specifically, the audio playing device comprises a power amplifier circuit and a loudspeaker, wherein the power input end is connected with the power amplifier circuit, the power amplifier circuit is used for amplifying the audio signal input to the audio playing device, and the voltage input by the power input end is the power amplifier voltage input by the power amplifier circuit; and outputting a power failure detection signal when detecting that the power amplifier voltage input by the power supply input end is in power failure. It is easy to understand that the audio playing device can be a television, a stereo, and a device with an audio playing function.
S2: and when the power failure detection signal is received, controlling the volume of the audio signal output by the audio output device to decrease according to a preset size until a target volume value is reached.
The audio playing device and the audio output device are two different power supplies and power supply voltages, and the audio playing device and the audio output device control the volume of the audio signal to be decreased gradually according to the preset volume value by detecting whether the power supply input to the power amplifying circuit by the audio playing device is powered off or not and detecting the output power-off signal if the power supply input to the power amplifying circuit is powered off until the target volume value is reached.
The audio output device comprises an analog-to-digital converter, a digital signal processor and a digital-to-analog converter, wherein the analog-to-digital converter and the digital-to-analog converter are electrically connected with the digital signal processor and are used for processing an input audio signal and outputting the processed audio signal.
When the power failure detection signal is received, the digital signal processor performs volume decreasing processing on the digital analog audio signal output after the input audio signal is converted by the digital-to-analog converter until the volume reaches a target volume value, so that the digital audio signal output by the digital signal processor is the target volume value.
It should be noted that the target volume value is the minimum volume value or the volume value of 0, so that the audio signal output to the audio playing device does not generate POP noise due to amplification of the power amplifier circuit.
In the embodiment, whether a power-down signal is generated at the power input end of the audio playing device is detected, so that the volume of the audio signal output to the audio playing device by the audio output device is controlled to be decreased gradually according to the preset volume value until the target volume value is reached; when the power supply input end is powered off, the audio signal output to the audio playing device is made to be the target volume value after the input audio signal is processed by detecting the power-off signal, so that POP noise generated by the audio playing device due to power-off can be avoided.
In this embodiment, optionally, after the step S2 is executed: when the power failure detection signal is received, the volume of the audio signal output by the audio output device is controlled to decrease according to a preset size until a target volume value is reached, and the audio playing control method further comprises the following steps:
s3: and outputting a mute control signal to the audio playing device to control the audio playing device to mute.
It should be noted that when the power supply of the audio playing device and the voltage input by the power input end of the power failure detection signal are not the same, the audio playing device needs to be controlled to mute, so that POP noise generated by the audio playing device is further avoided, and the audio playing device can be muted to save power.
Referring to fig. 2, the present invention further provides an audio playing control device, which is applied to an audio playing system, and the audio playing control device includes an audio playing device 50 and an audio output device 30 that outputs an audio signal to the audio playing device 50 for playing; the audio playback control apparatus further includes:
the power failure detection circuit 10 is configured to detect whether the power supply input end 40 of the audio playing apparatus 30 has a power failure, and output a power failure detection signal when a power failure signal of the power supply input end 40 is detected;
and the control circuit 20 is configured to, when receiving the power failure detection signal, control the volume of the audio signal output by the audio output device 30 to decrease according to a preset magnitude until a target volume value is reached.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the audio output device 30 includes an analog-to-digital converter 301 for converting an input audio analog signal into a digital audio signal, a digital signal processor 300 for performing audio signal processing on the input digital audio signal, and a digital-to-analog converter 302 for converting the digital audio signal processed by the digital signal processor 300 into an analog audio signal, wherein the analog-to-digital converter 301 and the digital-to-analog converter 302 are electrically connected to the digital signal processor 300 for processing the input audio signal and outputting the processed audio signal; by processing the audio signal, the audio input to the audio playback device 50 is better quality and played by the audio playback device 50. In this embodiment, the audio output device 30 is configured to control the volume of the audio signal input to the digital signal processor 300 to decrease according to a preset value until the target volume value is reached, according to the power-down signal received by the control circuit 20.
The audio playing device 50 includes a power amplifier circuit 500 and a speaker 501, the power amplifier circuit 500 is electrically connected to the speaker 501, the power failure detection circuit 10 detects the power amplifier voltage input to the power amplifier circuit 500, the power amplifier circuit 500 is used for amplifying the audio signal input to the speaker 501, and when the power failure detection circuit 10 detects the power failure of the power amplifier voltage input by the power input terminal 40, the power failure detection signal is output to the control circuit 20; the audio playing device 50 outputs the audio signal processed by the audio output device 30; when the control circuit 20 detects that the power supply input terminal 40 is powered off, the volume of the audio signal received by the power amplifier circuit 500 of the audio playing device 50 is 0, that is, the audio playing device 50 does not generate POP noise.
It should be noted that the voltage input by the power input terminal 40 is greater than the operating voltage of the control circuit 20, the power input terminal 40 is electrically connected to the audio playing device 30 to supply power to the audio playing device, the voltage of the power input terminal is the power amplifier input voltage, for example, the power amplifier voltage input by the power input terminal 40 is 19V, and the operating voltage of the control circuit 20 is 3.3V; the volume of the audio signal is decreased progressively according to the preset magnitude until the target volume value is reached, and the target volume value specifically means that the audio signal is not output or the output audio signal is amplified by a power amplifier circuit of the audio playing device and then POP noise is not generated.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the power down detection circuit 10 includes a first voltage divider circuit 101, a switch circuit 102 and a second voltage divider circuit 103, wherein an input terminal of the first voltage divider circuit 101 is electrically connected to the power input terminal 40, an output terminal of the first voltage divider circuit 101 is electrically connected to an input terminal of the switch circuit 102, an output terminal of the switch circuit 102 is electrically connected to an input terminal of the second voltage divider circuit 103, and an input terminal of the second voltage divider circuit 103 is electrically connected to the control circuit 20.
Specifically, the first voltage divider circuit 101 includes a first resistor R1 and a second resistor R2, one end of the first resistor R1 is connected to the power input terminal 40, the other end of the first resistor R1 is interconnected with one end of the second resistor R2, and the other end of the second resistor R2 is grounded to GND; for dividing the voltage inputted to the first voltage dividing circuit 101, thereby generating a voltage difference in the voltage inputted to the switching circuit 102.
The switch circuit 102 includes a first diode D1, a third resistor R3, a fourth resistor R4, a first capacitor C1, and a first transistor Q1;
one end of the first diode D1 is connected to the interconnection ends of the first resistor R1 and the second resistor R2, the other end of the first diode Q1 is connected to one end of the first capacitor C1, the other end of the first capacitor C1 is grounded GND, one end of the third resistor R3 is connected to one end of the first diode D1 and the first capacitor C1, the other end of the third resistor R3 is connected to one end of the fourth resistor R4, and the other end of the fourth resistor R4 is connected to one end of the first diode D1 and the second resistor R2;
the base of the first triode Q1 is connected to the end of the third resistor R3 and the fourth resistor R4, the emitter of the first triode Q1 is connected to the end of the third resistor R3 and the first capacitor C1, and the collector of the first triode Q1 is connected to the input of the second voltage divider 102.
The second voltage divider circuit 102 includes a fifth resistor R5 and a sixth resistor R6, wherein one end of the fifth resistor R5 is connected to the collector of the first transistor Q1, the other end of the fifth resistor R5 is connected to one end of the sixth resistor R6, and the other end of the sixth resistor R6 is grounded to GND;
one end of the fifth resistor R5 interconnected with the sixth resistor R6 is connected to the control circuit 20.
It should be noted that the first transistor Q1 is an NPN transistor, the first resistor R1 and the second resistor R2 are voltage dividing resistors, and the first diode D1 is configured to generate a voltage difference between the base and the emitter of the first transistor Q1, and prevent the voltage from dropping and the first capacitor C1 from discharging to cause a current to flow back.
When the voltage input by the power input terminal 40 is a normal operating voltage, the emitter voltage of the first triode Q1 is equal to the voltage output after voltage division minus the voltage drop of the first diode D1, and the base voltage of the first triode Q1 is equal to the voltage output after voltage division, therefore, the base voltage of the first triode Q1 is higher than the emitter voltage of the first triode Q1, the first triode Q1 is cut off, because the fourth resistor R4 is grounded, the collector of the first triode Q1 outputs a low level signal to the control circuit 20, and the control circuit 20 receives a signal that power failure does not occur, and does not control the audio output device to process audio signals.
In this embodiment, when the power supply input from the power supply input terminal 40 is powered down, the voltage input from the power supply input terminal 40 is divided by the first resistor R1 and the second resistor R2, the first capacitor C1 discharges to make the emitter voltage of the first triode Q1 higher than the base voltage of the first triode Q1, the first triode Q1 is turned on, the collector of the first triode Q1 outputs a high level signal to the control circuit 20, the control circuit 20 receives the power down signal, and controls the audio output device 30 to decrement the input audio signal according to the preset audio signal volume until the target volume value is reached; in the embodiment, whether a power-down signal is generated or not is detected by adopting a simple analog circuit, and then the audio output device is controlled to process the signal, so that the target volume value input to the audio playing device cannot cause the audio playing device to generate POP noise due to power-down.
In this embodiment, further, the control circuit 20 receives the power-down signal, and controls the audio signal input by the audio output device 30 to decrease according to the preset audio signal volume until reaching the target volume value; referring to fig. 5 specifically, assuming that the power supply voltage of the control circuit 20 is 3.3V, the normal power supply voltage of the power amplifier voltage at the power input terminal 40 of the audio playing device 50 is 19V, because 19V is a heavy load relative to 3V, and the power-down time of the heavy load is earlier than that of a light load, when the power input terminal 40 is powered down, the power-down voltage of the 19V heavy load power amplifier is powered down from the normal working power supply voltage of the volume to the lowest power supply voltage of the power amplifier by about 5V, and because the power supply voltage of the control circuit 20 is a light load, the control circuit 20 is still in a working state during the time when the heavy load is reduced to the lowest power amplifier voltage, and the time is about; within 135ms, after receiving the power-down signal from the power-down detection circuit 10, the control circuit 20 controls the digital signal processor to decrease the volume of the input audio signal according to the preset audio signal until the target volume value is reached, i.e., the volume output gradually changes to 0, so that the audio signal input to the audio playing device is 0 or close to 0, and the POP noise generated by the audio playing device during unexpected power-down can be avoided.
In this embodiment, when the power of the power input terminal 40 is turned off, and the voltage value input from the power input terminal 40 is smaller than the voltage value of the normal power supply of the audio playing device, the power-down detection circuit 10 detects the change of the input voltage value, the input from the power input terminal 40 is converted into a level signal by the power-down detection circuit 10, when the voltage input from the power input terminal 40 is lower than the threshold voltage, the input voltage is a low level signal, the level signal is converted by the power-down detection circuit 10 to output a high level signal, the converted high level signal is input to the control circuit 20, the control circuit 20 controls the volume of the audio signal to decrease according to the preset volume according to the converted high level signal until reaching the target volume value, so that the volume target value of the output audio signal is obtained, and the audio signal input to the audio playing device 40 is amplified without generating POP noise, compared with the prior art, the invention adopts a simple analog circuit to know whether the power supply input end 40 is powered down so as to generate a power down signal, the control circuit 20 receives the power down signal and then processes the input audio signal, so that the processed audio signal is input into the audio playing device, POP noise generated by the audio playing device due to the power down of the power supply input end 40 can be avoided, and simultaneously, the research and development cost is greatly saved compared with a mode of adopting a software integrated module due to the adoption of the simple analog circuit.
In this embodiment, optionally, after the step of controlling the volume of the audio signal output by the audio output device 30 to decrease according to a preset magnitude when the power failure detection signal is received until the target volume value is reached is performed, the control circuit 20 is further configured to: after controlling the volume of the audio signal output by the audio output device 30 to decrease to the target volume value, a mute control signal is output to the audio playing device 50 to control the audio playing device 50 to mute.
It should be noted that, after the control circuit 20 controls the audio output device 30 to decrease the volume of the audio signal to the target volume value, the control circuit 20 further detects whether the volume of the audio signal of the audio output device decreases to the target volume value, and if the target volume value is reached, the control circuit controls the audio playing device 50 to mute, that is, the power supply of the audio playing device 50 is turned off, and the power supply of the audio playing device 50 is turned off, so as to save power. It is easy to understand that the power supply of the audio playing apparatus 50 may be the same power supply as the control circuit and may be different voltage values, or may be different power supplies.
