (24) is provided on the tub floor (21), said reinforcement (24) being located below the tub (22).
7. A wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the expansion bolts (4) pass through the mounting plate (11) to fix the mounting bracket (1) to the wall.
8. A wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 7, wherein at least one expansion bolt (4) passes through the first side plate (111) and is connected to the wall; at least one expansion bolt (4) passes through the second side plate (112) and is connected with the wall body.
