Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a plan view showing the indoor unit of the air conditioner shown in fig. 1. In the figure, an indoor unit of an air conditioner is disposed in a ceiling space, which is a space above a ceiling 100. Fig. 1 shows an indoor unit of an air conditioning apparatus as viewed from a ceiling space. In addition, a portion of a suspended ceiling 100 is also shown in FIG. 1. Further, in fig. 1, the suspended ceiling 100 is shown in a partially broken state for easy understanding. The ceiling 100 is formed with an access opening 101 for movement of maintenance and inspection workers between the room and the space in the ceiling. An access cover 102 for closing the access opening 101 is disposed in the access opening 101. The access cover 102 is displaced between a closed position closing the access opening 101 and an open position opening the access opening 101.
An indoor unit of an air conditioning device is provided with: an indoor unit main body 1 that sucks indoor air and discharges the sucked air into a room; and a working space securing member 2A provided adjacent to the indoor unit main body 1. The working space securing member 2A is detachably provided in the indoor unit main body 1. The access port 101 is disposed at the following positions: at least a part of the working space securing member 2A is disposed between the access opening 101 and the indoor unit main body 1.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view showing the indoor unit main body 1 of fig. 1. The indoor unit main body 1 includes a plurality of maintenance target portions 11 arranged on a side surface. The maintenance target portion 11 includes a substrate, a refrigerant pipe, a drain pump, a drain pipe, and an electric wire. The maintenance target portion 11 may be any one of a substrate, a refrigerant pipe, a drain pump, a drain pipe, and an electric wire. In this example, the maintenance target portion 11 is disposed on a pair of adjacent side surfaces of the indoor unit main body 1. The side surface on which the maintenance target part 11 is disposed is not limited to a pair of adjacent side surfaces of the indoor unit main body 1, and may be another side surface of the indoor unit main body 1. The maintenance and inspection may be cleaning, replacement, or inspection. In addition, the maintenance and repair may be any of cleaning, replacement, and repair.
As shown in fig. 2, the working space securing member 2A is used to secure a working space, which is a space required for performing maintenance work on each of the maintenance target portions 11. In this example, since the maintenance target portion 11 is disposed on a pair of adjacent side surfaces of the indoor unit main body 1, the working space securing member 2A is formed in an L shape. When the maintenance inspection of the maintenance inspection target portion 11 is not performed, the working space securing member 2A is disposed in the working space, and when the maintenance inspection of the maintenance inspection target portion 11 is performed, the working space securing member 2A is removed from the working space.
The working space securing member 2A is a part of a packing member that wraps the indoor unit main body 1 when the indoor unit main body 1 is carried in. This reduces the number of packing members for removing the indoor unit main body 1 from the ceiling space.
The work space securing member 2A is a buffer member that covers the maintenance inspection target portion 11. Thus, when a work other than maintenance and inspection of the indoor unit main body 1 is performed in the ceiling space, the foreign matter is prevented from colliding with the maintenance and inspection target portion 11. The work space securing member 2A may be a cardboard, an airbag, or a plate. The work space securing member 2A is preferably made of incombustible material.
The working space securing member 2A includes a display unit 21, and the display unit 21 indicates information that the space in which the working space securing member 2A is provided is a working space. Specifically, the display unit 21 of the work space securing member 2A, for example, makes "here, work space, and requires no equipment to be installed in this range. "such means.
The worker who forms the access hole 101 in the suspended ceiling 100 while considering the installation position of the work space securing member 2A. Thus, the maintenance worker can easily perform maintenance of the indoor unit main body 1.
Next, a procedure of maintenance and inspection of the indoor unit of the air conditioner will be described. First, the maintenance and inspection worker displaces the access cover 102 from the closed position to the open position and moves from the indoor space to the ceiling internal space through the access opening 101. Thereafter, the maintenance worker removes the working space securing member 2A from the indoor unit main body 1. In other words, the working space securing member 2A is removed from the working space. This exposes the maintenance target part 11 of the indoor unit main body 1. Further, a working space for performing maintenance work on the maintenance work target portion 11 is formed in the ceiling space. The work space securing member 2A detached from the indoor unit main body 1 is placed in a portion of the ceiling internal space other than the work space.
Then, the maintenance worker performs maintenance and inspection of the maintenance and inspection target portion 11. When the maintenance and inspection of the maintenance and inspection target portion 11 is completed, the maintenance and inspection worker attaches the working space securing member 2A to the indoor unit main body 1. In other words, the work space securing member 2A is disposed in the work space. Thereafter, the maintenance service operator moves from the ceiling inner space into the room through the access opening 101, and displaces the access cover 102 from the open position to the closed position. Thus, the maintenance and inspection of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is completed.
As described above, the indoor unit of an air conditioning apparatus according to embodiment 1 of the present invention includes: an indoor unit main body 1 having a maintenance target part 11 disposed on a side surface thereof; and a working space securing member 2A for securing a working space which is a space required for performing maintenance and inspection on the maintenance and inspection target portion 11, wherein the working space securing member 2A is disposed in the working space when the maintenance and inspection target portion 11 is not subjected to the maintenance and inspection, and the working space securing member 2A is removed from the working space when the maintenance and inspection target portion 11 is subjected to the maintenance and inspection, so that it is possible to prevent building members such as pipes and pipes from being installed in the working space when the maintenance and inspection of the maintenance and inspection target portion 11 is performed. As a result, the maintenance and inspection of the maintenance and inspection target portion 11 can be performed more reliably.
Further, since the working space securing member 2A is a part of a packing member that wraps the indoor unit body 1 when the indoor unit body 1 is carried in, the amount of packing material that removes the indoor unit body 1 from the ceiling space can be reduced.
Further, since the working space securing member 2A is a buffer member that covers the maintenance inspection target portion 11, when a work other than maintenance inspection of the indoor unit main body 1 is performed in the ceiling space, it is possible to prevent foreign matter from colliding with the maintenance inspection target portion 11.
Embodiment mode 2
Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing an indoor unit of an air conditioning apparatus according to embodiment 2 of the present invention. Fig. 4 shows an indoor unit of an air conditioning apparatus as viewed from the ceiling space, similarly to fig. 1. In addition, a portion of a suspended ceiling 100 is also shown in FIG. 4. Further, in fig. 4, the suspended ceiling 100 is shown in a partially broken state for easy understanding. An indoor unit of an air conditioning device is provided with: an indoor unit main body 1; and a working space securing member 2B for securing a working space which is a space necessary for performing maintenance work on the maintenance target portion 11. The work space securing member 2B has a pair of clamping members 22 that clamp the work space in the width direction. The display portion 21 is disposed on the pair of holding members 22.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view showing a state in which the pair of gripping members 22 of fig. 4 are displaced. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the pair of pinching members 22 can slide on the side surface of the indoor unit main body 1. The pair of gripping members 22 are displaced between a secured position where the working space is sandwiched in the width direction and a released position where the working space is released from being sandwiched in the width direction by sliding relative to the side surface of the indoor unit main body 1. When the maintenance inspection of the maintenance inspection target portion 11 is not performed, the pair of gripping members 22 sandwich the working space in the width direction, and when the maintenance inspection of the maintenance inspection target portion 11 is performed, the pair of gripping members 22 are released from sandwiching the working space in the width direction. The pair of pinching members 22 may be configured not to slide with respect to the indoor unit main body 1. In this case, the pair of pinching members 22 are provided at positions detachable from the indoor unit main body 1. The other structure is the same as embodiment 1.
Next, a procedure of maintenance and inspection of the indoor unit of the air conditioner will be described. First, the maintenance and inspection worker displaces the access cover 102 from the closed position to the open position and moves from the indoor space to the ceiling internal space through the access opening 101. Thereafter, the maintenance worker displaces the pair of gripping members 22 from the secured position to the released position. Thus, a working space for performing maintenance work on the maintenance work target portion 11 is formed in the ceiling space.
Then, the maintenance worker performs maintenance and inspection of the maintenance and inspection target portion 11. When the maintenance and inspection of the maintenance and inspection target portion 11 is completed, the maintenance and inspection worker displaces the pair of gripping members 22 from the release position to the secured position. Thereafter, the maintenance service operator moves from the ceiling inner space into the room through the access opening 101, and displaces the access cover 102 from the open position to the closed position. Thus, the maintenance and inspection of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is completed.
As described above, the indoor unit of an air conditioning apparatus according to embodiment 2 of the present invention includes: an indoor unit main body 1 having a maintenance target part 11 disposed on a side surface thereof; and a work space securing member 2B for securing a work space which is a space necessary for performing maintenance and inspection on the maintenance and inspection target portion 11, wherein the work space securing member 2B has a pair of clamping members 22 for clamping the work space in the width direction, and when the maintenance and inspection target portion 11 is not subjected to the maintenance and inspection, the pair of clamping members 22 clamp the work space in the width direction, and when the maintenance and inspection target portion 11 is subjected to the maintenance and inspection, the pair of clamping members 22 are released from clamping the work space in the width direction, and therefore, similarly to embodiment 1, when the maintenance and inspection of the maintenance and inspection target portion 11 is performed, it is possible to prevent building members such as pipes and pipes from being installed in the work space. As a result, the maintenance and inspection of the maintenance and inspection target portion 11 can be performed more reliably. In addition, in the indoor unit of an air conditioning apparatus according to embodiment 2, the working space securing member 2B can be made smaller than the working space securing member 2A according to embodiment 1, and therefore the working space securing member 2B can be easily displaced.
Further, the pair of gripping members 22 can slide with respect to the side surface of the indoor unit main body 1, and the pair of gripping members 22 can be displaced between the holding position for holding the working space in the width direction and the release position for releasing the state in which the working space is held in the width direction by sliding with respect to the side surface of the indoor unit main body 1, so that the maintenance and inspection of the portion to be maintained and inspected 11 can be performed more easily than in embodiment 1.
