The pixel detection circuits in the same row are connected to the same switch selection line SELSEL, and the pixel detection circuits in the same column are connected to the same readout line.
The pixel detection circuit array of fig. 1, when operating, includes one photodiode PD and one transistor T for each pixel detection circuit; when the photodiode is illuminated by the PD, photocurrent is accumulated and generated, the transistor T is controlled to be turned on by the switch line SEL during the sampling period, and the photocurrent generated by the photodiode PD is read by the read line, so that the control unit can analyze information detected by the pixel detection circuit. The first photodiode PD1 and the second photodiode PD2 are identical in size and performance. For the polarity of the signals input to the reset line and the auxiliary control line to be opposite, for example, when a high level signal is input to the reset line, a low level signal is input to the auxiliary control line; otherwise, the opposite is true.
It should be noted that the transistors used in this embodiment may be thin film transistors or field effect transistors or other devices with the same characteristics, and since the source and the drain of the transistors used may be interchanged under certain conditions, the source and the drain are not different from the description of the connection relationship. In the embodiment of the present invention, to distinguish the source and the drain of the transistor, one of the poles is referred to as a first pole, the other pole is referred to as a second pole, and the gate is referred to as a control pole.
