The method for implementing wireless communication-based assisted charge settlement by a smart phone according to the present application will be described with reference to the following specific application scenarios and with reference to fig. 2 to 4 as an example.
In an application scenario where a user actively initiates a fee settlement, a specific example of the method of the present application is shown in fig. 2.
In fig. 2, in step 1, when the smart mobile phone of the user is within the effective range of the near field communication, the smart mobile phone of the user performs information interaction with other settlement parties in a near field communication manner, so that the other settlement parties can acquire information such as a phone number of the smart mobile phone, and thus the smart mobile phone is identified. The intelligent mobile phone can also identify other settlement parties according to information interaction. The process of information interaction can be encrypted by a key. And the key agreement procedure is typically performed before step 1. In addition, other settlement parties can also acquire information such as the public key of the user's blockchain account number and the user's bank account number information in the mutual identification process.
And 2, after receiving a charge settlement instruction input by a user, the intelligent mobile phone actively generates a settlement charge bill and provides the settlement charge bill to the telephone security unit, the telephone security unit carries out digital signature processing on the settlement charge bill by using a block chain account private key stored in the telephone security unit, the intelligent mobile phone generates a settlement application according to the settlement charge bill processed by the digital signature output by the telephone security unit, and the settlement application is sent to a block chain network side in a wireless communication network mode. The settlement application comprises a settlement expense bill and digital signature information of the intelligent mobile phone.
And 3, after receiving the settlement application from the intelligent mobile phone, the block chain network side can utilize the public key of the block chain account number of the user to carry out signature verification on the settlement expense bill in the settlement application, and after the signature verification is passed, the block chain network side carries out information interaction with other settlement parties in a wireless communication network mode so as to confirm the settlement expense bill.
Specifically, the block chain network side transmits a bill confirmation application to other settlement parties in a wireless communication network mode. The bill confirmation application comprises a settlement bill after the digital signature processing output by the telephone security unit. After receiving the bill confirmation application from the blockchain network side, the other settling parties perform signature verification on the settlement expense bill in the bill confirmation application by using the public key of the blockchain account number of the user, and after the signature verification is passed, the other settling parties can perform digital signature processing on the settlement expense bill by using the private key of the blockchain account number of the other settling parties (which can be executed by the security units of the other settling parties), and send a bill confirmation response to the blockchain network side in a wireless communication network manner. The bill confirmation response includes a bill for settlement charge digitally signed by both parties.
The public and private keys of the blockchain account numbers of other settling parties in the application can represent the blockchain account numbers of other settling parties.
After receiving the bill confirmation response from other settlement parties, the blockchain network side can utilize the blockchain account public keys of other settlement parties to perform signature verification on the settlement expense bills in the bill confirmation response, and execute corresponding fee deduction operation after the signature verification is successful. For example, the blockchain network side deducts a corresponding number of tokens and the like from the blockchain account of the user; for another example, the blockchain network sends a deduction application to a bank account or a third party payment account associated with the blockchain account of the user.
And 4, after the block chain network side successfully executes the fee deduction operation, a successful settlement notification can be sent to the intelligent mobile phone, other settlement parties and the like.
In the application scenario where other settlers actively initiate charge settlement, a specific example of the method of the present application is shown in fig. 3.

And 2, after obtaining the information, other settling parties can generate a settlement expense bill according to the stored settlement basic information. Other settlers can use the private key of the block chain account number to perform digital signature processing on the settlement expense bill (for example, the security units of other settlers perform digital signature processing), and the other settlers generate settlement applications according to the settlement expense bill after the digital signature processing and transmit the settlement applications to the block chain network side in a wireless communication network mode. The settlement application comprises a settlement expense bill processed by digital signature.
And 3, after receiving settlement applications from other settlement parties, the block chain network side can utilize the block chain account public keys based on the other settlement parties to carry out signature verification on the settlement expense bills in the settlement applications, and after the signature verification is passed, the block chain network side carries out information interaction with the intelligent mobile phone in a wireless communication network mode so as to confirm the settlement expense bills.
Specifically, after the signature verification is passed, the block chain network side transmits a bill confirmation application to the smart mobile phone in a wireless communication network manner. The bill validation application includes a digitally signed bill for settlement fees from other settlers. After receiving the bill confirmation application from the blockchain network side, the intelligent mobile phone performs signature verification on the settlement expense bill in the bill confirmation application by using the blockchain account public key of other settlers, and after the signature verification is passed, the intelligent mobile phone can perform digital signature processing on the settlement expense bill in the bill confirmation application by using the blockchain account private key stored in the intelligent mobile phone and send a bill confirmation response to the blockchain network side in a wireless communication network mode. The bill confirmation response includes the bill for settlement cost digitally signed by both parties.
After receiving the bill confirmation response from the smart mobile phone, the blockchain network side can utilize the blockchain account public key of the smart mobile phone to perform signature verification on the settlement expense bill in the bill confirmation response, and after the signature verification is successful, the blockchain network side executes corresponding deduction operation. For example, the blockchain network side deducts a corresponding number of tokens and the like from the blockchain account of the user; for another example, the blockchain network sends a deduction application to a bank account or a third party payment account associated with the blockchain account of the user.
And 4, after the block chain network side successfully executes the fee deduction operation, sending a successful settlement notification to the corresponding intelligent mobile phone, other settlement parties and the like.

Other parties may digitally sign the bill for the settlement fee using their blockchain account private key (e.g., by a secure unit of the other party). And the other settling parties perform information interaction with the intelligent mobile phone in a near field communication mode so as to confirm the settlement expense bill.
Specifically, other settlement parties may generate a bill confirmation application according to the settlement fee bill processed by the digital signature, and transmit the bill confirmation application to the smart mobile phone in a near field communication manner. The bill confirmation application comprises a settlement expense bill processed by the digital signature. After receiving bill confirmation applications from other settling parties, the intelligent mobile phone provides the bill of the settlement cost in the bill confirmation applications to the phone security unit, the phone security unit performs signature verification on the bill of the settlement cost by using the public key of the block chain account of the other settling parties, after the signature verification is passed, the phone security unit performs digital signature processing on the bill of the settlement cost by using the private key of the block chain account stored in the phone security unit, and the intelligent mobile phone sends bill confirmation responses to the other settling parties in a near-field communication mode. The bill confirmation response sent to other settlement parties contains the settlement expense bill itself and the digital signature information of the intelligent mobile phone.
And 3, after receiving the settlement application, other settlement parties perform signature verification on the settlement expense bill in the settlement application by using the block chain account public key of the intelligent mobile phone, and after the signature verification is passed, expense settlement is realized.
In addition, the other settlement party can generate a settlement application based on the settlement fee bills digitally signed by both parties, and transmit the settlement application to the block chain network side in the wireless communication network mode while the settlement application is on line. The settlement application contains the settlement expense bill digitally signed by both parties.
After receiving settlement applications from other settlement parties, the blockchain network side performs signature verification on settlement expense bills in the settlement applications by using blockchain account public keys of the other settlement parties and blockchain account public keys of the intelligent mobile phone, and executes corresponding fee deduction operations after the signature verification is passed. For example, the blockchain network side deducts a corresponding number of tokens and the like from the blockchain account of the user; for another example, the blockchain network sends a deduction application to a bank account or a third party payment account associated with the blockchain account of the user.
And 4, after the block chain network side successfully executes the fee deduction operation, a successful settlement notification can be sent to the intelligent mobile phone, other settlement parties and the like.
Before the above embodiments are performed, the smart mobile phone may also sign a block chain contract with other settling parties, and each settling party may perform a charge settlement based on the block chain contract (e.g., generate a settlement charge bill based on the block chain contract, etc.). One specific process for both parties to sign a blockchain contract is shown in fig. 5.

In an alternative example, the block chain contract to be signed in the present application is mainly used for collecting settlement fees of settlement parties. The block chain contract to be signed can be generated by the intelligent mobile phone or other settling parties. In the case where the smart mobile phone receives a contract start notification transmitted from the outside, the block link contract in the contract start notification may be regarded as a block link contract to be contracted.
And S510, providing the block chain contract to be signed to the telephone security unit, and performing digital signature processing on the block chain contract to be signed by the telephone security unit by using the block chain account private key stored in the telephone security unit.
In an alternative example, the block chaining contract to be signed of the present application may include: the identifier of the smart mobile phone, the information of the settlement target, the identifiers of other settlement parties, the charging mode of the settlement target and the like, and the block chain contract to be signed may further include: bank account information of the user, etc.
In an alternative example, the private key stored by the telephony security unit of the present application may be the user's blockchain account private key. The user's blockchain account private key and public key together can characterize the user's blockchain account. The application does not limit the specific implementation mode of the telephone security unit for carrying out digital signature processing on the charge settlement information to be signed by using the private key.
S520, the block chain contract processed by the digital signature output by the telephone security unit is transmitted in a wireless communication mode, so that each block chain contract party obtains the block chain contract digitally signed by all the block chain contract parties.
In an optional example, the block chain contract after the digital signature processing output by the telephone security unit can be transmitted to other settlers, and the block chain contract after the digital signature processing output by the telephone security unit can also be transmitted to the block chain network side. Under the condition of transmitting the block chain contract to other settling parties, the block chain contract after the digital signature processing output by the telephone security unit can be transmitted to other settling parties in a near field communication mode or a wireless communication network mode, the other settling parties can utilize the public key of the block chain account number of the intelligent mobile phone to carry out signature verification on the received block chain contract, and after the signature verification is passed, if the block chain contract is not subjected to digital signature processing aiming at the block chain contract, the block chain contract is subjected to digital signature processing by utilizing the stored private key of the block chain account number, and the block chain contract subjected to the digital signature processing of the two parties is transmitted to the intelligent mobile phone and the block chain network side. Under the condition of transmitting the block chain contract to the block chain network side, the block chain contract after digital signature processing output by the telephone security unit can be transmitted to the block chain network side in a wireless communication network mode, the block chain network side can utilize a block chain account public key of the intelligent mobile phone to carry out signature verification on the received block chain contract, and after the signature verification is passed, if the block chain contract is not subjected to digital signature processing by other clearing parties, the block chain network side can send the block chain contract to the other clearing parties, so that both parties carry out digital signature processing on the block chain contract. If the blockchain contract has been digitally signed by both parties, the blockchain network side stores the blockchain contract.
The block chain contract and the settlement fee bill processed by the both-side digital signature in the present application can be set in the block of the corresponding block chain.
The following describes a process of signing a block chain contract between a smart mobile phone and a predetermined charging system (i.e. other settlement parties) according to the present application, with reference to specific application scenarios and using fig. 6 to 8 as an example.
The specific process of signing the block chain contract initiated by other settlers, so as to implement the block chain contract signing is shown in fig. 6.
In fig. 6, when the smart mobile phone of the user is within the effective range of the near field communication, the smart mobile phone interacts with the reservation charging system in a near field communication manner, so that the reservation charging system can acquire information such as a phone number of the smart mobile phone, and thereby recognize the smart mobile phone. The smart mobile phone can also identify the predetermined charging system based on the information interaction. The process of information interaction can be encrypted by a key. And the key agreement procedure is typically performed before step 1. In addition, the predetermined charging system can also acquire information such as the public key of the block chain account number of the user, the bank account number information of the user and the like in the mutual identification process.
Step 2, the subscription charging system may generate a block link contract for the telephone number after obtaining the telephone number. The block chain may be: a blockchain contract that has been digitally signed by the subscription charging system using its blockchain account private key (e.g., a private key based on the blockchain account of the subscription charging system) (e.g., the digital signature processing operation is performed by a security element in the subscription charging system). The block chaining approach may include: the identifier of the smart phone, the location of the predetermined charging system, the charging information of the predetermined charging system, and the identifier of the predetermined charging system (e.g. the public key of the block chain account of the predetermined charging system, and further, the public key of the block chain account of the predetermined charging system, and the name of the predetermined charging system, etc., which are not illustrated one by one in the following). In addition, the block chain contract may also include bank account information of the user and the like. The reservation charging system transmits a block link contract start notification including the digitally signed block link contract to the smart phone in a near field communication manner, where the block link contract itself and/or the digital signature information in the block link contract start notification may be encrypted content.
The reservation charging system can also start a timer and perform overtime judgment in real time, so that the reservation charging system can execute other processing operations, such as sending an overtime notice to the intelligent mobile phone in a short message mode and the like, when the intelligent mobile phone cannot respond to the block link contract start notice in time.
Step 3, after the smart mobile phone receives the block link contract starting notice from the predetermined charging system through the near field communication, the block chain contract in the notification is provided to the telephone security unit, the telephone security unit performs signature verification on the block chain contract by using a public key of a block chain account number based on a predetermined charging system (in the signature verification process, a corresponding decryption process can be added according to the actual situation of the encryption process, and the following description is not particularly repeated), after the signature verification passes or the signature verification passes and the user checks the contents of the block chain contract, the telephone security unit performs digital signature processing on the block chain contract with the digital signature information of the preset charging system by using the private key of the block chain account number of the telephone security unit, and stores the block chain contract after the digital signature processing (namely, the block chain contract passing through the digital signature information of both parties); the smart mobile phone uses the block link contract to form a block link contract start confirmation, and sends the block link contract start confirmation to a predetermined charging system in a near field communication mode. The block chaining approach may include: the phone number of the intelligent mobile phone, the location of the reservation charging system, the charging information of the reservation charging system, the identification of the reservation charging system and the like. And 3, after receiving the block link contract starting notice from the preset charging system in a wireless communication network mode, the block link network side can directly transmit the block link contract starting notice to the intelligent mobile phone in a wireless communication network mode, or can firstly utilize a block link account public key based on the preset charging system to carry out signature verification on the block link contract, and after the signature verification is passed, the block link network side transmits the block link contract starting notice to the intelligent mobile phone in a wireless communication network mode.
And 4, after the intelligent mobile phone receives a block chain contract starting notice from a block chain network side in a wireless communication network mode, providing the block chain contract in the block chain contract starting notice to the telephone security unit, performing signature verification on the block chain contract by the telephone security unit by using a block chain account public key based on a preset charging system, performing digital signature processing on the block chain contract with the digital signature information of the preset charging system by using a block chain account private key of the telephone security unit after the signature verification passes or after the signature verification passes and a user checks that the block chain contract is correct, and storing the block chain contract after the digital signature processing (namely, the block chain contract with the digital signature information of both parties). The telephone security unit outputs the block link contract after the digital signature processing, and the intelligent mobile phone can utilize the block link contract to form a block link contract start confirmation and send the block link contract start confirmation to a block link network side in a wireless communication network mode. In this way, after receiving the block chain contract start confirmation, the block chain network side can utilize the public key of the block chain account number of the smart mobile phone to perform signature verification on the decrypted block chain contract, and after the signature verification is passed, the block chain contract with the digital signature information of both parties is stored.
And step 5, the block chain network side also sends contract start confirmation to a preset charging system in a wireless communication network mode.
And after receiving the block chain contract starting confirmation, the predetermined charging system performs signature verification on the decrypted block chain contract by using the public key of the block chain account number of the intelligent mobile phone, and stores the block chain contract subjected to digital signature processing by the two parties after the signature verification passes.
And 6, the block chain network side can send a notice that the block chain contract is successfully signed to the intelligent mobile phone in a short message mode.
A specific procedure of initiating the block link contract subscription procedure by the reservation charging system, thereby implementing the block link contract subscription is shown in fig. 8.
In fig. 8, in step 1, when the smart mobile phone of the user is within the effective range of the near field communication, the smart mobile phone interacts with the reservation charging system in a near field communication manner, so that the reservation charging system can acquire information such as a phone number of the smart mobile phone, and thereby recognize the smart mobile phone. The smart mobile phone can also identify the predetermined charging system based on the information interaction. The process of information interaction can be encrypted by a key. And the key agreement procedure is typically performed before step 1. In addition, the predetermined charging system can also acquire information such as the public key of the block chain account number of the user, the bank account number information of the user and the like in the mutual identification process.
Step 2, the subscription charging system may generate a block link contract for the telephone number after obtaining the telephone number. The block chain may be: a blockchain contract that has been digitally signed by the subscription charging system using its blockchain account private key (e.g., a private key based on the blockchain account of the subscription charging system) (e.g., the digital signature processing operation is performed by a security element in the subscription charging system). The block chaining approach may include: the phone number of the intelligent mobile phone, the location of the reservation charging system, the charging information of the reservation charging system, the identification of the reservation charging system and the like. In addition, the block chain contract may also include bank account information of the user and the like. The reservation charging system transmits a block link contract start notification including the block link contract after the digital signature processing to the smart mobile phone in a near field communication manner.

Step 3, after receiving a block chain contract starting notice from the preset charging system in a near field communication mode, the intelligent mobile phone provides the block chain contract in the notice to a phone security unit, the phone security unit performs signature verification on the block chain contract by using a block chain account public key based on the preset charging system, after the signature verification passes or the signature verification passes and a user checks that the content of the block chain contract is correct, the phone security unit performs digital signature processing on the block chain contract by using a block chain account private key thereof, and stores the block chain contract after the digital signature processing (namely, the block chain contract subjected to the digital signature processing of both parties); the phone security unit outputs the block link contract after the digital signature processing, and the smart mobile phone can form a block link contract start confirmation by using the block link contract and send the block link contract start confirmation to the predetermined charging system in a near field communication mode.
And 4, after receiving the block chain contract start confirmation, the preset charging system can utilize the public key of the block chain account number of the intelligent mobile phone to carry out signature verification on the block chain contract in the contract start confirmation, and after the signature verification is passed, the block chain contract processed by the digital signatures of the two parties is stored. In addition, the reservation charging system can utilize the block chain contract formation contract notice passing through the digital signature information of both parties to transmit to the block chain network side in a wireless communication network mode.
And 5, after receiving the contract notice from the preset charging system, the block chain network side uses the public key of the block chain account number based on the preset charging system to carry out signature verification on the block chain contract, and after the signature verification is passed, the block chain network side stores the block chain contract processed by the digital signatures of the two parties. In addition, the block chain network side transmits the network side confirmation to the predetermined charging system in a wireless communication network mode, so that the predetermined charging system can know the block chain contract stored in the block chain network side.
And 6, the block chain network side can send a notice that the block chain contract is successfully signed to the intelligent mobile phone in a short message mode and the like.
It should be noted that, part or all of the operations performed by the other settlers, the smart mobile phone and the network side of the block chain in fig. 1 to 8 may form blocks in the corresponding block chain and be recorded. The method and the device can determine the operation of recording through the block according to the actual service requirement.
The following is a specific embodiment of the present application of a device for wireless communication-assisted fee settlement based on a smart mobile phone.
The device for realizing the wireless communication-based auxiliary fee settlement based on the intelligent mobile phone is arranged in the intelligent mobile phone. The structure of the device of the embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 9.
In fig. 9, the apparatus according to the embodiment of the present application mainly includes: an acquisition module 900, a processing module 910, and a transmission module 920. Optionally, the apparatus may further include: a key agreement module 930, and a contract signing module 940. The following describes each module included in the control device according to the embodiment of the present application in detail.
The acquiring module 900 is mainly used for identifying other settling parties and acquiring settlement information of fees to be signed with other settling parties. The specific operations performed by the obtaining module 900 can be referred to the above description of S100 in fig. 1 and the description of the related steps in fig. 2 to 4, and will not be repeated here.
The processing module 910 is mainly configured to provide the charge settlement information to be signed to the phone security unit, so that the phone security unit performs digital signature processing on the charge settlement information to be signed by using the block chain account private key stored in the phone security unit. The specific operations performed by the processing module 910 can be referred to the above description of S110 in fig. 1 and the description of the related steps in fig. 2 to 4, and the description is not repeated here.
The transmission module 920 is mainly used for transmitting the digitally signed fee settlement information output by the telephone security unit in a wireless communication manner, so that each settlement party and the block chain network side can obtain the digitally signed fee settlement information of all settlement parties, wherein the digitally signed fee settlement information of all settlement parties is used for executing fee deduction operation on the block chain network side. The specific operations performed by the transmission module 920 may refer to the description of S120 in fig. 1 and the description of the related steps in fig. 2 to 4, and a description thereof will not be repeated here.
The key negotiation module 930 is mainly used for the smart mobile phone to negotiate a key for encrypting information exchanged between the settlement parties (e.g. subscription charging system, etc.) in a near field communication manner with other settlement parties. The key obtained by the key agreement module 930 through the agreement may be provided to any one or more of the acquisition module 900, the processing module 910, and the transmission module 920. In the key agreement process, the party generating the key can encrypt the generated key by using the public key of the blockchain account of the other party and transmit the encrypted key to the other party. In particular as described in the above method embodiments, the description is not repeated here.
The contract signing module 940 is used for acquiring a block chain contract to be signed for charging, providing the block chain contract to be signed to the telephone security unit, performing digital signature processing on the block chain contract to be signed by using a block chain account private key stored by the telephone security unit, and transmitting the block chain contract after the digital signature processing output by the telephone security unit in a wireless communication mode, so that all block chain contract parties obtain the block chain contract digitally signed by all block chain contract parties. The specific operations performed by the contract signing module 940 can be referred to the description of fig. 5 and the description of the related steps in fig. 6-8, and the description is not repeated here.
The following is a specific embodiment of the smart mobile phone of the present application provided with a wireless communication-assisted fee settlement-based device implemented by the smart mobile phone.
The smart mobile phone (as shown in fig. 10) 1000 of the embodiment of the present application includes: a telephone security unit 1010 and a wireless communication-based auxiliary fee settlement apparatus 1020 implemented by a smart mobile phone. The device 1020 is mainly used for acquiring the charge settlement information to be signed, and providing the charge settlement information to be signed to the telephone security unit 1010, so that the telephone security unit 1010 performs digital signature processing on the charge settlement information to be signed by using a block chain account private key stored in the telephone security unit 1010; the digital signature processed fee settlement information output by the telephone security unit 1010 is transmitted in a wireless communication mode, so that each settlement party and the block chain network side can obtain the fee settlement information digitally signed by all settlement parties. The operations specifically performed by the telephone security unit 1010 and the apparatus 1020 and the specific structure of the apparatus 1020 can be referred to the description of the method embodiments and the apparatus embodiments described above, and a description thereof will not be repeated.
The algorithms and displays presented herein are not inherently related to any particular computer, virtual machine, or other apparatus. Claims (10)

1. A method for wireless communication-based assisted charge settlement implemented by a smart mobile phone, wherein a phone security unit is provided in the smart mobile phone, the method comprising the steps of:
identifying other settling parties and acquiring expense settlement information to be signed with the other settling parties, wherein the expense settlement information comprises settlement expense bills generated by the intelligent mobile phone;
providing the expense settlement information to be signed to a telephone security unit so as to carry out digital signature processing on the expense settlement information to be signed by the telephone security unit by using a private key stored in the telephone security unit, wherein the private key comprises: a block chain account private key;
the fee settlement information after the digital signature processing output by the telephone security unit is transmitted in a wireless communication mode, so that each settlement party and the block chain network side can obtain the fee settlement information digitally signed by all settlement parties;
the fee settlement information digitally signed by all settlers is used for executing fee deduction operation on the block chain network side;
wherein, the acquiring the settlement information of the fee to be signed with other settlement parties comprises:
under the condition that a generated charge settlement information instruction input to the intelligent mobile phone by a user is received, generating a settlement charge bill according to settlement basic information locally stored in the intelligent mobile phone;
the wireless communication method for transmitting the digital signature processed fee settlement information output by the telephone security unit so that each settlement party and the block chain network side can obtain the digital signature fee settlement information of all settlement parties comprises the following steps:
generating a settlement application according to the settlement expense bill after digital signature processing output by the telephone security unit, transmitting the settlement application to a block chain network side in a wireless communication network mode, and sending a bill confirmation application to other settlers through the block chain network side according to the settlement application so that the other settlers perform digital signature processing on the settlement expense bill in the bill confirmation application;
and receiving a settlement notice transmitted from the network side of the block chain, and acquiring a settlement expense bill digitally signed by all settlement parties from the settlement notice.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining settlement information for fees to be signed with other settlement parties further comprises:
the settlement expense bill is generated by other settlement parties and transmitted in a near field communication mode or a wireless communication network mode; or
And the bill for the settlement fee is generated by other settlement parties and transmitted to the blockchain network side in a wireless communication network mode, and the bill for the settlement fee is transmitted by the blockchain network side in the wireless communication network mode.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the acquiring settlement information of fees to be signed with other settling parties comprises:
when a bill confirmation application sent by a block chain network side according to a settlement expense bill in a settlement application from other settlers is received, acquiring a settlement expense bill from the bill confirmation application;
and the step of providing the to-be-signed expense settlement information to a telephone security unit so that the telephone security unit performs digital signature processing on the to-be-signed expense settlement information by using a private key stored in the telephone security unit comprises the following steps:
and providing the settlement expense bill to a telephone security unit, carrying out signature verification on the settlement expense bill by using the public key of the block chain account of other settlement parties by the telephone security unit, and carrying out digital signature processing on the settlement expense bill passing the signature verification by using a stored private key after the signature verification passes.

The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the step of transmitting the digitally signed charge settlement information output from the telephone security unit in a wireless communication manner so that each settlement party and the blockchain network side can obtain the charge settlement information digitally signed by all settlement parties comprises the steps of:
according to the settlement expense bill processed by the digital signature output by the telephone security unit, a bill confirmation response is transmitted to the block chain network side in a wireless communication network mode, so that the settlement expense bill digitally signed by all the settlement parties is sent to other settlement parties through the block chain network side.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the acquiring settlement information of fees to be signed with other settling parties comprises:
in the case of receiving a bill confirmation application transmitted to the smart mobile phone by the other settlement party based on the generated settlement fee bill, acquiring a settlement fee bill from the bill confirmation application;
and the step of providing the to-be-signed expense settlement information to a telephone security unit so that the telephone security unit performs digital signature processing on the to-be-signed expense settlement information by using a private key stored in the telephone security unit comprises the following steps:
and providing the settlement expense bill to a telephone security unit, carrying out signature verification on the settlement expense bill by using the public key of the block chain account of other settlement parties by the telephone security unit, and carrying out digital signature processing on the settlement expense bill passing the signature verification by using a stored private key after the signature verification passes.

The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the step of transmitting the digitally signed charge settlement information output from the telephone security unit in a wireless communication manner so that each settlement party and the blockchain network side can obtain the charge settlement information digitally signed by all settlement parties comprises the steps of:
according to the settlement expense bill processed by the digital signature output by the telephone security unit, a bill confirmation response is transmitted to other settlement parties in a near field communication mode or a wireless communication network mode, so that the other settlement parties can obtain the settlement expense bill digitally signed by all settlement parties, and a settlement application containing the settlement expense bill digitally signed by all settlement parties is transmitted to the block chain network side through the other settlement parties.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the method further comprises, before acquiring settlement information of fees to be signed with other settlement parties:
the intelligent mobile phone negotiates a secret key used for encrypting information interacted between the settlement parties with other settlement parties in a near field communication mode or a wireless communication network mode.
8. The method of any of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
acquiring a block chain contract to be signed;
providing the block chain contract to be signed to a telephone security unit, and carrying out digital signature processing on the block chain contract to be signed by the telephone security unit by using a block chain account number private key stored by the telephone security unit;
transmitting the block chain contract processed by the digital signature output by the telephone security unit in a wireless communication mode so that each block chain contract party obtains the block chain contract digitally signed by all block chain contract parties;
wherein the block chaining contract is for charging the fee.
9. An apparatus for facilitating settlement of fees based on wireless communication implemented by a smart mobile phone, wherein a phone security unit is provided in the smart mobile phone, the apparatus comprising:

the transmission module is used for transmitting the expense settlement information which is output by the telephone security unit and subjected to digital signature processing in a wireless communication mode so that all settlement parties and the block chain network side can obtain the expense settlement information which is digitally signed by all settlement parties, wherein a settlement application is generated according to a settlement expense bill which is output by the telephone security unit and subjected to digital signature processing, the settlement application is transmitted to the block chain network side in a wireless communication network mode, a bill confirmation application is sent to other settlement parties according to the settlement application through the block chain network side, and the other settlement parties carry out digital signature processing on the settlement expense bill in the bill confirmation application; receiving a settlement notice transmitted from a block chain network side, and acquiring a settlement expense bill digitally signed by all settlement parties from the settlement notice;
the fee settlement information digitally signed by all the settlers is used for executing fee deduction operation on the block chain network side.
10. A smart mobile phone, characterized in that the smart mobile phone comprises:
a telephone security unit;
and the device for settlement based on wireless communication auxiliary expenses realized by smart mobile phone of claim 9;
the telephone security unit is used for carrying out digital signature processing on the expense settlement information to be signed provided by the device by using the private key of the block chain account number stored by the telephone security unit.
