Background
In dispensing large quantities, it is necessary for medical personnel to repeatedly aspirate and expel the drug solution through the syringe to mix the desired drugs together. The operation has two disadvantages, firstly, the repeated operation is laborious; secondly, there is needle contamination, i.e. the medical staff during operation touches the piston rod of the syringe, which may contact the inner wall of the barrel when moving into the barrel, so that when re-aspiration is performed using the syringe, the newly inhaled medicament may contact the contaminated inner wall of the barrel and become contaminated.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention aims to provide a hand-held dispensing device, which can provide power to push and pull a piston rod, so that an operator can save labor; and does not cause the pollution of the pintle.

Detailed Description
The hand-held dispensing device of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention relates to a hand-held dispensing device, comprising: a syringe barrel housing unit, and a syringe handle holding unit 40.
The syringe barrel housing unit is for fixedly mounting a barrel of the syringe 30, and has a first opening 11 formed at a front end thereof through which a nipple of the front end of the barrel of the syringe 30 passes, and a second opening 23 formed at a rear end thereof through which a piston rod of the syringe 30 passes. The syringe barrel receiving unit is provided with a first magnet 12.
The syringe handle holding unit 40 is used for fixedly holding on the handle of the piston rod of the syringe 30; the syringe handle holding unit 40 is provided with a second magnet 41.
The first magnet 12 and the second magnet 41 attract or repel each other, thereby causing the piston rod of the syringe 30 to be pushed in or pulled out.
At least one of the first magnet 12 and the second magnet 41 is an electromagnet which can switch the magnetic pole direction as needed, thereby achieving switching of attraction and repulsion.
In the preferred embodiment, the first magnet 12 is an electromagnet and the second magnet 41 is a permanent magnet.
In a preferred embodiment, the first magnet 12 and the second magnet 41 are electromagnets.
The syringe barrel receiving unit includes a front assembly 10 and a rear assembly 20; the front and rear assemblies are detachably coupled together to retain the barrel of the syringe 30 in the syringe barrel receiving unit.
The front and rear components are detachably coupled together by means of threads. As shown in fig. 2, the rear end of the front assembly 10 is formed with internal threads and the front end 24 of the rear assembly 20 is formed with external threads that are engaged together, thereby fixedly coupling the front and rear assemblies together. This combination of threads allows the syringe barrel receiving unit to be adapted to the length of the syringe.
As a preferred embodiment, the second opening 23 has at least one collar 21 formed thereon; the collar 21 is intended to rest against the rear end of the barrel of the syringe 30; the ferrule 21 is pivotally coupled at both ends to the rear assembly 20, such as by a pivot 22. The number of the collar members 21 is preferably 2, and they are respectively located on both sides of the piston rod of the syringe 30 and are hooked on the rear end of the barrel of the syringe. The provision of the collar 21 of rotatable construction makes it possible to fix the barrel conveniently even if the bottom of the barrel of the syringe has a laterally extending projection. The outer peripheral surface of the second opening 23 may be formed in a square shape.
The first magnet 12 is formed on the outer periphery of the front assembly 10 around the front assembly.
In another embodiment, the first magnet 12 is formed on the outer periphery of the rear assembly 20 around the rear assembly.
As a preferred embodiment, the first magnet 12 is formed on the rear end of the front assembly 10.
The syringe handle holding unit 40 includes a holding groove 42 for receiving the handle of the plunger rod of the syringe; the clamping groove 42 is provided with a notch 43, and the notch 43 is used for accommodating the end part of a piston rod connected with the handle. The second magnet 41 is accommodated in the ejector handle holder unit 40.
The use thereof is illustrated in the embodiments shown in fig. 1 and 2. Firstly, respectively rotating the hoop up and down to enable the second opening of the rear assembly to be completely opened, inserting the syringe through the second opening, resetting the hoop, and enabling the hoop to be abutted against the rear end of the barrel of the syringe; the front assembly is nested from the front end of the syringe barrel such that the nipple extends from the first opening, and rotation of the front assembly secures the front and rear assemblies together while maintaining the syringe barrel tightly held in place. The syringe handle holding unit is then clamped on the handle of the plunger rod of the syringe. The first magnet (electromagnet) is electrified to attract or repel the second magnet (permanent magnet) so as to provide power for the forward or backward movement of the piston rod.
Although not shown in the drawings, two buttons may be provided on the front assembly, one of which is a forward button and the other of which is a backward button, and the healthcare worker operates by pressing the forward button or the backward button after turning on the power of the first magnet.
The hand-held dispensing device provides power for sucking or withdrawing the injector through magnetic force, so that medical staff saves labor in the dispensing process; the hand-held dispensing device takes magnetic force as power, has simple structure, does not have a mechanical connecting component for transmitting force between the cylinder body and the handle, and avoids possible occurrence of clamping hands or clothes and the like caused by mechanical movement; the hand-held dispensing device is very convenient to operate, only one hand is needed to hold the syringe barrel accommodating unit, and the handle of the syringe piston rod is not needed to be contacted by the hand, so that the needle plug pollution is completely avoided.
