The pushing device 1 comprises an outer rigid part 8, the body of the outer rigid part 8 is in a straight cylinder shape, a flange-shaped flanging I9 is arranged at the front end of the outer rigid part 8, and a handle I10 is arranged at the tail end of the outer rigid part 8; the outer rigid part 8 is sleeved with an inner rigid part 11, the body of the inner rigid part 11 is in a straight cylinder shape, the front end of the inner rigid part 11 is provided with a flange-shaped flanging II 12, and the diameter of the flange-shaped flanging II 12 is smaller than the inner diameter of the body of the outer rigid part 8; the tail end of the inner rigid part 11 is provided with a second handle 13; an inflation piece I14 is arranged between the outer rigid piece 8 and the inner rigid piece 11, an air inlet I15 is arranged on the side face of the handle I10 and connected with the tail end of the inflation piece I14, a radial annular bulge I16 is arranged at the front end of the inflation piece I14, a magnetic ring I2 is arranged between the annular bulge I16 and the flange-shaped flanging I9, a table body I17 is arranged in an inner cavity of the magnetic ring I2 of the inflation piece I14, and a limiting block 18 is arranged at the inner diameter position of the outer rigid piece 8 and the magnetic ring I2. The diameter of the flange-shaped flanging I9 is not smaller than the outer diameter of the magnetic ring I2.
The inner cavity of the inner rigid part 11 is provided with a second inflating part 19, the side surface of the second handle 13 is provided with a second air inlet 20 connected with the tail end of the second inflating part 19, the front end of the second inflating part 19 is provided with a hemispherical air bag 21, a second magnetic ring 3 is arranged between the hemispherical air bag 21 and the first annular bulge 16 of the first inflating part 14, the inner cavity of the second inflating part 19 is provided with a second stage 22, and the diameter of the hemispherical air bag 21 is not smaller than the outer diameter of the second magnetic ring 3.
An inner cavity of the inner rigid part 11 is provided with a third inflating part 23, the side surface of the second handle 13 is provided with a third air inlet 24 connected with the tail end of the third inflating part 23, the front end of the third inflating part 23 is provided with a second radial annular bulge 25, and the second annular bulge 25 is positioned between the first annular bulge 16 and the second magnetic ring 3. The first inflating part 14, the second inflating part 19 and the third inflating part 23 are made of flexible materials. The diameters of the first annular bulge 16 and the second annular bulge 25 are smaller than the outer diameter of the first magnetic ring 2 and smaller than the outer diameter of the second magnetic ring 3.
When in use, the inner rigid part 11 and the inflation part are sleeved on the first magnetic ring 2 and the second magnetic ring 3, the first inflation part 14 and the second inflation part 19 are inflated, the first magnetic ring 2 and the second magnetic ring 3 enter into the anorectum, and the position of the second magnetic ring 3 is adjusted. And then the third air inflation piece 23 is inflated to adjust the position of the first magnetic ring 2. 3. The magnetic ring anastomat for rectal tumor surgery as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein a limiting block is arranged at the inner diameter of the first outer rigid member and the first magnetic ring.
