The invention discloses a dust collector blowing system for preventing a cloth bag from being blown off and damaged, which comprises a pulse valve, wherein the pulse valve is connected with an air outlet pipe; an injection pipe is arranged in the clean air cavity of the box body, a nozzle is arranged on the injection pipe, a hinged connection device is arranged between one end of the injection pipe and the inner wall of the box body, and the other end of the injection pipe extends out of the box body and is connected with an air outlet pipe through a flexible connection pipe; a blowing through hole is formed in the box body, and an adjusting gap is formed between the blowing pipe and the blowing through hole; a sealing plate fixedly connected with the box body is fixedly arranged on the blowing pipe; according to the invention, after the injection tube is adjusted to enable the nozzle to be coaxial with the cloth bag, two ends of the injection tube are respectively fixed, and the deviation of coaxial connection between the injection tube and the air outlet tube after the nozzle and the cloth bag are coaxially adjusted is adapted through the flexible connecting tube, so that the technical problem that the nozzle is difficult to be coaxial with the cloth bag is solved, and the invention has the advantages of simple structure and very convenient construction.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bag-type dust collectors, in particular to a dust collector blowing system for preventing a bag from being blown off and damaged.
Background
The existing pulse bag-type dust collector (as shown in figure 2) comprises a box body, a dust removal cavity and a gas purification cavity are arranged in the box body, a pattern plate is arranged between the dust removal cavity and the gas purification cavity at a sealed interval, filter bag holes are arranged in rows on the pattern plate, a filter bag frame and a cloth bag for filtering dust are arranged in the dust removal cavity in each filter bag hole, a dust-containing gas inlet is formed in the dust removal cavity, a gas purification exhaust port is formed in the gas purification cavity, a blowing system is arranged in the gas purification cavity, and the blowing system is a core component for completing dust removal work of the cloth bag. The jetting system includes air pocket and the pulse valve of fixed mounting on the box, and the lower air chamber of pulse valve is regarded as to the air pocket, and compressed air supply pipe is connected to the air pocket, sets up the outlet duct in the air pocket, and the outlet duct stretches out the air pocket and links to each other with the fixed jetting pipe that sets up on the box, and the connected mode adopts modes such as flange joint, loose joint or direct welding more, and the jetting pipe stretches into the net air cavity and sets up a plurality of nozzles, and every nozzle corresponds with every filter bag hole, the inner and the box fixed connection of jetting pipe. At present, because an air outlet pipe is usually transversely and rigidly connected with an injection pipe from one side of a box body, and one air bag is often provided with a plurality of air outlet pipe orifices, when the air outlet pipe is actually installed, a plurality of air outlet pipe orifices are easy to generate plane errors due to welding deformation, assembly errors and the like, the injection pipe and the air outlet pipe are easily parallel errors with a pattern plate after being rigidly connected, and errors are easy to generate in the installation of the pattern plate; various factors cause that the nozzle cannot be coaxial with the cloth bag, the problem is a technical problem commonly existing in the field of pulse bag dust collectors, and the problem easily causes the phenomenon that the cloth bag is damaged due to uneven blowing air flow. Although various instruments or tools for coaxially adjusting the nozzle and the cloth bag exist at present, the technical scheme that the whole structure of the blowing system can adapt to the adjustment when the nozzle and the cloth bag are coaxially adjusted does not exist.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a dust remover blowing system which has a simple structure, is convenient to construct and can adapt to coaxial adjustment of a nozzle and a cloth bag and prevent the cloth bag from blowing and being damaged.

According to a preferable technical scheme, the hinge connection device comprises a connection lug plate fixedly arranged on the blowing pipe, a support lug plate is arranged on the inner wall of the box body, hinge connection holes are correspondingly formed in the connection lug plate and the support lug plate respectively, and hinge connection shafts are installed on the two hinge connection holes in a penetrating mode.
As the preferred technical scheme, the hinge connecting shaft is in clearance fit with at least one hinge connecting hole.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated below with reference to the figures and examples. In the following detailed description, exemplary embodiments of the invention are described by way of illustration only. Needless to say, a person skilled in the art realizes that the described embodiments can be modified in various different ways without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the drawings and description are illustrative in nature and not intended to limit the scope of the claims.
As shown in fig. 1, the blowing system of the dust collector for preventing the bag from being damaged by blowing comprises a pulse valve 2 fixedly arranged at the outer side of a box body 1 of the dust collector, wherein the pulse valve 2 is connected with an air outlet pipe 23; of course, the pulse valve 2 is connected with the air outlet pipe 23 through an air bag 21, and the air bag 21 is also connected with an air supply pipe 22. The above-described structure is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
An injection tube 3 is arranged in the clean air cavity 12 of the box body 1, and a nozzle 31 which is coaxial with the cloth bag 14 is arranged on the injection tube 3. The spraying and blowing device is characterized in that a hinged connecting device 5 is arranged between one end of the spraying and blowing pipe 3 and the inner wall of the box body 1, the hinged connecting device 5 comprises a connecting lug plate fixedly arranged on the spraying and blowing pipe 3, a supporting lug plate is arranged on the inner wall of the box body 1, hinged connecting holes are correspondingly arranged on the connecting lug plate and the supporting lug plate respectively, and a hinged connecting shaft is installed on the two hinged connecting holes in a penetrating mode. The construction of the articulated connection 5 is well known to the person skilled in the art and will not be described in detail here. In this embodiment, the hinge connecting shaft is in clearance fit with at least one of the hinge connecting holes, so that the blowing pipe 3 has not only a certain rotation space but also a certain movement space in a direction perpendicular to the rotation direction, and since the adjustment space required for the coaxial adjustment of the nozzle 31 and the cloth bag 14 is not large, i.e., the coaxial adjustment of the nozzle 31 and the cloth bag 14 is easily realized by slight adjustment, the movement space of the blowing pipe 3 provided by the hinge connecting device 5 is sufficient to meet the requirement. In this embodiment, the hinge connecting shaft is a hinge bolt, a hinge nut is threadedly mounted on the hinge bolt, and a flat washer, a spring washer and the like may be further disposed at the hinge bolt, which is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein again. The other end of the blowing pipe 3 extends out of the box body 1 and is connected with the air outlet pipe 23 through a flexible connecting pipe 4; in this embodiment, the flexible connection pipe 4 is a rubber pipe, and two ends of the flexible connection pipe 4 are respectively connected with the air outlet pipe 23 and the blowing pipe 3 in a sealing manner through double steel wire clamps.
A blowing through hole 17 corresponding to the blowing pipe 3 is formed in the box body 1, and an adjusting gap is formed between the blowing pipe 3 and the blowing through hole 17; and a sealing plate 32 fixedly connected with the box body 1 is fixedly arranged on the blowing pipe 3 and positioned outside the blowing through hole 17. In the present embodiment, the sealing plate 32 and the box body 1 may be welded, but may be fixed by bolts, and the sealing plate 32 and the blowing pipe 3 may also be welded.
The construction process of the embodiment is as follows: firstly, the blowing pipe 3 is extended into the box body 1, the inner end of the blowing pipe 3 is hinged in advance, the preassembly of the hinge bolt and the hinge nut needs to ensure that the blowing pipe 3 has a certain moving space in the direction vertical to the rotating direction, then the nozzle 31 and the cloth bag 14 are adjusted to be coaxial through an adjusting tool, the hinge bolt and the hinge nut are tightened after the coaxial adjustment is finished, the injection tube 3 and the box body 1 can be preliminarily fixed through a temporary support rod in a spot welding mode if necessary, then the sealing plate 32 is sleeved into the injection tube 3 from the outer end of the injection tube 3, and respectively welding and fixing the sealing plate 32 and the blowing pipe 3 and the sealing plate 32 and the box body 1, and removing the temporary support rod after cooling the to-be-welded seam, wherein the temporary support rod and the spot welding thereof are fixed in the known technology and are not described herein again. And connecting the outer end of the blowing pipe 3 and the air outlet pipe 23 with the flexible connecting pipe 4 through a double-steel-wire hoop in a sealing manner, so that the construction of the embodiment is finished. Of course, in this embodiment, after the sealing plate 32 is welded before the blowing pipe 3 is lifted, the coaxial adjustment work of the nozzle 31 and the cloth bag 14 is performed, if the adjustment is completed, the gap between the sealing plate 32 and the box body 1 is large, and a welding gasket is arranged between the sealing plate 32 and the box body 1, where the welding gasket is made of a thin steel plate, which is a known technology in the art and is not described herein again and shown in the drawings.
In the embodiment, after the injection tube 3 is adjusted to enable the nozzle 31 to be coaxial with the cloth bag 14, two ends of the injection tube 3 are fixed, and the deviation of coaxial connection between the injection tube 3 and the air outlet pipe 23 after the nozzle 31 and the cloth bag 14 are coaxially adjusted is adapted through the flexible connecting pipe 4, so that the technical problem that the nozzle 31 is difficult to be coaxial with the cloth bag 14 is solved. The embodiment has simple structure, is very convenient to construct and has high popularization value.
