Abstract
The invention discloses a water cultivating machine structure, which comprises a floating platform, a stirring impeller and an electric motor, wherein the floating platform can float on a water surface, the electric motor is arranged above the floating platform, a driving shaft of the electric motor can penetrate through an accommodating platform and connect the front end of the driving shaft to a disk body of the stirring impeller, a plurality of stirring blades with penetrating holes are erected on the periphery of the disk body, a front edge blade with a penetrating hole extends outwards at a certain angle from the front end of each stirring blade, when the electric motor operates, partial water flow below the water surface can penetrate through a first penetrating hole of the stirring blade and a second penetrating hole of the front edge blade, so that water vortex generated by the rotation of the stirring impeller can be diffused to the periphery, and the water vortex diffused to the periphery is rolled upwards and inwards in the continuous rotation process, so that the generated water vortex can not contact or stir the silt on the bottom surface below the water surface downwards.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a water cultivating machine structure, in particular to a structure which can increase oxygen in water and stir water flow at the same time, so that the water cultivating machine structure can avoid the condition that silt in a water area or a water bottom layer of the water body which needs to increase oxygen or push water flow is stirred upwards.
Background
In the current aquaculture, if enough oxygen is not available, the animals in the aquaculture are easy to get ill and even die, even if the water quality is good, because the excess feed and the excrement of the aquatic animals in the feeding process can bring a large amount of oxygen-consuming organic substances, and the dissolved oxygen in the water area or the water body can be lower than the standard content, the industry needs to configure an automatic aerator to solve the problem.
The existing oxygen increasing machines are various in types, one of them is called impeller type surge machine, when blades of the surge machine are rotated by the operation of a motor, a downward water vortex can be naturally formed, and under the condition of long-time operation, the water vortex can be inevitably contacted with a water area or a water body or a water bottom layer of the water body, so that silt in the water area or the water bottom layer can be stirred, and harmful substances in the silt can be stirred and spread in the water area or the water body along with the silt, so that the water source in the water area or the water body is polluted.
Therefore, the present invention should be an optimal solution if the structure of the impeller type surge machine can be improved so that the formed water vortex does not contact the water area or the bottom layer of the water body, and the silt in the water area or the bottom layer of the water body can be prevented from being stirred upwards.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a water tilling machine structure which is simple in structure, convenient to assemble and disassemble and convenient to operate and can oxygenate water and stir water flow, so that the situation that silt in a water area or a water bottom layer of the water body which needs oxygenation or pushes water flow is stirred upwards can be avoided through the water tilling machine structure.

the stirring impeller is arranged below the accommodating platform of the floating platform and comprises a disk body, a plurality of stirring blades are erected on the periphery of the disk body, wherein at least one first penetrating hole penetrates through the stirring blades, a front edge blade extends outwards from the front end of each stirring blade at a certain angle, and at least one second penetrating hole also penetrates through the front edge blade;
the electric motor comprises a body and a driving shaft extending out of the body, wherein the body of the electric motor is placed on the accommodating platform, and the driving shaft extending out of the body can penetrate through the accommodating platform and connect the front end of the driving shaft to the disc body of the stirring impeller; and
when the electric motor operates, the stirring impeller positioned below the water surface can rotate and generate a water vortex downwards, and in the rotating process, part of water flow below the water surface can pass through the first penetrating hole of the stirring blade and the second penetrating hole of the front edge blade, so that the water vortex generated by the rotation of the stirring impeller can be diffused to the periphery, and in the continuous rotating process, the water vortex diffused to the periphery can be rolled upwards and inwards, so that the generated water vortex can not contact with silt below the water surface.
The bottom of the tray body is provided with at least one S-shaped rib, and the S-shaped rib enables the water flow passing through the lower part of the tray body to be spread horizontally for a longer distance.
Wherein, two second penetrating holes penetrate through the front edge blade.
Wherein, the accommodating platform and the connecting parts at the two sides form an n-shaped structure.

Wherein the second through hole is close to the junction of the stirring blade and the leading edge blade.
Wherein, the angle between the stirring blade and the front edge blade is 30-150 degrees.
Through the structure, the invention has simple structure and low cost, and can prevent the formed water vortex from contacting the water area or the bottom layer of the water body when in operation, thereby preventing silt in the water area or the bottom layer of the water body from being stirred upwards and causing harmful substances in the silt to be stirred and spread in water.

Referring to fig. 1A and 1B, a schematic structural diagram and another schematic structural diagram of a water tilling machine structure according to the present invention are shown, wherein the water tilling machine structure includes a floating platform 1, a stirring impeller 2 and an electric motor 3, wherein the floating platform 1 has an accommodating platform 11, two sides of the accommodating platform 11 are respectively provided with a connecting portion 12, wherein the accommodating platform 11 and the connecting portions 12 at two sides can form a reversed-u-shaped structure, and the connecting portions 12 at two sides of the accommodating platform 11 are respectively combined with at least one floating body 13, wherein the floating bodies 13 are used for floating the floating platform 1 on a water surface.
The surface of the connecting portion 12 has a screw hole for locking the floating body 13 on the surface of the connecting portion 12, and further horizontally extending the connecting portion 12 on the left and right sides of the accommodating platform 11, as shown in fig. 2, the accommodating platform 11 and the connecting portions 12 on the two sides can form a linear structure.
The electric motor 3 includes a body 31 and a driving shaft 32 extending from the body 31, wherein the body 31 of the electric motor 3 is placed on the accommodating platform 11, and the driving shaft 32 extending from the body 31 can pass through the accommodating platform 11.
The impeller 2 is disposed below the receiving platform 11 of the floating platform 1, the impeller 2 includes a disk body 21 connected to the driving shaft 32, and a plurality of impeller blades 22 are erected on the periphery of the disk body 21, wherein at least one or more first penetrating holes 221 penetrate through the impeller blades 22, a front edge blade 23 extends outward from the front end of each impeller blade 22 at a certain angle, at least one or more second penetrating holes 231 also penetrate through the front edge blade 23, and the second penetrating holes 231 are close to the connection between the impeller blades 22 and the front edge blade 23.
Wherein the angle between the stirring blade 22 and the leading edge blade 23 is 30 to 150 degrees, preferably 30 degrees, 35 degrees, 40 degrees, 45 degrees, 50 degrees, 55 degrees, 60 degrees, 65 degrees, 70 degrees, 75 degrees, 80 degrees, 85 degrees, 90 degrees, 95 degrees, 100 degrees, 105 degrees, 110 degrees, 115 degrees, 120 degrees, 125 degrees, 130 degrees, 135 degrees, 140 degrees, 145 degrees or 150 degrees.

Compared with other conventional technologies, the water tilling machine structure provided by the invention has the following advantages:
the water cultivating machine structure provided by the invention can prevent the formed water vortex from contacting the water area or the bottom layer of the water body when in operation, so that the silt in the water area or the bottom layer of the water body can be prevented from being stirred upwards, and harmful substances in the silt are stirred and spread in water.

Claims (5)
1. A water tilling machine structure, characterized by comprising:
the floating platform is provided with an accommodating platform, two sides of the accommodating platform are both provided with connecting parts, and the connecting parts on the two sides of the accommodating platform are both combined with at least one floating body, wherein the floating body is used for enabling the floating platform to float on a water surface;
the stirring impeller is arranged below the accommodating platform of the floating platform and comprises a disk body, a plurality of stirring blades are erected on the periphery of the disk body, wherein at least one first penetrating hole penetrates through each stirring blade, a front edge blade extends outwards from the front end of each stirring blade at a certain angle, a certain angle between each stirring blade and the front edge blade is 30-150 degrees, and at least one second penetrating hole also penetrates through each front edge blade;
the electric motor comprises a body and a driving shaft extending out of the body, wherein the body of the electric motor is placed on the accommodating platform, and the driving shaft extending out of the body can penetrate through the accommodating platform and connect the front end of the driving shaft to the disc body of the stirring impeller; and
when the electric motor operates, the stirring impeller positioned below the water surface can rotate and generate a water vortex downwards, and in the rotating process, part of water flow below the water surface can pass through the first penetrating hole of the stirring blade and the second penetrating hole of the front edge blade, so that the water vortex generated by the rotation of the stirring impeller can be diffused to the periphery, and in the continuous rotating process, the water vortex diffused to the periphery can be rolled upwards and inwards, so that the generated water vortex can not contact with silt below the water surface.
2. A tiller structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base of the deck has at least one S-shaped rib which enables a longer horizontal spreading distance of water flow passing beneath the deck.
3. The tilling machine structure according to claim 1, wherein the leading edge blade is pierced with two second penetration holes.
4. The tilling machine structure of claim 1, wherein the receiving platform and the connecting portions at both sides form a n-shaped structure.
5. The tilling machine structure of claim 1, wherein the receiving platform and the connecting portions at both sides form a line structure.
