The invention provides a fault detection and alarm system for a dispatching soft switch IP phone, which comprises a power dispatching center, wherein the power dispatching center is connected with a plurality of IP gateways, an IP phone offline detection module, an IP phone fault judgment module and an IP phone self-login command module; each IP gateway is connected with an IP telephone; the IP phone offline detection module is connected with a timing module; the IP phone fault judging module is connected with an alarm module and is also connected with an IP phone offline detecting module and an IP phone self-login command module; the IP phone offline detection module detects whether an IP phone is offline; when the IP phone fault judging module detects that the IP phone is disconnected, judging whether the disconnected IP phone is in a hard fault or a soft fault; the alarm module gives an alarm when the IP phone which is disconnected has a hard fault; the IP phone self-login command module sends out a remote automatic login command when the disconnected IP phone is in a soft fault.

the timing module is used for sending a detection clock and a waiting clock to the IP phone offline detection module;
the IP phone fault judging module is used for judging whether the IP phone which is disconnected is a hard fault or a soft fault when the IP phone which is disconnected is detected;
the alarm module is used for sending out an alarm when the disconnected IP phone has a hard fault;
and the IP phone self-login command module is used for sending a remote automatic login command to the disconnected IP phone when the disconnected IP phone is in a soft fault.
