技术领域
本发明属于农业的技术领域,涉及谷物用种衣剂,具体涉及一种多功能悬浮型春谷区谷子专用种衣剂。
背景技术
种子包衣是一项农业高新技术,能将农药、生长调节剂等活性成分包被在种子表面形成的衣膜内,在种子萌发与生长过程中释放,有效防控苗期病虫害、促控幼苗生长、省种省药、省工省时、节约资源、减少环境污染,是种子质量标准化、加工机械化、播种精量化、栽培轻型化和增收节支的重要途径。种衣剂自诞生之日起,受到了许多国家的高度重视,已有近30个国家投入大量人力物力研究、开发和应用农作物种衣剂。
近三十年以来,种衣剂技术不断改进,由早期的不含活性成分的种衣剂,发展成了将种子标准化与苗期病虫害防治相结合的具有现代意义的种衣剂;研制出了多种旱作物种衣剂以及水稻种衣剂,取得了较好的经济效益与社会效益。
我国已将农作物种衣剂的研制、推广与应用相继列为“十五”、“十一五”实施种子工程计划的重大项目,并将种子包衣处理示范工程列入当前优先发展的高技术产业化重点领域。小麦、玉米、大豆等作物种衣剂在我国已大面积推广,并取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。谷子目前没有专用种衣剂,多是利用玉米、小麦等种衣剂代替,存在诸多问题。而且谷子作为一种具有悠久种植历史的作物,病虫害具有其独特性,明显区别于玉米、小麦等作物病虫害,病虫危害种类存在明显差异。而且春谷区谷子病虫和夏谷区病虫也同样具有明显区别。春谷区苗期病虫害造成的损失占谷子整个生育期产量损失的70%以上,尤其是白发病和黑穗病危害最为严重,且苗期的粟负泥虫和粟跳甲、粟灰螟、粟芒蝇等危害明显区别与夏谷病虫,具有其独特性。因此研制一种春谷区的专用种衣剂势在必行,对于控制春谷区谷子土传、种传病害及苗期病虫危害,降低损失具有积极意义。
现有在春谷区使用的谷子种衣剂存在以下四个主要不足:(1)由于是非谷子专用种衣剂,药剂没有针对性,拌种效果差,难以控制病虫危害。(2)现有种衣剂未针对谷子种粒小,易脱落的问题采用专门成膜剂,粘着能力差,易脱落,包衣种子在运输、储存和播种过程中含有农药、植物生长调节剂等活性成分的种衣易脱落,不仅活性成分损失大、种衣剂作用效果差,而且污染环境。(3)播种后,种衣裂解速度很慢,种衣内种子正常萌发所需的水分、氧气难以满足,导致发芽势低、出苗显著推迟。(4)种衣裂解时,活性成分迅速溶解而使种子周围活性成分浓度短时间内过高,抑制种子萌发,导致出苗率、成苗率低。(5)多年连续使用,病菌容易出现抗药性,防效逐年下降。
因此,研究高效低毒、包衣牢固、效果明显、持效期长、环境友好的种衣剂,是国内外种衣剂发展的主要方向之一。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供了一种多功能悬浮型春谷区专用种衣剂。本发明种衣剂是具有高效低毒、包衣牢固、效果明显、持效期长、抗药性产生慢、药种质量比大、成本低廉、环境友好等特点的悬浮型种衣剂,不仅能有效防控苗期病虫害,而且能促控生长、增强抗逆性,成苗率提高明显。
本发明为实现其目的采用的技术方案是:
一种多功能悬浮型春谷区专用种衣剂,按重量百分比计,包括杀虫剂10-30%,杀菌剂6-25%,植物生长调节剂0.05-0.1%,成膜剂2-6%,分散剂2-8%,防冻剂3-8%,着色剂0.5-1.0%,消泡剂0.2-0.3%,水余量。
一种多功能悬浮型春谷区专用种衣剂,还包括煅烧粘土和/或玉米花粉。
杀虫剂选自吡虫啉、噻虫嗪中的一种或两种组合。
杀菌剂由烯酰吗啉、丙森锌和多菌灵组成,其中烯酰吗啉与丙森锌的总量与多菌灵的质量比为(5-20):(1-5),烯酰吗啉与丙森锌的质量比为(0-100):(100-0),两者不同时为0。本发明利用烯酰吗啉和丙森锌混合防治白发病,有效解决了单一使用种衣剂长期使用病菌抗药性产生快的问题。
成膜剂由质量比为1:2:1的聚乙酸乙烯酯、羧甲基纤维素、水溶性壳聚糖组成。本发明选用质量比为1:2:1的聚乙酸乙烯酯、羧甲基纤维素、水溶性壳聚糖配制成膜剂,包衣时在种子表面形成一层很薄的衣膜,包衣牢固、不脱落;克服了现有技术包衣时形成的种衣厚、抗压强度差,在包衣种子运输、储存和播种过程中种衣易脱落,活性成分损失大且污染环境等缺点。
分散剂选自木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、亚甲基萘磺酸钠、油酸甲基氨基乙基磺酸钠中的一种或几种的组合。
防冻液选自丙三醇、尿素中的一种或两种组合。
着色剂选择梁红、永固大红F2R、坚固玫瑰红中的一种。着色剂起警示和标识辨别作用。
消泡剂选自泡敌、有机硅中的一种或两种组合。
植物生长调节剂选自芸苔素内酯、生根粉、复硝酚钠中的一种或几种组合。
本发明的有益效果:
与现有技术相比,本发明的主要优点:
(1)本种衣剂具有悬浮率高、成膜性好、包衣均匀、脱落率低、低毒环保、使用方便、成本较低的特点,含有杀菌剂、杀虫剂、植物生长调节剂等成分,具有杀虫、灭菌、助长等功效。
(2)包衣牢固、衣膜薄且不脱落,衣膜透气透水性良好、持效期长。本发明能在种子表面形成一层具有致密膜孔道的衣膜,透气透水性良好,既保证了种子的正常萌发,又保证了种子萌发与生长过程中种衣剂活性成分的真正缓释,持效期长。克服了现有技术包衣形成的种衣裂解速度慢,包衣种子难以正常萌发;活性成分释放快、抑制种子萌发,导致出苗率、成苗率低等缺点。
(3)杀菌剂可有效杀死种子表面及潜伏在种子内部的病原菌,可防治种传病害。杀虫剂能有效防治害虫对种子及幼苗的危害。将烯酰吗啉与丙森锌进行复配后具有明显的增效作用,延缓病菌抗药性的产生,大大提高了两药剂单一防治效果和种衣剂的使用寿命。
(4)高效低毒,作用效果明显。本发明选用低毒的杀虫剂、杀菌剂、生长调节剂为活性成分,能有效防控病虫害,促进种子萌发,增强抗逆性,培育健壮苗,提高苗的综合素质、成苗率及产量,省种省药、省工省时,节支增收明显。克服了现有技术功效单一、作用效果不明显等缺点。
(5)包衣简便、成本低廉。本发明包衣剂有利于机械化包衣;有效成分含量高,包衣药种质量比高达1∶(200-300),是普通种衣剂的3-6倍,贮存与运输成本低。

所述煅烧粘土由下述方法制备:在垂直截面上,以穿越不同土壤层的方式采集土壤,获得来自不同土壤层的混合土壤;将所得的混合土壤在远红外辐射下,于1500-2100℃进行高温煅烧1-3h,冷却,得到煅烧粘土。本发明的煅烧粘土,含多种矿质化微量元素、无毒、无菌、不溶解;多孔隙,有利排水与保湿,适宜营造有益菌的繁殖环境;采用不同土壤层土壤为原料进行远红外高温煅烧应用后能降解土壤及水中有毒物质,分析原因为不同土壤层土壤结构和成分不同,经远红外高温煅烧后矿物质发生了改变,从而具有降解有毒物质的作用,所述的不同土壤层的混合土壤包括表土层、心土层和底土层的土壤;通过1500-2100℃的高温锻烧,铝元素的粘质作用被消除,避免了铝元素对土壤的副作用;通过远红外高温辐射,所得煅烧粘土可不断释放负离子,进而可以不断的激活土壤和有机肥中的农作物所需的各种营养分子。通过可不断释放负离子的煅烧粘土施用后对土壤微生物起到群体的协同作用,有益菌增大,其产生的代谢产物促使有机物的分解转化,能直接或间接为作物提供多种营养和刺激性物质,促进和调控作物生长。大大提高了土壤的酶活性,有利于提高土壤的吸收性能、缓冲性能和抗逆性能。

按重量百分比计,吡虫啉25%,噻虫嗪5%,烯酰吗啉9%,丙森锌4%,多菌灵3.5%,芸苔素内酯0.02%,生根粉0.04%,复硝酚钠0.02%,成膜剂4.3%,分散剂3.5%,丙三醇6.8%,泡敌0.25%,永固大红F2R 0.5%,水余量。
实施例13
按重量百分比计,吡虫啉7%,噻虫嗪18%,烯酰吗啉2%,丙森锌16%,多菌灵4.5%,芸苔素内酯0.04%,生根粉0.04%,复硝酚钠0.02%,成膜剂5.8%,分散剂2.5%,丙三醇5.4%,有机硅0.27%,坚固玫瑰红0.6%,水余量。
实施例14
按重量百分比计,吡虫啉16%,噻虫嗪3%,烯酰吗啉15%,丙森锌2%,多菌灵1%,芸苔素内酯0.03%,生根粉0.05%,复硝酚钠0.01%,玉米花粉0.03%,成膜剂4.7%,分散剂6%,丙三醇4.3%,泡敌0.2%,坚固玫瑰红0.7%,水余量。玉米花粉的加入,通过与芸苔素内酯、生根粉、复硝酚钠复配,起到促进杀菌的协同增效作用,相较于不加玉米花粉,杀菌效果达96%以上。

按重量百分比计,吡虫啉21%,噻虫嗪7%,烯酰吗啉12%,丙森锌4%,多菌灵2%,芸苔素内酯0.02%,生根粉0.01%,复硝酚钠0.03%,成膜剂3.8%,分散剂5%,丙三醇3.8%,泡敌0.3%,永固大红F2R 0.8%,水余量。

按重量百分比计,吡虫啉6%,噻虫嗪16%,烯酰吗啉5%,丙森锌9%,多菌灵3%,芸苔素内酯0.08%,生根粉0.01%,复硝酚钠0.01%,成膜剂2.3%,分散剂4%,丙三醇4%,泡敌0.25%,亮红0.9%,水余量。
实施例17
按重量百分比计,噻虫嗪10%,烯酰吗啉7%,丙森锌7%,多菌灵4%,芸苔素内酯0.01%,生根粉0.02%,复硝酚钠0.04%,成膜剂4%,分散剂3%,丙三醇5%,有机硅0.27%,永固大红F2R 1%,水余量。
本发明包衣剂包衣谷种时,种衣剂中的成膜剂能在种子表面形成一层具有致密膜孔道、透气透水性良好、薄薄的衣膜,并将杀虫剂、杀菌剂、生长调节剂活性成分网结在一起,在种子周围形成“能量源”为种子提供保护。包衣种子播种后,因衣膜具有透气透水的膜孔道,氧气和水分能透过膜孔道及时到达种子内部,因而种子能正常萌发;在水分子的作用下,“能量源”中的活性成分通过膜孔道缓慢地释放、逐步与种子及邻近土壤接触,参与植物生长发育阶段的生理生化过程。“能量源”中的杀虫剂、杀菌剂在水的作用下,缓慢地与种子表面及内部接触,杀死种传病菌、虫害;并在种子周围形成保护屏障,使周围的病虫害难以生存,从而有效防治土传病菌、地下害虫等有害生物。出苗后,“能量源”中的长效内吸性杀虫剂、杀菌剂逐步被幼苗根系吸收,传导至地上部未施药部位,继续起防病治虫作用,从而有效防控苗期病虫害。由于药力集中、利用率高,加之与土壤接触,不易受日晒雨淋及高温的影响,因而药效期长达65-80天,苗期不必施药,省工省时;加上低毒农药包裹于衣膜内,使之微毒化,施药方式由开放式变为隐蔽式,从而能有效降低人畜、害虫天敌的中毒机会、减少环境污染。“能量源”中的生长调节剂能促进萌发与根系生长,提高出苗率、抗逆性及成苗率。
二、实验效果
1、包衣后发芽率评价
试验在承德市丰宁农户田地进行,用该悬浮种衣剂与种子以质量比1:200的比例进行种子包衣试验,包衣后种子呈红色,包衣均匀,有荧光,种子饱满。对包衣种子进行发芽率试验和包衣种子储存1年后发芽率试验,对照采用未包衣种子进行比较,结果见表1。

由表1可知,本发明种衣剂安全性好,包裹谷种后,对种子发芽影响小,发芽率高,且放置1年后,包衣种子仍能保持很高的芽率,相较未处理的种子发芽率略有降低。
2、包衣效果评价
对谷种包衣后包衣均匀度和脱落率等进行试验,观察包衣效果,并对包衣后对春谷区谷子主要病虫如粟负泥虫、粟跳甲、谷子白发病、粒黑穗病等的防治效果进行试验。同时对防治小区进行测产,计算增产率。如表2。

由于具有大量的亲水基,通过亲水基的氢键和水结合而吸水,且保水时间长,可供种子萌发和生长。在承德干旱少雨的特殊环境条件下,与不包衣比较,种子田间发芽率高8.4%,可减少用种量,并提前出苗1-2天,白发病、粒黑穗病、蝼蛄等病虫害发生率大幅降低。

Claims (9)

1.一种多功能悬浮型春谷区专用种衣剂,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,包括杀虫剂10-30%,杀菌剂6-25%,植物生长调节剂0.05-0.1%,成膜剂2-6%,分散剂2-8%,防冻剂3-8%,着色剂0.5-1.0%,消泡剂0.2-0.3%,水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能悬浮型春谷区专用种衣剂,其特征在于,杀虫剂选自吡虫啉、噻虫嗪中的一种或两种组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能悬浮型春谷区专用种衣剂,其特征在于,杀菌剂由烯酰吗啉、丙森锌和多菌灵组成,其中烯酰吗啉与丙森锌的总量与多菌灵的质量比为(5-20):(1-5),烯酰吗啉与丙森锌的质量比为(0-100):(100-0),两者不同时为0。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能悬浮型春谷区专用种衣剂,其特征在于,成膜剂由质量比为1:2:1的聚乙酸乙烯酯、羧甲基纤维素、水溶性壳聚糖组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能悬浮型春谷区专用种衣剂,其特征在于,分散剂选自木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、亚甲基萘磺酸钠、油酸甲基氨基乙基磺酸钠中的一种或几种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能悬浮型春谷区专用种衣剂,其特征在于,防冻液选自丙三醇、尿素中的一种或两种组合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能悬浮型春谷区专用种衣剂,其特征在于,着色剂选择梁红、永固大红F2R、坚固玫瑰红中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能悬浮型春谷区专用种衣剂,其特征在于,消泡剂选自泡敌、有机硅中的一种或两种组合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能悬浮型春谷区专用种衣剂,其特征在于,植物生长调节剂选自芸苔素内酯、生根粉、复硝酚钠中的一种或几种组合。
