Description

Enclosed sea-filling method and sea-filling device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of land reclamation by sea reclamation, and particularly relates to an enclosed sea reclamation method and a sea reclamation device.
Background
For islands and coastal cities, increasing shortage of land resources has become an important factor affecting economic development. Especially for island cities, the lack of economic open land is a major factor affecting city development. Sea reclamation is the most effective method for solving the land shortage in islands and coastal cities. The traditional sea reclamation method comprises the following steps:
1. and (4) sand blowing and sea filling, namely, sand blowing and land reclamation by a sand dredger. The advantages of sand blowing and sea filling are: high speed, high efficiency and low cost. The disadvantages are that: the materials are locally available, most of the materials are silt, and the sea filling materials are limited and are not suitable for the divergent deep sea filling. And causes a large scale of seawater pollution, so a sludge barrier (silt curl) is additionally used to surround the sea filling range, which not only increases the cost, but also hinders the channel.
2. Earth is dumped into the sea by transporting earth remotely from the continent and directly into the sea. The advantages of soil transportation, dumping and sea filling are as follows: the soil for sea reclamation is good in quality and convenient for greening. The disadvantages are that: dumping sea filling is costly and also causes a large area of sea water pollution when dumping, and therefore additional silt barriers (silt curl) are used to surround the sea filling area.
3. The sand is clamped and the sea is filled, namely a flat opening clamp or a six-claw clamp on the pontoon is used for transporting, the sea filling material on the pontoon is clamped into the sea and descends to a position 2 meters above the seabed, and the sea filling material in the clamp is released into the sea to fill the sea. The sand-filled sea-filling method has the advantages that: convenience and less limitation of sea filling materials. The disadvantages are that: the speed is slow, the efficiency is low, the cost is high, and because the large-scale seawater pollution is caused, a silt barrier (silt curl) is additionally utilized to surround the sea filling range, the cost is increased, and the channel is also blocked. The sand-filled sea reclamation is easy to disperse, so that the sea reclamation material is lost, and the requirement of limiting the height of each layer cannot be met.
In addition to the above disadvantages, the above three methods for reclamation of land from sea inevitably cause environmental and marine pollution in the reclamation area, and seriously affect the marine ecological environment. Moreover, the complicated process also greatly increases the cost and the time required for sea reclamation.

s1, driving the special-purpose plane ship with the inner and outer discharge chutes to a landfill;
s2, testing the depth of the seawater at the landfill;
s3, lowering the inner unloading groove to a position close to the upper part of the seabed by using a suspension device according to the depth of the seawater;
s4, conveying the sea-filling material to an inner unloading groove through a sand carrier provided with a conveying belt and a conveying pipe;
and S5, spraying water into the inner discharging groove through a water pump, and uniformly paving the landfill material on the seabed.
Preferably, the suspension means lowers the inner discharge chute to any position above the seabed.
Further, the inner discharge chute comprises a screen onto which the sand carrier landfill material is transported.
Further, the inner discharge chute can be used for leveling the level of the height required for sea filling.
The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows: through setting up the interior silo that unloads that can reciprocate to drop to being close to seabed top with interior silo, and outer silo and interior silo still play the role of silt barrier (silt curl), compare the direct of traditional approach and empty, greatly reduced the pollution to the ocean when burying. Simultaneously, through set up the screen cloth in interior blowpit, compare directly empting, can lay the landfill material on the seabed more evenly.
