The invention discloses a method for setting a ground anchor of a tail wheel system of a mining endless rope winch and a ground anchor device, wherein the ground anchor device is firstly manufactured in an aboveground factory, and a proper ground anchor device is selected to be transported to an underground installation site according to an underground endless rope winch transportation mode; digging and leveling the installation foundation of the ground anchor device at the underground installation site, moving the ground anchor device into the foundation, punching holes in the foundation at the position of the anchoring holes, installing anchor rods in the holes, and anchoring the ground anchor device on the foundation. The underground hydraulic pressure system can be manufactured in an industrial manner on a well, is directly installed on an underground installation site, and is anchored on a bottom plate of a roadway by an anchor rod during installation, so that manpower, material resources and time are saved.

In the underground coal mine winch transportation mode, there are endless rope winch transportation modes and single rope type and double rope type modes. One end of the single rope endless rope winch is a single drum winch, and the other end is a tail wheel system; the tail wheel system is provided with a balance wheel with a tensioning function, and each head wheel is hung on the balance wheel, so that the balance wheel is required to be tensioned on an infrastructure. For heavy load transportation, a double-rope endless rope winch transportation mode is mostly adopted. One transportation end of the double-rope endless rope winch is a double-drum winch, and the other end is a tail wheel system. The tail wheel system is provided with a large balance wheel with a tensioning function, and the balance wheel is hung on two return wheels, so that the balance wheel is required to be tensioned on an infrastructure. Whether single-rope or double-rope, are independent of the infrastructure, and sometimes mine cars are required to pass over the infrastructure. The infrastructure is therefore able to withstand not only large gravitational loads but also large tensile loads of the wire ropes and is therefore very strong to build. The existing infrastructure is generally formed by pouring a large amount of concrete for a deep foundation pit, so that a large amount of manpower, material resources, time and the like are needed, and the foundation pit can be used only after a certain solidification time is needed, and timely exploitation of a coal seam working face is affected. Because the coal mining site is frequently changed, the facility cannot be reused after being used once, and a new foundation needs to be reconstructed, so that the timely mining of the next coal seam working face is affected, and great waste is caused.

step 2, selecting a proper ground anchor device to carry to an underground installation site according to the underground endless rope winch transportation mode, and selecting an m-shaped steel structure frame when the underground endless rope winch transportation mode is used for a double-rope winch tail wheel system and selecting an n-shaped steel structure frame when the underground endless rope winch transportation mode is used for a single-rope winch tail wheel system;
and 3, digging and leveling an installation foundation of the ground anchor device at an underground installation site, moving the ground anchor device into the foundation, punching holes in the foundation at the positions of the anchor holes, installing anchor rods in the holes, anchoring the ground anchor device on the foundation, and after the anchor rods are installed, requiring a track plane to meet the designed roadway rail surface height.

3. The steel structure frame has enough space, and the tail wheel system of the winch can be installed in the space without preventing the mine car from passing on the track above the tail wheel system.
