Background
At present, patients who are bedridden for a long time, have spinal cord injury, dyskinesia, limited body position, serious cognitive dysfunction, no self-care ability and the like cannot change the body position by themselves, so that local tissues of the body are stressed for a long time, blood circulation disorder occurs, and tissue damage and necrosis caused by continuous ischemia, hypoxia and malnutrition occur to form pressure sores. Pressure sores are not primary diseases, and are mostly complications caused by that other primary diseases are not well nursed; once pressure sores occur, the pain of the patient is increased, the recovery time is prolonged, and in severe cases, the secondary infection can cause septicemia and even endanger life.
At present, various pressure sore evaluation risk scales are clinically used for evaluating high-risk factors of pressure sores of patients, and the aspects of the pressure range, degree, duration and the like of local tissues of a body are only limited to the judgment of clinical personal experience. Nurses must strengthen nursing the bedridden patients in daily nursing work and reduce the occurrence of pressure sores, but at present, due to the lack of nursing staff all over the world, nursing staff integrates treatment, nursing and health guidance, so that the clinical nursing work is inadvisable, and the nurses sometimes can be distracted from turning over the patients regularly, so that the pressure sores of the patients are caused.
At present, China has become the country with the most old population in the world and is one of the countries with the fastest population aging and development speed. It is expected that by 2040 years old 65 and older the population will be over 20% of the total population. Meanwhile, the aging trend of the elderly population is increasingly obvious: elderly people aged 80 years and older are increasing at a rate of 5% per year, to as many as 7400 million people by 2040 years. In 2006, the state issues and implements policy documents such as ' eleven five ' planning outline of national economy and social development ', opinions on accelerating socialization of social welfare ', opinions on accelerating development of the endowment service industry ' and the like, encourages and mobilizes social strength, and promotes the quick development of endowment institutions. At the end of 2005, there were 39546 endowment service institutions such as the welfare institute, the asylum for aged, the apartment for elderly and the nursing home for elderly in urban and rural areas of China, and the total bed position was 149.7 ten thousand, wherein 29681 of the asylum for aged in rural areas and towns, and the total bed position was 89.5 ten thousand. Therefore, the nursing staff will face a larger service crowd in future. While the American registered nurses account for 9.16% of every thousand population, the Chinese registered nurses only account for 1.72% of every thousand population, and the Chinese nursing staff is seriously in short supply.
