Abstract
本发明公开一种皮试仪电极布耗材及其制作方法,耗材包括连接杆、框体、纱布,所述的框体设有两个,两个框体之间使用连接杆连接,在两个框体之间的外侧也设有连接杆用于整个耗材的取出,所述的框体连接有纱布。耗材制作方法为步骤一:将纱布放在第一套模具上,通过注塑机注塑形成半成品,步骤二:将步骤一得到的半成品放置在刀模上切除内框体四周的多余纱布;步骤三:将步骤二得到的切除多余纱布之后的半成品放置在第二套模具上注塑成型,形成耗材成品。本发明的有益效果在于,提供一种外形美观,结构稳定的皮试仪耗材,且在生产中工序较少,能够大大降低生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗领域,具体涉及一种皮试仪电极布耗材及其制作方法。
背景技术
传统的皮试都是使用注射器直接将药物注射到皮肤上,这样的皮试方式病人非常疼痛,现在使用无痛的皮试仪进行皮试越来越受到市场的青睐,每次通过皮试仪进行皮试都需要使用一个皮试仪耗材,随着皮试仪进行皮试的方式越来越普及,皮试仪耗材的需求量也越来越大。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种皮试仪电极布耗材及其制作方法,该耗材外形美观,结构稳定,且在生产中工序较少,能够大大降低生产成本。
一种皮试仪电极布耗材,其特征在于,包括连接杆、框体、纱布,所述的框体设有两个,两个框体之间使用连接杆连接,在两个框体之间的外侧也设有连接杆用于整个耗材的取出,所述的框体连接有纱布;所述的框体由内框体和外框体组成,所述的内框体内侧连接有纱布,所述的内框体使用注塑将内框体与纱布紧密连接;所述的外框体将内框体包裹在里面,所述的内框体与外框体之间使用注塑成型连接一起。
优选的,所述的所述的连接杆上设有波纹,用于增大摩擦。
优选的,所述的框体使用热塑性塑料或热固性材料制作而成。
一种皮试仪电极布耗材的制作方法,其特征在于,所述的制作方法步骤如下:
步骤一:将纱布放在第一套模具上,通过注塑机注塑形成半成品,该半成品为:内框体注塑在纱布上形成;
步骤二:将步骤一得到的半成品放置在刀模上切除内框体四周的多余纱布;
步骤三:将步骤二得到的切除多余纱布之后的半成品放置在第二套模具上注塑成型,形成耗材成品。
本发明的有益效果在于,通过两次注塑使得耗材的外形美观整洁,看不到纱布边缘,同时整个耗材一体成型,不会散落脱架,结构稳定;此外在生产中工序较少,可以实用机器进行注塑成型,能够大大降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
一种皮试仪电极布耗材,其特征在于,包括连接杆1、框体2、纱布3,所述的框体2设有两个,两个框体2之间使用连接杆1连接,在两个框体2之间的外侧也设有连接杆1用于整个耗材的取出,所述的框体2连接有纱布3;所述的框体2由内框体21和外框体22组成,所述的内框体21内侧连接有纱布3,所述的内框体21使用注塑将内框体21与纱布3紧密连接,内框体21内侧与纱布3边缘连接一起;所述的外框体22将内框体21包裹在里面,所述的内框体21与外框体22之间使用注塑成型连接一起。这样整个框体2看起来为一体,结构非常稳定,纱布3也不会脱落,纱布3的边缘会牢牢的固定在框体2内部。
优选的,所述的所述的连接杆1上设有波纹,波纹可以为凹槽的设计或者为凸起的设计,用于增大摩擦。
优选的,所述的框体2使用热塑性塑料或热固性材料制作而成。
一种皮试仪电极布耗材的制作方法,其特征在于,所述的制作方法步骤如下:
步骤一:将纱布放在第一套模具上,通过注塑机注塑形成半成品,该半成品为:内框体注塑在纱布上形成;所述的半成品如图6所示。
步骤二:将步骤一得到的半成品放置在刀模上切除内框体四周的多余纱布;
步骤三:将步骤二得到的切除多余纱布之后的半成品放置在第二套模具上注塑成型,形成耗材成品。
本发明在使用的时候将其放置在皮试仪上进行皮试,当皮试完成之后就需要将本发明作为医疗垃圾进行处理,本发明为一次性用品。
本发明的有益效果在于,通过两次注塑使得耗材的外形美观整洁,看不到纱布边缘,同时整个耗材一体成型,不会散落脱架,结构稳定;此外在生产中工序较少,可以实用机器进行注塑成型,能够大大降低了生产成本。

1.一种皮试仪电极布耗材,其特征在于,包括连接杆、框体、纱布,所述的框体设有两个,两个框体之间使用连接杆连接,在两个框体之间的外侧也设有连接杆用于整个耗材的取出,所述的框体连接有纱布;
所述的框体由内框体和外框体组成,所述的内框体内侧连接有纱布,所述的内框体使用注塑将内框体与纱布紧密连接;所述的外框体将内框体包裹在里面,所述的内框体与外框体之间使用注塑成型连接一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮试仪电极布耗材,其特征在于,所述的所述的连接杆上设有波纹,用于增大摩擦。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮试仪电极布耗材,其特征在于,所述的框体使用热塑性塑料或热固性材料制作而成。
4.一种皮试仪电极布耗材的制作方法,其特征在于,所述的制作方法步骤如下:
