That is, the first screw 421, the thread adjusting sleeve 423 and the second screw 422 are coaxially arranged, one end of the first screw 421 is connected to the bearing member 41, the other end of the first screw is in thread fit with the section of the positive thread 4211 in one end of the thread adjusting sleeve 423 through the positive thread 4211, one end of the second screw 422 is connected to the keel 12, the other end of the second screw is in thread fit with the section of the negative thread 4221 in the other end of the thread adjusting sleeve 423 through the negative thread 4221, and thus, when the length is needed, the screw thread adjusting sleeve 423 is rotated by a tool such as a wrench, and at this time, since the first screw 421 and the second screw 422 adopt screw threads with different directions to match with the screw thread adjusting sleeve 423, and the second screw 422 is connected and fixed on the keel 12, therefore, the second screw 422 is fixed differently, and the screw adjusting sleeve 423 drives the first screw 421 to move in the transverse direction, thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting the length of the telescopic connection member 42.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the telescopic connector 42 with the above structure is adopted, and the length of the telescopic connector 42 is adjusted by rotating the thread adjusting sleeve 423, so that in the construction process, the perpendicularity of the first wall tile 10 and the second wall tile 11 can be adjusted by only rotating the thread adjusting sleeve 423, the operation is simpler and more convenient, and the adjustment precision is easy to control because the thread adjusting sleeve 423 is in threaded fit with the first screw 421 and the second screw 422.
More specifically, the one end of the first screw 421 has a head 4212, and the first screw 421 is screwed with a first nut 45; a through hole transversely penetrating through the back plate 411 is formed in the back plate 411, the one end of the first screw 421 penetrates through the through hole, the head 4212 is stopped on one side surface of the back plate 411 close to the first wall tile 10, and the first nut 45 is stopped on one side surface of the back plate 411 far away from the first wall tile 10.
During specific assembly, can wear out first screw 421 from the through-hole on backplate 411 for be close to on head 4212 and the backplate 411 a side of first wall tile 10 offsets, twist first screw to first screw 421 again, and keep away from on first nut 45 and the backplate 411 a side of first wall tile 10 offsets, so, can utilize first nut 45 with first screw 421 one end is fixed on the backplate 411 of bearing part 41, its simple structure, convenient assembling, it is firm reliable.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, in an example of the present invention, a buffer spring 46 is sleeved on the first screw 421, one end of the buffer spring 46 abuts against the first nut 45, and the other end of the buffer spring 46 abuts against a side surface of the back plate 411 away from the first wall tile 10. That is, the buffer spring 46 is disposed between the first nut 45 and the back plate 411 of the carrier 41, so that when the building wall is impacted by an external force, the carrier 41 is stressed to compress the buffer spring 46, thereby performing a buffering function and protecting the wall tiles of the building wall.
The second screw 422 has a pivot portion 4222 at one end, the pivot portion 4222 is provided with a pivot hole penetrating through the pivot portion 4222 in the up-down direction, and the pivot hole is used for being pivotally connected with the keel 12 through a pivot member, that is, during specific construction, the pivot member can be used for penetrating through a fixing hole on the keel 12 and the pivot hole on the pivot portion 4222 so as to realize the pivotable connection, and in the pivot connection mode, when the first wall tile 10 and the second wall tile 11 cannot be kept in the same plane due to structural members or the keel 12 itself, and the like, the second screw 422 can be rotated so as to relatively rotate the first wall tile 10 and the second wall tile 11 connected to the bearing member 41 by a certain angle, so as to adjust the angle of each wall tile, so that each wall tile is kept in the same plane.
Illustratively, the pivoting member includes a fastening bolt 47 and a second nut 48, the fastening bolt 47 is adapted to pass through the fixing hole of the keel 12 and the pivot hole of the pivot portion 4222 and then engage with the second nut 48, so that the telescopic connector 42 can be connected to the keel 12 by fastening the fastening bolt 47 and the second nut 48, and when adjustment is required, the second nut 48 is loosened, the second screw 422 is rotated, and then the second nut 48 is tightened, so that the adjustment is convenient and the structure is firm.
Referring to fig. 7 to 8, in some embodiments of the present invention, the positioning member 50 further includes a screw portion 501 and a blocking portion 502 perpendicularly connected to the screw portion 501, a head of the first screw 421 has a fourth threaded hole extending in a transverse direction, the screw portion 501 is matched with the fourth threaded hole, and the blocking portion 502 is used for abutting against surfaces of the first and second wall tiles 10 and 11 to position the first and second wall tiles 10 and 11.
From this, in the in-process of construction, two blocks of wall tiles that can be adjacent from top to bottom, can utilize this setting element 50 to carry out preliminary location, for example, hang first wall tile 10 and second wall tile 11 respectively after on S type pendant 20 and E type pendant 30, can rotate this setting element 50, make the fender portion 502 on the setting element 50 and first wall tile 10 and second wall tile 11 counterbalance, this moment, if first wall tile 10 and second wall tile 11 are not on same plumbous hammer face, can adjust the length of telescopic connector 42 and/or rotate the horizontal angle that telescopic connector 42 was adjusted to second screw 422 through rotatory screw adjustment cover 423, and then reach and adjust first wall tile 10 and second wall tile 11 roughly to same plumbous hammer face, so, can improve the efficiency that the face brick wall hung futilely, simultaneously, can ensure that the straightness that hangs down of wall tile is higher.
