The working principle of the invention is as follows: the sewage after washing enters a sewage filtering tank 5 through a washing pool 1 and a U-shaped pipe 3, the bath water and the like enter the sewage filtering tank 5 through a floor drain 2 and a blow-off pipe 4, the sewage passes through garbage filtering screens 5-16 to realize impurity removal, a rotating handle 7-5 is driven to rotate by manual rotation, six driving racks 7-3 and six cleaning sliders 7-4 are driven to move on the six garbage filtering screens 5-16 by rotating six sector gears 7-2, then the residual garbage is cleaned to open slots 6-5-5 at the left side and the right side through a brush, the water is cleaned through a front filtering screen 6-5-1, a rear filtering screen 6-5-2, a lower plate 6-5-3 and a small circular hole of a baffle 6-5-4, the filtered residual garbage is taken out of a filtered garbage recycling device 6 manually, discharging the garbage; the mechanical seal rotating device 9 is used for rotating the rotating shaft 7-1 and preventing sewage leakage; the sewage after the impurities are removed passes through the bagged active carbon in the active carbon fixing plate 8-4, so that the active carbon adsorbs the sewage, the impurities are adsorbed, the surface odor is removed, the water quality is purified, meanwhile, the active carbon adsorption device 8 can be manually taken out to replace the active carbon, and the leakage is prevented by the sealing ring on the sealing ring groove 8-2; the sewage adsorbed by the activated carbon falls to the lower end of the box body 5-1, and the purified sewage is guided into the wastewater recovery tank 11 through the water pump 10, so that the sewage is recovered and stored, and the use in a toilet or cleaning sanitation is facilitated.
