Abstract
The invention provides a filling method of liquid with particles, which comprises the following steps: a gas injection step of injecting a proper amount of gas into the liquid to form a gas-liquid mixture; filling liquid, namely filling the gas-liquid mixture into a packaging box to finish primary sealing and division, and standing for a moment to separate out and separate gas from the filled liquid; and a secondary filling and sealing step, namely opening the filled packaging box, injecting particles, and sealing the packaging box again. The invention injects a proper amount of gas into the liquid to form the filling liquid of the gas-liquid mixture, the filling is fully carried out during the filling, the standing is carried out for a moment after the filling is finished, the gas space formed in the packaging box can contain the particles after the gas is separated out from the gas-liquid mixture, then the packaging box is opened, the packaging box is sealed again after the particles are injected, and the sealing problem of the liquid with the particles in the filling process can be well solved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a liquid filling method and equipment for the method, in particular to a filling method of liquid with particles, equipment for the method and a packaging box.
Background
Most of the filling technologies adopted by the existing packaging boxes are under-liquid sealing, namely the beverage filling amount of the existing aseptic carton filling machine is basically consistent with the volume of the packaging box, no redundant space exists in the packaging box, and more articles cannot be added by adopting any method. In order to meet the needs of consumers, particulate matters such as fruit grains and coarse cereals need to be added into the beverage, as shown in fig. 1, if a filling method in the prior art is used for filling granular liquid, the particulate matters need to be added into the liquid, when the filled packaging box is sealed and formed, the particulate matters can be randomly suspended in the liquid, so that the particulate matters can be easily generated at the sealing position, or after the filling is completed, the situation that the particulate matters are retained in the sealing area can exist, so that the packaging box is poorly sealed, air permeability and bacteria permeability are caused, the filled liquid leaks and rapidly deteriorates, the expected quality guarantee period can not be reached, even sealing can not be formed, and the product can not be sold.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a filling method, filling equipment and a packing box for liquid with particles, which can realize filling of the liquid with particles.
In order to solve the above problems, a first aspect of the present invention provides a method for filling a liquid with particles, comprising the steps of: a gas injection step, injecting a proper amount of gas into the liquid, thereby forming a pourable gas-liquid mixture; a liquid filling step, namely filling the gas-liquid mixture into a packaging box to complete sealing, and standing for a while to separate out and separate gas from the gas-liquid mixture; and a secondary filling and sealing step, namely opening the filled packaging box, injecting particles, and sealing the packaging box again.

Nitrogen or air is very suitable for being injected into liquid because it is relatively stable, easily available, and harmless to human body and environment.

The embodiment of the invention shows a filling method of liquid with particles, any two substances in liquid or gaseous form can be mixed to a certain degree, so that gas is continuously and uniformly injected into the liquid to form a gas-liquid mixture, the amount of the injected gas is adjusted according to the ratio of filled particles to the volume of a packaging box, in order to better mix the gas with the liquid, the gas is preferably injected in the form of small bubbles, the temperature of the gas is kept constant within the range of 27-33 ℃, the temperature is preferably stabilized at 30 ℃, and the temperature is consistent with the temperature of the filling material, so the filling material is not easy to change. Since nitrogen is very easily available and harmless to the human body and the environment, nitrogen is generally used as the gas to be injected into the liquid, and it is of course possible to inject air. In order to ensure the hygiene of the product, the gas is sterilized before the liquid is injected, and the liquid is injected after the gas is sterilized.
Referring to fig. 2, the liquid in the package is filled into the package and sealed, and after the package is placed still for a while, referring to fig. 3, gas is automatically separated from the gas-liquid mixture, so that a gas space is formed at the top of the package for containing the filled particles.

1. A filling method of liquid with particles is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a gas injection step, injecting gas into the liquid to form a gas-liquid mixture which can be filled;
filling liquid, namely filling the filled liquid into a packaging box to finish sealing and dividing, and standing for a while to separate out and separate the gas from the filled liquid;
and a secondary filling and sealing step, namely opening the filled packaging box, injecting particles, and sealing the packaging box again.
