The water-based neoprene spraying adhesive which can replace oil-based spraying adhesive is one of the development directions of the adhesive industry due to the advantages of environmental protection, no harm to human health, no toxicity, no odor and the like. However, the applicant of the present invention found that when the water-based neoprene adhesive is used in the furniture manufacturing process, the sponge and other materials are adhered to the surface of other materials in a bent manner, and the elastic phenomenon occurs, mainly because the initial adhesion force of the water-based neoprene adhesive is not enough to resist the restoring force of the sponge and other materials, and after the water-based neoprene adhesive is sprayed on the surface of other materials, the sponge and other materials are required to be air-dried for a period of time to perform the adhering operation with high difficulty and high stress, which reduces the operation efficiency of workers.
Therefore, the improvement of the existing formula of the water-based neoprene spraying adhesive is urgently needed to overcome the defects of small initial adhesion, slow curing and difficult application to smooth materials such as plastics, glass fiber reinforced plastics and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide glue for water-based glue spraying, water-based glue spraying and a preparation method thereof, so as to overcome the defects that the existing water-based neoprene glue spraying is small in initial adhesion, slow in curing and difficult to be used for smooth materials such as plastics, glass fiber reinforced plastics and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides water-based glue for glue spraying, which comprises, by weight, 70-80 parts of neoprene latex, 5-10 parts of rosin emulsion, 5-10 parts of carbon five petroleum resin, 5-10 parts of acrylic emulsion, 1-5 parts of polyethylenimine crosslinking agent and 1-2 parts of pH regulator.
Also provides a water-based spray adhesive containing the glue and a demulsifier for the water-based spray adhesive and a preparation method thereof.
Compared with the prior art, the water-based glue for glue spraying is characterized in that the carbon five petroleum resin, the polyaziridine cross-linking agent and the pH regulator are added on the basis of the neoprene latex, the rosin emulsion and the acrylic emulsion, and the carbon five petroleum resin and the rosin emulsion have good compatibility, so that the water-based glue prepared from the water-based glue for glue spraying and the demulsifier has excellent tackifying performance, the initial adhesion of the water-based glue for glue spraying can be obviously improved, the wettability of the water-based glue for glue spraying and smooth materials such as plastics, glass steel and the like can be greatly enhanced, and the water-based glue for glue spraying and the smooth materials such as plastics, glass steel and the like have good bonding effect; the polyethylenimine cross-linking agent and the acrylic emulsion can generate cross-linking reaction, and the adhesive force of the water-based spray adhesive and surface smooth materials such as plastics, glass fiber reinforced plastics and the like can be improved; the pH regulator is used for regulating the pH of the glue for water-based glue spraying to enable the neoprene emulsion to be in a stable critical state, the neoprene emulsion can be demulsified rapidly under the action of the demulsifier, the water-based glue spraying is solidified almost instantly, and has large adhesive force, so that rough surface materials such as wood, leather and the like, smooth surface materials such as plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastic and the like, and smooth surface materials such as plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastic and the like can be bonded together tightly, and the neoprene glue is particularly suitable for mutually bonding high-difficulty high-stress between sponge, wood and leather such as bending bonding.
